not to do this again. but i simply can't. deal. with the whole. i don't read wips attitude. i can't. I AM NOT. talking about people who have some disability etc. that makes reading wips hard for whatever reason. i'm talking more about the general attitude of like. i want long fics but only once they're completely finished. that is a WILD ask my guy. wild. read wips. Wolfstar hits harder if Remus isn't conventionally attractive.

Because while Sirius is still deep in denial and internalized homophobia, he's convincing himself like "it's okay, i'm not gay, anyone would want to kiss Remus once in a while, he's just objectively hot"

Except Remus is awkward and quiet when not around friends, he's too tall like he grew up too fast and doesn't know what to do with this extra height, his scars scare people away, he wears grandpa sweaters, drinks tea in his free time and goes to sleep at 9 pm, he can't flirt for the life of him (even though he could bc he's witty and sarcastic) because he has no self-confidence and it shows.

He's basically a loser (affectionate) and Sirius is like "it's okay, no need to panic, he's the sexiest man on earth but that's just an astute observation, no gay thoughts here"

Love by the Seaside because it's my first child and brought me back into the wonderful world of Marauders and I'll forever love this version of Remus. He's an artist who moved to the sea to beat the heartbreak of a toxic relationship, and accidentally fell in love with a regular at his coffee shop side gig.

For the Love of Ducks because it was my first proper introduction to sick fics, my favourite genre lol, and because it carries on the meet cute, cozy agenda where sick Remus first yells at Sirius for feeding bread to ducks and then ofc falls in love.

Love at First Bloom FLOWER SHOP AU, Remus is an idiot and I love him.

The Art of Getting Off Because it lived in my head for ages and ages (thanks to a dear friend) and has finally made it to ao3. It's both my favourite version of Jegulus, and my favourite background Remus. It's super smutty but actually turned into more angst/plot than I imagined it would.
