The key thing to remember is that this universe exists in the same universe as LLSIFAS, and that effects the endings.

It is an undertale universe though, so there are still-

Added Characters-

Butcher- being the first character you meet, she's actually part of a pro-human group, but flowey quickly gets you away from her, She represents Smile, and is the working antithesis of Rina Tennoji, and her hobby is acrobatics.

Molten- she's a monster that helps Toriel with errands, she's also part of the same movement. She's Asgore's good friend, seeing as they live together, she's almost like a child for the Dreemurrs, she's the Antithesis of Karin Asaka, Doesn't like to show off, no fashion.

Stitches- her talent is gardening, and she's in charge of the Snowdin Canine Unit, she's a mute, and hates to socialise, she's the first real threat you face, she's always on edge, and by Captain Papyrus' side, she's Ai Miyashita's antithesis, and a Smile.

Racket- She's the Royal Scientist, with her cousin Alphys and a friend Gaster as her assistants, she works on the Echo Hall to keep the magic of the mountain afloat. She's a Cool and the Antithesis of Shizuku Ousaka, she's particularly shy, hates Undyne.

Solomon- She's an employee in MTT Resort, and lays the beds, she can and will attempt to kill you, failing, much to her chagrin, Butcher stops her, she's a Pure, she's the antithesis to Kasumi, she's very focused on her work, and is awfully humble.

Samson- The helper of Sans, Hates the new queen, like him and his father, Antithesis to Konoe Kanata, she's a smiley girl, and she likes to exercise, she loves to rebel, much to everyone's chagrin- the queen will not show herself.

Samsom- Mischievous and gigglely, this girl is still very shy, and likes people seeing her as is, she actively spat in her sisters faces, by having fun with quiet birdwatching with some binoculars of hers, she likes cleanliness and never plays video games, she is Antithesis to Yuki Setsuna.. Aka Nakagawa Nana, she's rather cool despite this.

Samgon- Egocentric and ignorant, she's very Spacially aware, and a tech freak, she's very uncaring, but she's still able to play pranks, well thought out. She's very critical of others, and never talks to people she considers ugly, especially humans. She's an Antithesis of Ayumu Uehara, and she's surprisingly Pure.

Queen Azaroth- Azaroth's The last danger to you on your Journey, at first, she seems to be an Antithesis to Emma Verde at first, she's extremely passionate about saving her friends, and becoming a Singer, She's comparitively pure towards her friends. She knows that you had to face the Alphards, so she holds out, but ultimately goes all out.

Changes-

Most have already been mentioned, but the rest is,

• Undyne is now the Commander of Sleetlands, the Waterfall replacement

• Papyrus is the Commander of Tundrabolt, The Snowdin replacement, he is actually significantly more intelligent, and can kill you.

• Alphys made Napstablook a Body, it never got there, the Mad Dummy hijacked it, eventually becoming Gladstaton, instead of Madstaton

• Echo Hall replaces the Core, it is where the Primal Echo Flower is kept, and sustained.

• Hotland has began to overheat, this is due to Gaster's failure of an important experiment.

• The Amalgamates include Azaroth's parents and the usual, along with the Nice Cream Guy and Burgerpants

• 01 and 02 are officially dating

• 03 and 04 replace Nice cream guy and Bp

• The Dreemurrs are all together, Chara died and Azaroth absorbed said soul.

• Toriel is at the head of the Pro-Human movement, but she fights you when you try to leave and go outside, she leads Sanctuary, the Ruins replacement.

• The Monster Kid is moved to Sanctuary, so genocide, he is the Napstablook miniboss, and Undyne will not protect him- Napstablook is corporeal in a dummy, so he takes that role.

• Asgore supports his wife, and Isn't thought of as a bad guy. At all.

• You play as Takasawa Yū, and at the endings, you get to experience different endings, in none to Asriel or Azaroth die by your hands.

• In the best ending, Azaroth actually becomes an Idol, after perfecting a human form, she also ends up admitting her big gay.

• The flawed ending changed from the original

It is a sequel to the first for obvious reasons, and it focuses mostly on the flawed ending, where Azaroth never leaves the mountain, and has fell deep into Insanity and tyranny, whatever monster are left behind because they weren't aware, or were to slow, including Butcher, Undyne, Asriel, Flowey, Molten, Dogalpha, Dogomega, Gaster, Sans and Gladstaton, instead of the Noble Bright original story, this is Grim Bright, and some endings have you die- you play as the same character, determined to get monsterkind free, all of them, even Azaroth.

Every character retains an old role except for Gaster, who becomes Royal Scientist and Sans, the Royal Advisor, since the story takes place only three days after the first, and it canonly takes 18 hours in every ending you remain alive in, except for the Kings Pet ending, you never leave in that one. So the entirety of the story takes place on Azaroth's Birthday- March 23rd, 20XX.

There are no changes in who you encounter, or where, you encounter less monsters, around 78% percent less, so they are ramped up significantly, the first fight is of Undyne like difficulty. Flowey tried usurping Azaroth using Asriel's naïvety, this doesn't end well, as Toriel is killed in the confusion, leaving Asriel without a mother, Asgore was exiled to the surface, and Undyne is in control of both Sleetlands and Tundrabolt, as Azaroth has changed new home to the Profaned Castle, and she's imposed herself as the Emperor of Providence- she's much harder than before, as there is- similarly to Asgore- no mercy in her first form.
