nathan has tried to get into contact with the only hospital in holland that offers gender therapy, and they have been fucking HORRIBLE

like i am appalled

secretaries that just straight up are rude as fuck (one told nathan that he “should think about it a lot more before actually thinking about therapy” when he couldnt make an appointment with his therapist in time, like she straight up just assumed he didnt want it bad enough because he was LATE. BITCH HE LIVES 2.5 HOURS AWAY), they randomly cancel appointments and dont tell you about it, they randomly CREATE appointments and dont tell you about it, they can be a BITCH when it comes to getting medical documents that you need for your fucking doctor and just generally the people there working can be hella mean and work against you

you can file complaints but the hospital doesnt give a fuck

its so weird to me bc the trans ppl i know who went there (so, all trans people i know, which is quite a few) all had good experiences with the psychs themselves and were helped pretty quickly but they all say the other ppl working there are vile af
