Robotnik somehow manages to give off absolute freak, and virgin energy at the same time and i love him for it.

Like, he will have stone do the most homoerrotic, gay ass shit you will ever see, but the most that agent is ever going to get out of him romantically is hand holding, and ivo blushes like a mother fucker while doing it.
