I checked the wiki transcripts just now and I can confirm Miles says it in every AAI case at least once. There could be more, but these are generally the first instances I found of him saying the line in each case.

Seeing that they changed the line makes me a bit sad tbh. To be fair, I read an interview with Janet Tsu and they said most of the team was focused on localizing AAI2. Most of the changes they made to the first Investigations game was correcting grammar mistakes.

Given that it's been over 10 years since the first Investigations game was localized, I wouldn't be surprised if they just forgot it was a line Edgeworth typically said. Although, I feel like this wouldn't have happened if they localized AAI2 sooner, but alas : (
