my brain literally just won’t shut up tonight but i’m so genuinely so exhausted so like. yknow the internet post that says we’re. flying at seatbelts fastened? me rn
#does anyone even remotely know what i’m talking abt JDKFJDKFKL#anyway dealing with a lot of intrusive thoughts and i’m just like. bestie shut up lol#num 1 being what if i just had c*vid this whole time so that’s why i’m so fatigued (i didn’t. i was just anxious all day so i’m crashing)#(it’s something that’s happened before used to much more frequently now less so but still. will happen again. ik the drill by now)#num 2 being a lot of b*** d********* thoughts and looking in the mirror is 😋 confusing me like. genuinely cognitive dissonance confusing#num 3 is generally worrying abt this trip not being fun just being overwhelming (it will literally be. such a good trip. i’m excited)#(but i am also tired right now and stressed abt even flying out bc nervous about the flight and lalalalalala)#rambling#this has been a rant
