Whipped this up real fast to try my hand at making dyed / ombre (?) hair, and I thought the end result looked cute so I’m sharing it.

I actually started making this project for myself, but last week I have an urge to make a retexture of EVERY hair by @mayu-sims with @ifcasims textures, so here it is. I make this by swapping textures of already existing retextures by @ifcasims and @melsts3cc, so credits goes to them. In some cases instead of original Mayu hairs I used low-poly meshes by @agnelid, in there also included female and younger ages versions (except Cazy Helena and Alesso Firenze, that was already made by @melsts3cc).

All hairs are disallowed for random, compressed and have custom thumbnails.

Because of the big size (600+ mb), retextures are splitted to 5 archives: pt.1 consist Agnelid retextures, that have versions for both genders and children/toddlers, pt.2 have retextures of meshes by Ade, Anto/Alesso/Coolsims, Butterflysims and Cazy, Pt.3 have retextures of Newsea, Simpliciaty and miscellaneous creators, last two archives dedicated to Nightcrawler and LeahLillith hairs exclusively.

Here it is Riou... or Rio? I still dont know enough japanese lol Do you like Rio? I LOVE Rio xd I totally liked him in the anime, was a little disappointed that in the other media he often looks more young unu like in the anime he clearly looks older (you can imagine with this who is really my fav lol) xd He is 28, but well his more young version by Kazui sensei is still very cute uwu

Also, I know he is also mostly serious or expresionless in the anime and manga, but like IN EVERY CARD OF THE GAME HE APPEARS SMILING WHEN YOU EVOLVE THE CARD xd so you cant say that he isnt a smiling boi uwu and i like that a lot uwu so all the pics I took of him are smiling or trying to be cool and failing cause he is kinda himbo uwu that's why Rio and Dice together always look so cute uwuw two himbos together xd

must protect uwu although he would be the one protecting me in reality xd

i also used the ninja pose cause... he is the only one who could pull it off lol

i may like him a lot cause i love redheads too uwu

yeah, I still dont like MTC bcs of the premise of the group perse, but i like Jyuto and Rio a lot xd

Talking about the sim, he was a piece of cake to make cause i had the uniform retextured from last year and just had to do some touchups and genetics xd

also i made him his rifle but i failed miserably trying to transform this pose to cas pose lol

Maxis CurlsWild

This is a “lost and found” Maxis mesh that’s hidden in the game files. No clue why Maxis decided not to use it, I think it’s just as good if not better than plenty of the other hair meshes in basegame. (BTW, you can see an elder man wearing it in this basegame promo render!) It was first remade by simsbaby way back in 2006, this version is a recent mesh edit by @executables-sims (x). Everyone needs more clothes for elder Sims, especially men, so I decided to convert one of the best EA's meshes in my opinion for them and also made BGC adult version too. Many thanks to @nightospheresims for her Half Texture Half 3D meshes tutorial. @oddballik for fixing neck seam for me (I was having difficulty with milkshape) and @agnelid for some advices.

I also plan to do a big series of retextures (similar to what @mellosakicc does for ts4) and this t-shirt mesh I think is perfect for that purpose for men (for females I will use this one from @sweetdevil-sims). Hope You like it!

Today I finally finished screenshoting this cutie uwuwu idk but he first was turning too much of a baby-maker-boy (srry, i dont want to get banned by tumblr-sama gg), but then somewhere in the middle of the process I started to make him more cutesy xD Random data: he is very down on my list as a character, but I must admit that I like his design uwu Yeah, we know that having two jackets is... questionable xD but from a design point it looks very cool! and more memorable. Also he doesn't have anime bangs! which go more well with his very western clothes uwu

so, yeah, while making this sim I can now apreciate a little more this part of him, and that he has that idiotic/adorable tendency of sticking his tongue out xD
