Happy Monday lovely people ❤
As Divali is coming closer, I'm dreaming of these spongy, milky balls, soaked in that sugary syrup 🤤
These are called Rasgoola in Trinidad and Tobago and Gulab Jamun in other parts of the world. In Nepal it's known as Lal Mohan.
As a child, I loved going to the market just for this and rice cakes 😉
Now that I make it myself, I've had to make a rule to only make these for Divali 🤣 They are just too good, and once you start eating you'll literally have to pull one hand away from the other.
Make sure you find those pants with the elastic waist, because carb season (Divali) is upon us! I'm ready!
