If I ever write Disventure Camp 3.5, would you want Hiko x Jake to be canon?

I'm asking this because I'm worried if I make Hiko x Jake canon, I would ruin the quality of the story. Because ONC mostly makes ships out of fan service, which a little fan service is nice, but when you overdo it, it spoils. If Hiko x Jake doesn't become canon, I could just make it to where Hiko flirts with Jake like a loser, but they don't become official. After all, I am writing a SEASON, not an oc x canon fanfic (which I love oc x canon, one of my fav things).

But what do you think?

Hiko x Jake as TCW songs and lore because I am annoying 🤭🤭🤭

Hiko:

Higher Ground Hard Sell Canary in a Coal Mine Queen of Nothing

Paola Batalla has cursed me somehow because I can't go a day without giving my characters some good ol' angst. So lemme flesh Hiko out.

Hiko wanted to be famous and leave behind a legacy. He was born to live on the wild side. But his parents didn't want him to take any risks, so they had him become a teacher, a more stable job (because they were also afraid of this little troublemaker in the medical field). Hiko started to go to college with an art and education major (the former by his choice and the latter by his parents), but did not have the grades to continue. He did apply for both Seasons of Disventure Camp, but failed. Eventually, Hiko applied for a job as an intern for Disventure Camp in the last few episodes of Season 3, and Krystal accepted. In the mining episode, the rocks started to fall on Riya, Yul, Jake, Ally, James, and Fiore. Everyone managed to make it out except Riya and Emily. Emily and Riya are taken out of the cave and into the hospital. Hiko takes Riya's place. Everyone is still in. In the gladiator episode, Ally gets out first. It is a duke out between Jake and Hiko. And Hiko wins and gets the 3 million. Krystal gives Hiko an offer to take over Disventure Camp. Hiko agrees. Hiko pays off his school debt. And then, he wins the lottery. He's now very rich and lives in what Chris McLean would call a cottage just a few miles away from Camp Tipiskaw.

Then, he looks in the mirror. He looks into the past. His parents would be disappointed to find out that he is a game show host rather than something with a college degree. And then, he starts to believe he didn't deserve any of it. But there is no stopping now. After all, this is what he wanted, so he has no right to feel sorry.

As for Jake, he didn't take the loss lightly. He felt like a screw up. He was there to patch things up with Tom, but the 3 million dollars were just at his grasp. And to prove that he wasn't a whiny brat that only made it out of a whim of luck, he wanted to tackle some unfinished business. (Yes, he does talk to Tom about this, in case you are wondering). His frenemy, Ally, was on the same page. This debuter who played for Riya took everything they had. And now they WANT IT BACK!

Hiko x Jake fanfic for the two people that want to see it (Semi-SFW I think?)

The sun was setting. Jake waited for Hiko to meet him in a place just several yards away from Camp Tipiskaw. Out of everything he could have done, like tying him to tree and looking for the prize money himself to blatantly killing him, Jake brought himself into asking Hiko about the finale he lost in.

Hiko arrived in his host attire. He looked into Jake's gaze and couldn't help but daydream about running away with him into the other side of day. His mind wandered aimlessly about, ignoring what Jake was capable of whenever he falls into hysteria. He didn't listen to the first few sentences Jake spat, not like he ever felt liked listening to reprimands anyways.

"Don't you know how hard I have worked for that? And Ally too! Have you ever considered how painful our journey was?" Hiko finally heard Jake scold.

"I was only doing what I was told. And don't you think that losing to me is at least better than losing to Riya?" Hiko responded nonchalantly. "And why are you defending Ally?"

"Riya is in the hospital for crying out loud! No one gives a shit about her anymore! And.. Ally.. and! Oh, screw you! I never wanted to be here in the first place!" Jake balled his fists towards the eye-patched ginger.

"Then why did you come here again?" Hiko asked the taller man in pink. "Do you have any ulterior moves I don't know about?"

Beating Hiko to a pulp and putting him out of his misery would have been the perfect idea if Jake wanted to serve jail time. Jake knew that he shouldn't do anything foolish.. like anything that the Jake-of-the-past would. But then Jake remembered about the time that Hiko saw him for the first time in a year in which he mistaken him for a personal stripper. He also took the multiple times where Hiko flirted with him and pieced it with the former clue. Jake had a plan. A desperate plan, but one that works.

Jake begins to perform a distraction plan. He takes Hiko by the hips. "Are you okay with this?" He made a mental note-to-self to never mention about this plan when he comes back to visit Ally.

Hiko looks at Jake's eyes and becomes as red as his hair. "Are we?"

Jake responds, "As long as no one knows about this." He pulls Hiko in for a kiss. Hiko reciprocates as they proceed to keep on doing this for half a minute. Hiko's hands wandered around Jake's torso under his jacket and shirt, but stayed cautious enough so he didn't reach in places he wouldn't reach without overstepping boundaries. The moment to Hiko was glorious nevertheless.

Jake didn't know if he wanted this moment to stop. He, much to his chagrin, came to find out that Hiko was a fantastic kisser. Hiko started to kiss the side of Jake's neck. Jake didn't think his plan through, but he knew that he wanted to let Hiko do as much as he could to the extent, as long as it led him to forget about his intentions.

Hiko finally pulled away from Jake. He was flustered about the moments that happened. "Yyyeahh... We should never speak about this.. Well.. That was fun. See you around, Jake!" Hiko waved and went his way.

Jake paused to recollect what just happened those ten minutes prior. "Well.. That was a close one."

Teehee I’m asking about Disventure Camp 3.5 if you’re still interested ^^

Okokokok so I made an entire cast of characters and decided to start writing a season (or at least thinking of writing a season)

So pretty much it's if Krystal debuted one of her interns, Hiko to play in DCAS in the final 3 and Hiko wins. And then she has Hiko host because she doesn't want to anymore, so Derek asks his sibling Taylor and his college friend Moose to help Hiko host his first season.

If anything this season is pretty contrasted to the prior seasons because it happens to be more zany (like Total Drama), but it does have it's moments where some of the characters do have their angsty sad moments, which helps brings the gravity more than if the season were to be angsty all around.

I do have some of the characters in my UnVale, and I also have more info in the #disventure camp 3.5 tag (which is mainly Hiko atm)

Oh yeah and Jake and (maybe) Ally became evil because I say so.
