A few hours before the start of last night’s #DrinkAndDrawWithTai I had decided I was gonna get even more experimental & “crazy” with the drawing even more so than I usually get....well, the session started of like trudging thru mud, but in the end I think I obtained my objective and, like usual, while it started off rather choppy, I’m pleased with how it ended up. This one took off in many tangents, especially the addition of the #KFC bucket-headed chicken, which you’d have to have been there to hear how that happened. We did it. Another #DrinkAndDrawWithTai in the books. Thanx everyone for joining me. Y’all are getting really good. It’s so inspiring to see how everyone’s drawings turn out. We learned a few interesting things from last night’s session. For instance, we learned that I have a genuine disdain for the word “pupil”. I don’t know why, but I just do. Additionally we learned there is an amazing 200 acre place in Louisiana called @ChimpHaven, where they provide & promote the best care of sanctuary chimpanzees & inspire action for the species worldwide. It was an off day for me this past #DrinkAndDraw session on Friday, but after about 5 hours this was the end result of my sketch. I’m still not sure how I feel about it, but what I am sure of is that I am so glad that ya joined me for the evening.
