I was in Bend in July for the Bend Summer Festival where I took part as a vendor, and I managed to make some stops on the way home. One of them was at Smith Rock where I used the Hasselblad flexbody with both a film back and a digital back. This one was with the film back. I’m happy with the way it looks.

The fourth  in the seascape series.

It is the same location as the first seascape as well as the second  and third seascapes, namely  Encounter Bay on the Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia. The time is winter 2022. The photo was made whilst on a poodlewalk with Kayla. The photo was made from Rosetta Head.

It's been quite windy the past week or so. The same goes for this morning, ahead of that nasty arctic blast headed our way over the weekend.

So windy this chime got knocked down and landed on the bench beneath one of the Live Oaks in the backyard.

Couldn't resist taking a close-up using the NONS Instant Back attached to my Hassy 500cm and the 50mm Distagon with the number 10 extension tube.

Yup. An Instax Square back. Works great. So cool.

It showed up un the mail a few days back and I had time early yesterday to play with it a little bit, walking around the backyard and studio.

I used the waist-level viewfinder for the first pack, Instax Square Black.

Next, I'll see if the PM-45 will fit, come off easily. Planning to waste a pack of Instax Square Monochrome.

ISO 800, used the always awesome Minolta Auto Meter IV F.

Also used the 80mm Planar, 150mm Sonnar.

I wanted to see if the Hasselblad CFV 100s digital back would do infrared by simply placing a Hoya 72 Infrared filter on the lens, and it did it quite well. Further exploration of this discovery will follow..
