Starting to think we should take a leaf out of Disney's book with all these crazy panic buyers! Seriously though, panic buying is NOT helping anyone, Its actually doing MORE harm. Instead of people going out once & getting what they need, they're having to go to multiple stores multiple times because no-one has the items! (Seriously, noone needs more handwash than they can actually use in their lifetime!) There was enough before this, there will be enough now. For people like me who are considered "high-risk" going out more than absolutely necessary is something we should NOT be doing. I'm trying my best to "social distance" myself but also, girls gotta eat to stay healthy! As a rule, you should ALWAYS have enough in your cupboards to keep you going for a couple of weeks, you could get sick & not be able to leave the house at ANY time, not just when there's a virus. PLEASE stop panic buying, allow enough for everyone, & please...wash your damn hands. If anything good comes from this I hope at the very least it's: 1.) People have better general hygiene practices 2.) People see why working from home/accessible options are essential & how easy they are to implement. Just a shame it's taken for ableds to get sick to suddenly want to do it. I'm not gonna be posting much about this because honestly my mental health is going crazy with it all at the moment. But wanted to share this photo I edited & say my bit. QOTD: tell me something positive that's happened to you recently🌼 _________________________________ #tesco #tescofood #fastpass #disney #WaltDisneyWorld #WDW #disneyfastpass #Edit #myedit #discoverunder10k #discoverunder20k #bloggersunder10k #FollowLife #followme #everylittlehelps #highriskcovid19 #panicbuying #StopPanicBuying #Abledsareweird #Ableism #edit_perfection #fastpassplus #Supermarkets #follow4like https://www.instagram.com/p/B90PCqfHO9l/?igshid=m2uk7xbr8vxv

Disney's FastPass+ (FP+) & Attraction Tiers
In our last guide, we reviewed how to get around Walt Disney World and the approximate geography of the area. This time, we’re going to look at the attractions and how to make FastPass+ reservations. We’ve covered this briefly in previous posts, like Planning the Core of your Trip, but thought it could use a little more in-depth attention. The use of this system can be a huge benefit to maximizing your time on site. FastPass+ also tends to create numerous questions for people. In our experience, this is one area that has a steep learning curve. Although simple in premise it can prove to be anything but in practice.
What is FastPass+?
FastPass+ is a complimentary benefit extended to anyone with valid admission. Each Walt Disney World ticket holder receives three advanced FastPass+ selections for a single park (per day). When you may first start making your reservations depends on if you have an onsite resort reservation or not. This service allows you to reserve access to attractions of your choosing at a specific time, with a minimal wait. There are a limited number of FastPass+ allocations for each attraction each day. Although the system may show that all of the FP+ have been selected for a specific attraction, continue to check back. Changes happen and if someone cancels their reservation it will be released for someone else to claim.
When do I make the reservations?
We recommend you make your FastPass+ selections early in order to have a greater variety of options to choose from. Since all attractions and Character Greetings provide standby entrances, you’re also free to simply plan as you go. Keep in mind, the number of slots is limited. Depending on availability, additional FastPass+ selections may be available to guests once their three initial selections have been used each day. Advanced FastPass+ reservations may be made up to 60 days in advance for on-site guests, and 30 days for off-site guests. If you want any of the High Popularity FastPass+, and some other popular attractions, having the full 60-day window might be the only way to get them. Many of these FastPass+ experiences “sell out” within hours or days of their 60-day window opening. This becomes significant during your trip because a wait time of 2+ hours is not unheard of for these attractions. Having a FP+ for select attractions could be the difference between an additional 4-6 hours in line per day and getting to experience other attractions as well or not.
Disney Tiers
An important part of the system that we haven’t previously covered is the tiers. To start the day everyone is allotted 3 advanced selections, with more allowed after those are used. One (1) selection from Tier 1 and two (2) selections from Tier 2, or three (3) selections from Tier 2; all within the same park. The only exception being the Magic Kingdom as there are no attraction Tiers in that park. After you’ve checked into your 3rd selection you’re free to make additional selections from any tier in that same park or in another park. In a later guide, we’ll cover tips and tricks to maximize the FP+ system. You’re permitted to do that through the end of your day. In essence, this gives you the opportunity for unlimited FastPass+ reservations, providing there is availability. You also don’t have to make all 3 selections and once you’ve completed those that you’ve already reserved you may make others for a different park. It is probably clear why questions come up now. With the tiers outlined below, we’ll provide some examples to hopefully clarify any remaining questions you may have (but we are here to help if you have more!). As you’d likely suspected, most of the high demand rides are in Tier 1 making it nearly impossible to have multiple high demand attractions in your FP+ plans in a single day. Disney's Magic Kingdom
This park is unique in that it does not have any tiers. Here is a list of all attractions with details and our recommendations for FP+ below. If you browse any Disney forums discussing the FP+ system, you’ll see there is significant debate around the best way to use this system. We’re happy to have a more in-depth conversation with anyone about this. Ultimately, just like everything else, we don’t believe there is a “one right way” to use it. Everyone will have different priorities, preferences, and desires. We always suggest approaching anything at Disney with you and your party in mind.
Our recommendation is to use them on attractions that you’re prioritizing. Everyone will always have their own “best use” or whatever qualifier you’d like to attach to the attraction. For example, my family likes to prioritize Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Big Thunder Mountain, and Jungle Cruise. Those are our “must-do” attractions. The other consideration is to target those that typically have long “standby” waits, that is the line you use if you don’t have a FastPass. Peter Pan’s Flight Seven Dwarfs Mine Train All of the “Mountains”: Big Thunder, Space, and SplashCharacter Meet and Greet Disney's Epcot
Here is a list of all Epcot attractions with details and the Tiers listed below.
Tier 1 Epcot ForeverFrozen Ever After Soarin’ Test Track Epcot Character Spot
Tier 2 Disney/Pixar Short Film FestivalJourney Into Imagination with FigmentLiving with the LandMission: Space (Green or Orange)Spaceship EarthThe Seas with Nemo & FriendsTurtle Talk with Crush Epcot is the first park where we encounter the Tiers. Most people will want to experience at least one Tier 1 attraction, but typically they really want to experience multiple. Our suggestion is to target Frozen. It is almost always in demand and the opening of the World Showcase was even altered to allow earlier access. There are times you can find Soarin’ and even Test Track with reduced waits; either just after opening (called rope dropping) or just before closing are good times to try. Test Track also has a single rider line that if your party is OK being separated can greatly reduce your time in line. Epcot Forever is the nighttime show and, in our opinion, the fireworks and shows aren’t typically worth the FP+. Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Here is the list of all Animal Kingdom attractions with details and the Tiers listed below.
Tier 1 Flight of Passage Navi River Journey
Tier 2 DINOSAURExpedition EverestFestival of the Lion KingFinding Nemo - The MusicalIt's Tough to Be A BugKali River RapidsKilimanjaro SafarisMeet Favorite Disney Pals at Adventurers OutpostPrimeval WhirlRivers of Light Ever since opening, the attractions in Pandora have maintained a high demand. It is not unheard to see 3+ hour-long waits for those attractions. The Safaris is another attraction that has stood the test of time and consistently has extended wait times. Our standing suggestion for FP+ here would be Flight of Passage, Safaris, and Everest. In our opinion, they are the 3 best attractions in the park and their unwavering demand just supports that. However, Everest can be a bit of a wildcard in that is has a single rider line. Again, if you’re ok with your party being separated you can enjoy this attraction with minimal wait and target something else with that FP+ reservation. Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Here is a list of all Hollywood Studios attractions and the Tiers below.
"©Disney ©Disney/Pixar ©POOF-Slinky, LLC." Tier 1 Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway (Opening March 4th)Millennium Falcon: Smugglers RunSlinky Dog Dash
Tier 2 Alien Swirling SaucersBeauty and the BeastDisney Junior Dance Party!Fantasmic!Frozen Sing-Along CelebrationIndiana Jones Stunt SpectacularMuppet Vision 3DRock ‘n’ Roller CoasterStar ToursTower of TerrorToy Story ManiaVoyage of the Little Mermaid At this time there is no indication when Rise of the Resistance will be added to the FastPass+ list. You can also look forward to another ride, Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway coming to the park in May 2020. The expectation is that it will open with FastPass+ just like Smugglers Run and Rise of the Resistance have. So that was loads of information to cover! Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions as you may have them. Before writing this, we had really forgotten how complicated it can feel. We’ve been using the system so long now that most of it just comes second nature.

Disney World Guide Part 1
I am a huge Disney fan. Anyone who knows me it’s all about Disney, Harry Potter, and my dog. So where did I go for my honeymoon? Disney and Universal Studios.
So since my type A personality likes to plan, I dove into pintrest and the internet looking up stuff on how to have an amazing honeymoon at Disney. Do you know what I found? ONE ARTICLE!!!! That’s it. Everything else was centered around families. What about the mid-20 year old’s that just love Disney? What about the nicer places to eat in Disney? What about the more adult things to do at Disney? Nothing, nada, zilch. So I decided I would add another to the articles out there about traveling to Disney when you are in your 20′s/ honeymoon, because I did both.
I’ll start with tickets. You should totally get a park hopper pass. Most people say it wasn’t worth it, but to me it is. Why? Because that way you aren’t stuck in one park. The fireworks don’t go off every night in every park, so if you get a park hopper you can guarantee that you’ll see the show without having to tie yourselves to the park that is showing the fireworks. Also if you are there for more than 3 days, we skipped some fireworks shows and rode rides because there were no lines. If you go when you are in your 20′s you can stay out later, so I recommend you go to the later of the fireworks shows. At Magic Kingdom sometimes Wishes has two shows with the electrical parade in between. We rode rides during the first show and then got seats for the Electrical Parade and watched Wishes were there weren’t so many kids on shoulders to block our view.
Parks:
Magic Kingdom: for some reason when I read the family blogs all they talked about was what was good for little kids. Reading those, you might assume that Magic Kingdom will be filled with crying kids and long lines. IT’S NOT!!! Avoid the little kid rides and you’re ok. We rode all the mountains, especially Space Mountain, and were able to enjoy each other’s company in line without kids asking how much longer.
Plan your fast passes accordingly. You are only able to have Three a day for one park. I recommend the three mountains. Disney hasn’t updated their lines on the mountains, so waiting is really boring. You might think Snow White Mine Train is new so the line is really long, and you’re right it is, most of the day. Remember how I mentioned before about there being two fireworks shows? Just go ride the Mine Train during the first show along with Peter Pan’s flight.
Also don’t skip any of the traditional rides. We loved Jungle Cruise and how punny it was. We loved Dumbo and sitting close to one another. We counted the Jack Sparrows because we read that sometimes Johnny Depp likes to stand in on the Pirates of the Caribbean. We rode Haunted Mansion twice trying to spot the hidden Mickeys. We shot lazers at Zorg on Buzz Lightyear’s ride and we kept singing “it’s great big beautiful tomorrow” after riding the Carousel of Progress.
Fun Fact about the Haunted Mansion. The room where you see seven wedding dresses actually has a story. One woman married all the guys for their money and then killed them, but she remembers them by wearing a pearl necklace, in her last wedding picture she is wearing six!
Food here for adults is hard to find, as far as a sit down restaurant. Crystal Palace is full of Winnie the Pooh, good luck with Cinderella’s Royal Table, and Plaza Restaurant didn’t seem appealing. We ate at Tony’s which is themed around Lady and the Tramp and we liked that because it’s right by the front entrance and you can people watch.
You also have the Be Our Guest Restaurant, but I wasn’t able to get reservations. You are allowed to put your name down on a list for dinner, but it’s not worth it. We waited a hour and half and our name was never called. But we did find out some useful information. If you go straight to the restaurant as soon as the park opens, there is a guy with a clipboard of all the people that canceled reservations before the day. You might be able to get a table like that if you don’t reserve it 180 days in advance.
Anyways, in Magic Kingdom we didn’t eat at any sit down restaurant because like I said it’s slim pickings. I do wish we had done the desert and fireworks. They started doing desert in Tomorrowland terrace which you can have an excellent view of the fireworks. I recommend trying to do this so you don’t have to deal with crowds, people putting their kids on top of their shoulders, or people’s cameras getting in the way. If not, we watched from outside the reserved area and still had a great view away from the crowds.
The parades. I realized that when you don’t have kids, you can get great seats for the parade! They start roping it off with 30 minutes to go, but we got our seats a hour beforehand. We got ourselves a pineapple dole whip and sat down on a curb. Since we were in the front, there were little kids who couldn’t see. We let them stand in front of us since we could easily see over their heads. This was a great idea since the walking characters interact with the kids and I was able to get great pictures!!
This is my Magic Kingdom Post, more to come about the other parks.
