More Senate Robes! Embarrassingly I didn't capture the information for these robes. I'm pretty sure they are all Palpatine's costumes. I do know that the one all the way on the right is Chancellor Palpatine's Trade Federation Robes from the Revenge of the Sith. These robes were described as "reptilian" by Ian McDiarmid. He also described the costumes as "wonderfully empowering." The costumes were essential to the visual story of Palpatine's plans evolving and his power growing. "We used texture to show the deterioration of his moral fiber.
