I am so autistic how did I not see it before
#disclaimer: I am not diagnosed and I am not meaning this in a demeaning way#I am just very autistic#I have so many characteristics associated with autism#I score highly on tests that indicate autism#I have had sensory issues since I was a young child#I am pretty good at masking#pretty sure what I described in middle school and high school as suddenly not being able to function were shutdowns#my thoughts#autism#it’s stream of consciousness blogging tonight baby#me repeatedly stroking my hair over and over and over in elementary school (before I broke the habit after my mom told me people were going#to think something was wrong with me)#was a sign#being the pickiest eater ever as a child because of textures (still to this day something I struggle with)
