I would not recommend this movie to my friends. I would not rewatch this movie.

The horse tripping like that in the beginning was crazy.

I like how this movie expounded more on the relationships before Messala left to fight. It makes it more intimate. I though the love is our true nature quote was astounding. Like, I never think that. I like the Messala face to ear cut. These horses are beautiful. Judah's haircut did wonders.

I feel a stronger juxtaposition between Judah and Jesus in this movie than in the og, but the og feels more classic. The og race was better imo. But, this one was so intense.

This cleaned up too nicely. Like, idk, i wouldn't forgive Messala, but I guess I didn't gain from the moral of the story.
