today I cooked food for the 7 days I'm gonna be barnsitting and it took a good three hours but I'm gonna have the best medley dinners I've ever made
#breakfasts: cornbread with homemade plum jam and two boiled eggs#barn snacks: peanut butter and raisins#lunches: baked chicken thighs on brown rice with broccoli and spinach#afternoon snacks: apple slices with cinnamon and honey#dinners: medley of potatoes brussels sprouts onions muchrooms and beef chunks all roasted together#i LOVE knowing exactly what I'm gonna eat and not having to cook it#takes some of the stress off what will otherwise be a very stressful week
