#did it on overdrive 3 which i feel has the best xp : diffculty ratio#didnt manage a fully flawless run tho. first area enemies kinda kicked my ass a bit bc my loadout gives me speed boost over time#so in the very beginning im still way too slow#the game is v good i def recommend it but theres def something weird about the best strat for perfectly completing the bullet hell bosses#having very little to do with dodging their bullets#i think it's more an issue of power creep with overdrive + my loadout's massive xp boosts#early on (as in around level 10) and on od 0 actual skill is a lot more important bc dps is a struggle so you have to survive#i think it's just the game's nature as a horde survival roguelite. i can't blame it#tho i definitely have more fun with the bosses i can't cheese by running diagonally
