Leak Speed Record Shattered - Incontinence Olympics - Paris 2024 - San Antonio Bugle
Loretta Loft Jan 2024, Paris
The Olympics have started early in Paris with the newly inaugurated Incontinence Olypmics - a prelude to the Paralympics. Certified athletes with either daytime bladder or bowel incontience (or both) are allowed to compete in this self-proclaimed "Splash and Dash" extravaganza.

Incontinence products are encouraged to be displayed to destigmatize the need for wearing of these garments. "Some of us actually call ourselves the Porta Potty Pros. It's fantastic that we can come here and compete against athletes all over the world and not be impacted by our condition. It's also great to see major diaper brands like Dampers® and Snuglees® coming to the party and supplying great diapers for us athletes" runner Kei Wei from South Korea said.

The inagural men's relay race promised excitement, laughter, and a few unexpected twists. Athlete's faced an unexpected challenge during the championship competition. The spirited American relay team, themselves caught in a sticky situation that left them trailing behind in the race.
As the starting pistol echoed through the stadium, these Pee-nomenal boys shot off the blocks with their trademark enthusiasm. The crowd erupted in cheers, ready to witness the unconventional spectacle of these incontinent athletes showcasing their speed and agility.

Midway through the race, a series of unfortunate accidents struck multiple boys, causing them to veer off course and face an unplanned pit stop. Despite their best efforts to maintain composure, it became clear that the protection they wore couldn't quite hold up against the pressures of the competition.
Spectators watched in a mix of shock and amusement as the boys made light of the situation with good humor. The US team determined to finish what they started, valiantly pressed on, embracing the mishaps with a sense of camaraderie that endeared them to the audience.
While these Porta Potty Pros may not have clinched victory in this particular race, they undoubtedly won the hearts of onlookers with their resilience and lighthearted approach to sports. As the boys crossed the finish line, soaked but smiling, they proved that sometimes, the journey is more important than the destination.

Diaper Discipline Guide
Emma & Henry
My boyfriend of 4 years has always had regressive and sub tendencies while I’ve wanted to talk more control in our relationship. We tried several bdsm activities including smacking and bondage but the occasional nature wasn’t really doing it for me.
After finding out more online about Female Led Relationships I came across DD, initially dismissing it. But the more I read, the better and better the idea appealed to me. After some planning I decided to confront my partner and say I wanted to add an element of control and domination into our relationship, by saying I hadn’t decided how to do it yet we had a long discussion without diapers being mentioned where he agreed in principle to “lifestyle dominance” as long as it could be kept between them and not impact his job, friends, etc.
This guide was invaluable to me to plan the rest and it solidified my decision. It took me two weeks to discreetly buy the required supplies, getting them delivered to our apartment on days he was at work. I decided that I wanted a high initial level of DD where he’d be in diapers 24/7 at home.
I decided to start on a Friday night after work. He’d known that I had been preparing for something and I started the conversation by saying my proposal was weird, reassuring him that it wouldn’t be painful/harmful and nobody else would find out but you wanted him to agree to try it for at least 6 weeks.
Although nervous he also seemed excited by the prospect and agreed. We moved to the bedroom where I told him to get undressed before I diapered him for the first time. There was a lot of objections at this stage but I talked him round and the agreement to try it for 6 weeks was helpful.
To make the shock less I started with a medical diaper which wasn’t too thick and let him wear his normal pjs over it. I left him to explore it on his own while going to make dinner. After dinner it was time to tell him all the rules, the main one was that the toilet at home was now banned and he’d be in diapers whenever he’s at home. I kept the baby elements to a minimum and said he’s have to also wear out the house sometimes but I’d make sure nobody could tell and never when he’s at work or with friends/family. I’m not going to lie and say this didn’t involve an argument, especially when he realised that no toilet meant #2 as well but we got through. We ended up watching a movie which was a good way for him to calm down.
He wet his diaper for the first time after the movie which was funny to watch as he was so nervous it was going to leak everywhere. Even though it wasn’t too wet I did change him straight away and made his change extra special too. That night he slept in a diaper for the first time.
Over the first weekend he did get more used to wearing and I allowed him to use the toilet for a bm on Saturday. Sunday however I decided to fully enforce the rules and he messed himself for the first time. I didn’t change him this time and he took a shower. There was a lot of protests again but I said it was none-negotiable. The smell did seem to be the biggest thing that bothered him so I bought some Devrom tablets which had been recommended, it took a few days for them to arrive and a few more of taking them but now his messy diapers hardly smell and the protests have stopped. I’d actually recommend you use these from day 1 to make the transition easier.
The first week was tough but we got through it and I’m happy to say we’re now 7 months in to him being in DD. Over that time I’ve moved to thicker abdl diapers, he wears onesies regularly around the house and the toilet has remained unused by him with only a few exceptions.
We both work mainly from home so I’ve gotten used to checking and changing his diaper but thick diapers + devrom has meant he generally only needs a change after waking up, sometime in the early afternoon and before bed. I’ll also let him change himself if I’m busy or cba.
The best news is after an initial rocky patch, our relationship feels stronger than ever! He proposed to me 5 months in and I can’t see his DD ending any time soon. I’ve increased elements overtime and now the toilet is banned even when out of the house together. Public wearing did take him a while to get used to but actually it’s easy.
I’m sure DD is not for everyone and is much more involved and hard work than other lifestyle changes but for creating a caring bond between you and your partner I’ve found it to be great!

The Diaper Prison working! - a San Antonio Bugle Exclusive
Loretta Loft Jan 2024, Victoria County
The breakaway Republic of Texas' (RoT) move to introduce a "Scared Straight!" enforced regression and diaper wearing program for 18-21 year old males has met with significant success, according to Juvenile Justice Secretary Mark Morgan.
"Despite all the criticism, repeat offender rates for these participants have dropped 90% - I repeat 90% - the number speak for themselves. Not only does this save the public prison purse, it saves lives, well-beings and gives these boys a second chance without all the documented bad influences of adult jail. I call on Austin Rep. Michelle Brown to retract her hurtful statements and apologise to [program architect] Dr Strauss in particular." Morgan told reporters at an biannual Police Union gala. Rep. Brown was unavailable for comment.
RoT President Grant Allen also celebrated the program and noted program has now reached its first anniversary, with over 1200 participants enrolling the program. "It's fantastic. I was skeptical myself when they came to me and laid out their case. It's clear the old poorly funded USA system wasn't working. Now we're seeing healthy young man reprimanded, but ready to start again" he added.
Extraordinarily, the voluntary program has proven popular, with over 35% of new offenders choosing the unusual option. Some note however, that despite the program being initially voluntary, entrants can't quit the program early and, in some cases The Bugle is aware of, inmates are prevented from removing their diapers with restraint devices. Violent and sexual offenders are also allowed to participate, but are similarly restrained in high-risk settings.
The program can last anywhere from 3 months to 3 years, depending on the severity of the offence, with the custodial sentence being significantly less than the equivalent offence in adult prison. Victim's groups that were contacted had no comment on program or sentence reductions, but one anonymous spokesperson was cautiously optimistic about the reoffending rate.

Immediately dubbed "The Diaper Prison", the facility without inmate toilets in Victoria County met with outrage and ridicule from opposition and human rights groups who described the program "cruel and unusual punishment", "without any proven efficacy" and "likely to cause long-term harm". Despite complaints, no injunctions have been lodged in the RoT Supreme Court.
Proponents stress the program is entirely voluntary and provides strong psychological support through the offender's custodial stay. Dr. Miley Strauss, lead psychiatrist and co-sponsor of the program - with her wife Dr Jessica Spencer - notes "While the diapers are initially obviously humiliating, having others sharing the same punishment allows the boys to drop their ego and begin a path of self-honesty and introspection. It even allows for moments of silly toilet humour that the boys use to cover their initial embarrassment. I think it's incorrect to label it a "scared straight!" program - to me it's more like a drug redirection program - keeping vulnerable boys out of adult prison".
"The program provides world-class counselling and intervention programs to get to the root of the inmates' problems within a safe and separate juvenille detention facility away from adult prison. The regression aspects of the program boil down to one maxim: most boys just need love".
Tumblr media Tumblr media
On the question of lasting damage from enforced diaper wearing, Dr Strauss is forthcoming: "Depending on the custodial sentence, it's estimated 99% of boys will reclaim their daytime continence within 12 months, however, it's expected 30% will struggle with ongoing bedwetting without a strict training program, especially those with a past history. This risk is communicated to participants and their parents at the beginning of the program and we also provide alarms and a supply of diapers to those requesting them for when they return home."
While most complaints centered on being kept in dirty diapers after lights' out (or for up to 1 hour during the day), having pubic hair shaved and being changed in front of others, most former and current inmates interviewed said they didn't regret the decision. "It was very embarrassing at first, but everyone else gets the same treatment - the smell got pretty bad sometimes, but they did a pretty good job of keeping it under control. The food is great if you're good, or terrible if not - that kept most of us in line. I'm now using the bridging program to go to trade school. I wish I didn't need to go to D-block [as the diaper unit is known], but I'm glad I got another chance - I wouldn't have got that in Huntsville" a previous participant spoke under the condition of anonymity.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Others have also criticised the program as sexist, as the program is not available to young women, however many point out that males represent 80% of offenders, and the program remains voluntary.
Private Prison operator Securent was quoted as saying "We're proud to operate this new state of the facility in conjunction with the Department of Health and equally proud at the results its producing while we also see a fraction of the incidents at other equivalent juvenile facilities".

If Janet didn't go poopy now, she could face a mortifying change in public. The rules were simple: as soon as Janet goes stinky, she has her jimjams pulled down and her nappy untapped.
Mummy does not care for Janet's privacy, only if her booty is nice and clean and definitely not stinky. Pew yew.
Sadly for Janet, she only pushed out a small wee-wee and would now face a daunting afternoon in the park.
