There are indeed 'Millions Of Brazilians'. An estimated 211.05 million as of 2019. This is the 3rd album from the Chicago trio Dianogah, released in 2002 on Southern Records. The band formed in 1995, and to date have released 4 albums on ActionBoy 300 Records and Southern. The most recent being Qhnnnl in 2008. They play instrumental postrock with a math rock bent, tending toward the jazzy.
