Jaune and Ruby's eyed the man suspiciously as he looked at them both with a smile that did NOT meet his blue eyes. Alarm bells were ringing inside their heads, but they nodded to him.

The man turns around to grab a case before turning back to the pair as he set the case down in front of them gently and unlocking the tabs on both sides of the case, he opened it up and turned it around as Jaune and Ruby peered inside.

'Eccentric' man: zoo vhat do you think?

'Eccentric' man: only Zhe culmination of my life's work! What you are looking at is a veapon that is one of its kind! The Wunderwaffe Dg-2! a weapon that can shoot a concentrated burst of electricity at a target, essentially cooking, said target from the inside-out. I had wanted to mass produce them... but due to colleague in-differences and a lack of funding, we'll let's just say this is the only one available.

Jaune and Ruby didn't like the way the man had a slight moan when mentioning 'the cooking targets part', nor did they like how he got very angry at mention of the colleague and lack of funding. This man...was very strange.

Eccentric man: Now, originally, it took a foreign element ,which is surprisingly not found on this planet, too power this weapon but-

Ruby: Wait, you're trying to give us a weapon that has no ammo for it, nor can ammo be found for it...

Eccentric man: Shush, I was getting to that!...ahem, now I have made modifications for it...to actually use what you all call...lightning dust?

The man nodded his head rapidly as he hoisted the weapon out of its case as he took four dust vials and inserted them on the side of the weapon, and then with a flip of the switch the weapon kicked to life.

Eccentric man: Does zhe alvays interrupt? So rude...yes only four shots, but once you hit the first target, any target immediately next to it gets hit in a chain reaction... a crispy chain reaction of death!

Jaune and Ruby just side-eyed glanced one another more red flags at how this man just moaned at the way his weapon worked and how lethal it could be.

Eccentric man gave them both a disturbing smile as he set down the gun in front of Jaune and Ruby.
