*cracks knuckles* As someone who has actually created a Final Boss Eldritch!Bill for a D&D campaign that sadly never got played due to players moving... I’ve given D&D Bill stats a TON of thought.

Have a few of my highlights of the Eldritch!Bill I’d created:

AC: 23 (natural armor) HP: 618 Speed: 50ft spider climb / 60 land STR: 26 DEX 8 CON 30 INT 14 WIS 10 CHA 10

Damage Immunity: Fire, ice, poison; bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing from nonmagical attacks Condition Immunity. Charmed, paralyzed, poisoned, mind reading Damage Weakness: Acid, piercing damage (aimed at eye only)

Waves of Weirdness. Bill creates waves of wild magic by his mere living presence on our plane. Every 5 rounds he lives in our reality roll the wild magic table. (I created a whole custom table with 100 fitting effects)

Wild Magic Vulnerability. Bill is subject to all wild magic effects except where he is naturally immune.

Innate Spellcasting: Bill’s spellcasting ability is Charisma. He can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At will: detect magic (greater, 60ft), locate object (greater, 1 mile), vicious mockery, dispel magic

3/long rest each: scorching ray, flesh to stone, entangle

1/long rest each: psychic scream, mass polymorph, teleport

Swallow. Bill has the ability to manifest a multitude of hideous maws from his form and make a swallow attack against a Large or smaller creature that he is grappling or holding. If the attack hits, the target is swallowed, and the grapple ends. While swallowed, the creature is blinded and restrained, any other effects happening outside of Bill do not effect it while in his gullet, and it takes 2d6 psychic damage damage at the start of each of Bill's turns. If Bill takes 25 damage or more on a single turn from the creature inside him, or any acid damage, He must succeed on a DC 26 Constitution saving throw at the end of that turn or regurgitate the swallowed creatures (and possibly other things recently ingested), which falls into a space within 10 feet of him.

I figured Eldritch!Bill would indeed have majorly decreased DEX INT and CHA in exchange for a big bump in STR CON and HP as well as immunity to several elements. Taking the fact that his size would be gargantuan into account his speed is way poorer than it could be. He skitters about in that form, but Dipper and Mabel are still outrunning him and he seems a bit clumsy...

As for the transformation I think a round seems reasonable. We see it taking a couple of seconds in the show and a round is only 6 seconds in actual “in game” time so.... seems reasonable. It’s a lot of expansion of mass and a lot of tongues to grow after all. ^_^

I'm thinking Bill would be able to switch between his less intimidating form and the big scary one and that doing so would affect stats (Higher charisma as small, higher intimidation as big?) but probably cost an action. Any thoughts?
