There are also water calculators where you can enter not only your weight, but age, activity level, climate, etc.! It all makes a difference! Start an exercise class with a friend. Get up an hour early to do some cardio. Dance while you clean, clean while you ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿป! Add in weight training! Muscles burn calories at rest! - โœณ๏ธ SWAP OUT โ€œBADโ€ CHOICES FOR HEALTHY ONES! Less ๐ŸŸ๐Ÿช๐Ÿญ for more ๐Ÿฅฆ๐Ÿณ๐Ÿฅ—. Find a healthy balance so you donโ€™t feel deprived. Give up one โ€œnaughtyโ€ habit per week or month even. Kick the soda habit. Youโ€™ll hardly miss it if you go in stages. - โœณ๏ธ SET GOALS! โœ… If youโ€™re anything like me, you like a good To-Do List to check off because it makes you visualize each accomplishment, BIG or small. ๐Ÿฅ‡๐Ÿฅˆ๐Ÿฅ‰ Nothing too lofty, that you wonโ€™t be able to stick to because youโ€™ll set yourself up for failure or binging if you get too crazy.
