Was it worth it? He didn’t know. But she was safe and his owner was dead, and now he, he was - Reviewing the memory of what happened made him hesitant to follow, but eventually he did. Scout needed to get the blood (both his and the mans) off from his hands, from his clothes. How else could he hide? It was a near blessing that the other android even let him enter his place, even less help him. It was compassion. Something he had never experienced during his time with his owner. He followed the other android, carefully following his exact steps – all that was throwing him off, making him nervous, and so it could be clearly seen on the flickering LED on his temple, remaining yellow and sometimes switching to red. But he knew that for now, he could trust the other android – or at least, he hoped so.         ❝ My name is Scout. And you? What’s your name? ❞
