Over 300K fics (good ones, promise)

The feeling when you find a really, really long fic that doesn’t start to repeat itself at some point and manages to keep you interested until the end isn’t that easy. Yes, we do have quite a few over 100K and even over 200K fics (those posts are, by the way, coming soon, so in case you want to keep posted, I recommended that you start to follow us) but over 300K fics are rarer. Here are our favourites. The ultimate masterpieces which kept us hooked until the end.

Summary: Sequel to Forgotten. A/U from mid season 9. Castiel is human and wounded, and Dean and Sam need to get his grace back - and his wings. Things do not go as intended and Cas faces a difficult road. Long case fic with strong emphasis on Team Free Will friendship/family bonds. Will get serious and angsty and lonely. ALERT: There will be two versions of this fic, Destiel and platonic. This version (Flight) is the Destiel version. Slow build and mostly pre-Destiel. The platonic version will be called Broken and will be posted later.

Summary: How could a homophobic hunter fall for an ex-angel-slash-god wearing a male vessel? Well, just ask Dean Winchester.

Admin J’s notes: First of all, there must be someone out there who still haven’t read this. Yes, this is for you. Read it. Also, Bon Jovi should maybe pay for the authors because I’m sure this raised the interest towards Bed of Roses.

Summary: But that’s the whole reason he’s here, isn’t it? He’s not out here hunting Humans. He’s not even hunting deer, or bears, or anything else that featured in Bambi. He’s out here, freezing his nuts off every night, because he’s hunting Angels.

Sometimes Dean wishes that Angels were like how they’re described in the Bible. How people from time too old for him to care much about thought Angels were messengers and warriors of God, protectors of Humans. He knows that how they’re really described in the Bible is actually pretty terrifying, but at least they were told by God that they’re supposed to love Humans, right?

That’s a thousand times better than what Angels really turned out to be.
