My background is in Personal Training for the last 10 years (among other things lol). Working in gyms was just not doing it for me. My demographic was too small and I found that it was exhausting being there for 12+ hours chatting up the same people who had no clue what they were doing but just like they were doing to you...they had turned down every trainer before you as well. It was tiring. And training people back to back could only keep your energy up for a CPL hours and then you felt drained. You didn't have enough time to properly give someone the attention they deserved. I've always had a desire to help people tho. It makes me feel good when I can help others be happy! I came across this same opportunity that I want to share with you. It's a chance to help people all around the world ( well growing there anyway!) It's a community of coaches that have overcome horrible circumstances to build an amazing life for them & their families. It's a chance for you to take charge & be healthy & build your own business. It's a chance to take control of your life, your time, your finances. To want something more than the rat race you run over and over every day. Building this business has been up & down and every which way but it's incredible & I'm so glad I've made it to the point of taking it seriously & pushing forward. If this is something you would like to learn more about, follow or copy this link and fill out this very short application so I can get an idea of what your goals are for your future: https://form.jotform.com/81947691069168 #onlinefitnesscoach #onlinebusinesscoach #makingithappen #desireforchange #entrepeneurlife (at Chesterfield, Missouri) https://www.instagram.com/p/Bp_rNSKjBnX/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=169r3ndmyk1h3

This excuse is used quite often by many people. To overcome this excuse, try to let go of preconceived notions and expectations. Expectations lead to emotions that act as blocks and distractions, so try not to have any. . Don’t even expect to feel better. Just say, I’m going to dedicate the next 5 to 20 minutes to meditation. During meditation, as feelings arise—annoyance, boredom, even happiness—let go of them because they’re distractors from the present moment. . The idea is to stay neutral, objective. Simply return to the changing sensations of your breath and realize that awareness of your busy mind is part of the practice. . Happy meditation practices! . #meditation #meditationmotivation #desireforchange #meditate #silence #getinspired #motivation #dailymotivation #positivevibes #positivethoughts #positivity #mindset #happiness #spirituality #meditationinspiration #meditationchallenge #mindfulness #meditatedaily #howtomeditate #regularmeditation #keepmeditating #sticktomeditation #selfdiscipline https://www.instagram.com/p/B1bx0MbIc1q/?igshid=rtsskckkixfr

If you call changing lives and helping ordinary people achieve extraordinary results a pyramid, you should really open your mind and think outside the box, because if you keep walking through the same halls everyday and do nothing to change that you might realize you are surrounded by them. #DoSomethingDifferent #DontBeAverage #desireForChange #ypr (at Southwestern College)

This excuse is nearly as common as the excuse that one doesn't have time. Make meditation a part of your routine, like showering or brushing your teeth. . Once you create a little time for meditation (see my previous post about it), you still have to get past mistaken assumptions and unrealistic expectations about the practice, self-judgment and a tendency to quit. . Try to meditate for 10 minutes for a week then 20 minutes the week after and even more if you wish so. As long as you meditate regularly, the duration of the meditation is not that important. . Happy meditation practices! . . . . . #meditation #meditationmotivation #desireforchange #meditate #silence #getinspired #motivation #dailymotivation #positivevibes #positivethoughts #positivity #success #mindset #happiness #spirituality #meditationinspiration #meditationchallenge #mindfulness #meditatedaily #howtomeditate #regularmeditation #keepmeditating #sticktomeditation #selfdiscipline https://www.instagram.com/p/B1Eu4V8IMAl/?igshid=cb4v1qtqiq9t
