what is your book about?!?!

The book is about a teen with bipolar disorder. Half of it is pretty shamelessly autobiographical, but a lot of it is made up. So on its surface it's about a girl in Chicago coping with her disorder. But on another level it's just about how hard it can be to exist.

 The idea of the novel was to only tell what was important, and to keep the novel from becoming linear in shape and form. I hope I've done that.

I was gonna give up refined sugars?

They're a huge issue for me when it comes to binging. I just don't know if I would potentially be triggering more binges. They're happening so frequently now and I'm a bit afraid.
