Hello!

It's Margie again. I need to make a more comprehensive post for this mess. So I'll start with the key points of why I need help blah blah blah.

😆 I have cancer and a total hysterectomy scheduled for October 17th becuz I have atrophy and decay. I also have a problem with a vein around my kidney instead of where it's supposed to be.

😂 My wife also broke her ankle and cannot go to work, walk, drive, or even go down the stairs for 4 to 12 weeks. We live on the second floor. We have to call EMT if she needs up and down the stairs.

🤣 I quit my job for incredibly personal reasons including the first point above and ✨retaliation✨ YIKES. I'm getting another job but that leaves at least a week and a half I didn't work and earn this month all becuz my body is dying and men with power should be eaten alive.

😀 I have two cats one of which is old and disabled so I don't just feed my family of four I feed them too. I have no food stamps left. Or money ATM. To feed my family of four.

😐 My electric is due by the 26th and my rent is due by the 5th. Which all together amounts to about $500. I'm gonna do everything I can to make money but it'd be such a relief to not have to be scared about housing and electric. So I honestly wouldn't shy away from dnations right now. i'm worried that palestinian fundraisers have been slowing dramatically the past few weeks because people think their goal numbers are 'a lot of money', and ignore them.

so, as the one-year mark of this ongoing genocide approaches, i'd ask you to think seriously about how much money it costs just to keep yourself alive for an entire year. $15,000? $10,000? could you live off just $5,000? for a whole year?

since losing his job and his house to the israeli bombing, mohammed iwais has been supporting his 27-person family on gofundme donations equivalent in total to about $50k USD, or roughly $1,852 per person.

i am asking you to think about the reality of what this means for a family undergoing repeated displacements, bullet wounds, other medical emergencies, and now homelessness—in an occupied country that is being brutally price-gouged and cut off from even basic humanitarian aid by military border blockades.

mohammed's fundraising goal has not yet been met, and he's going to update his gfm page to reflect that as soon as he gets a stable internet connection. until then, there's really only one question.

Dear, free world: Apathy No More!

Note 2: Short-term goal of 30k for evacuation has been thankfully achieved. I am consulting with the Irish Refugee Council and Doras in Ireland regarding the procedures and requirements for issuing reunification visas once the crossing is operational and my family can evacuate for Egypt. We are a big family of many brothers and sisters who have so many children. They are scattered in different areas in the Gaza Strip including the North of Gaza where they can be very hard contact sometimes.

Many other Gazans in Limerick are working hard and reaching out to Irish politicians and MPs to facilitate a safe passage for their families out of Gaza to Ireland.

When piles and piles of people are apathetic when it comes to the genocide unfolding in Gaza, be the source of relief, hope, and support for the stranded helpless besieged people there. Astonishingly, our life in Gaza turned upside down in an instant?! We woke up one day to realize that a massive-scale war was to be launched against more than 2 million people in Gaza. My Facebook timeline was filled with countless posts in which Gazans publicly asked for forgiveness before their expected imminent mass murder. Can you imagine what it feels like reading all these scary posts and wondering if you should say a final 'Goodbye'?!

Then, Gazans ventured on their own version of Via Dolorosa (Way of Suffering) which included multiple forced displacements, acute life-threatening shortages of water and food, lost jobs, humiliation, mass destruction, injuries, and murder.

It is beyond shocking and sickening how desensitized our world has become to see all the horrifying images of children's body parts scattered everywhere and not lift a finger to stop this ruthless and inhumane genocide. I can say with all certitude on behalf of my people in Gaza that we have lost hope in all the vile desensitized regimes and politicians of the world.

However, we still have strong faith in the lovers and supporters of our just cause who never cease to shower us with their heartwarming words of support and uplifting wishes. Our belief in your humanity and support for our just cause drives us to ask you for help in this worst crisis in our history since the Nakba.

Hello, everyone. I'm making this new post in hopes of revitalizing Youssef's campaign which is stagnating. Youssef is NINETEEN YEARS OLD and he bears the crushing responsibility of keeping his family alive during a genocide. In Youssef's words:

"Every day is a new battle. I work long hours, searching in the corners of the camp for any opportunity that allows me to earn some money. Fatigue grips me, but I can't afford to give up. My father is sick, trapped in his pain, and his eyes plead for help. There are moments when I feel my heart shatter when I see his gaze; he endures his suffering in silence, but I know he is hurting. As for my little brother, despite his innocence, he is fighting hepatitis due to contaminated food that we are forced to eat."

After a few weeks of pretty consistent 20(+) per day donat1ons, suddenly we've dropped to FOUR in 24 hours! Youssef and his family are still struggling, so let's not give in halfway. Currently, we are at $7611/15000. Let's do our part and help relieve some of their suffering.

Falestine is married and has a 3 month old baby, and cannot afford to even give him diapers and milk.

She was made to give birth during this onslaught, and immediately moved from the hospital to a tent. Her home was bulldozed by the occupation, leaving her and her family displaced. The tent where they live is horribly unhygienic and plagued with disease; they are next to a public toilet and surrounded by dirt and waste.

Her mother is chronically ill, and her father tragically suffered a stroke. They currently have no way to treat her illness.

In order to evacuate and provide basic necessities for Falestine's family, this campaign needs to raise $40,000 USD. Currently, they've raised $15,172; A great amount, but not enough.

Please help Falestine and her family. Donate if you're able to, and share the campaign. No one deserves be forced to live through these horrible conditions.

I am speaking to you from the heart of the suffering of the displacement camps, where I have recently completed displacement 6 times here in the middle of Deir al-Balah.

Where there is famine, where there is a water cut-off, where there is no source of potable water, and if it is available, our share is very small and is not enough for my family of 7 people.

Here also, a skin disease has spread that has no cure. The existing treatment is a painkiller that relieves it for two days, then it comes back stronger. Unfortunately, this treatment is expensive, and I cannot afford it for myself either. It costs more than $30 every three days.

I am speaking to you from the tent, whose heat is unbearable and its cold as well, as we have completed all the seasons in the tents.

Really I need your support more and your support for my family more. The war is ongoing and my family is a trust with you if anything bad happens to me. Thank you.

The war didn't just steal our homes; it stole our dreams, our safety, and our loved ones.
