Sometimes, making the life that you want isn't easy. There are people in your way(even if they aren't literally, they can be a mental roadblock or even something that you have to work through), there can be an order that you have to go in - even when it's not the most convenient - and there can be drama! The easiest thing to do is to remember what you are working for and to not give up.

I have been working through some stuff the last 6 months that have been HARD, STRESSFUL, and have been an IMMENSE weight on my shoulders. One evening last week, I realized I didn't have the end design in my head anymore. I couldn’t remember what I was fighting for - the physical thing or the long-lasting things that would be because of the physical thing. It was a difficult realization to have.

The next day, I sat down and took some time to look through my designs, the wants that were centered around these things that I have been working hard on, Pinterest pictures that exhibited the outcome that I desire, and more of the things that were the reasons I started this whole journey so that I could remember what I was fighting for.

It was empowering to see how far I had come and the short way that I had yet to go before reaching my goals. I felt like I was rejuvenated and refreshed; ready to get back after making my dreams and design come true. Taking that time and step back was one of the best things that I could do for myself, and the journey I was on.

I want to live in the moment and make every moment count. I couldn’t do that when I was so stressed and couldn’t remember the destination I am fighting for. I want to be grateful and appreciate the journey, and sometimes that means making sure that you remember your design :)

I am grateful, appreciative and blessed to have such wonderful people in my life. 🙌🏾💛💙🙌🏾 Thank to my husband for making it the best day! I love you! 😘❤️ I always take time to reflect on the last year, what did I accomplish? who did I help? how have I grown? We can all agree that 2020 has been a huge CF! 🤬😰🤯 Our world's have been turned upside down in ways we could have never imagined. Personally, my family has experienced tremendous loss and pain. Losing my mother-in-law to cancer in April and my brother-in-law in August to diabetes. 💔💔 Everyone I know has experienced loss's this year. From loved ones to work, from businesses to marriages. You get what I am saying. These experiences have shaped our mindset, given us growth and embrace all the lessons life delivers. We don't have these experiences in our life design and process, but we have ability shit and control how it impacts us. In 2020, I launched my coaching practice; Coaching with José Miguel, created the #1 podcast for millennials; Life & Business Coaching for Millennials. I have great clients and I am working on 2 courses that will be launching very soon! The past year has included loss, failures, growth and success. I have learned so much about myself and design I am creating for this chapter in my life. I've learned to pivot, refrain, and convert failures into moments of growth. In closing, we all need to celebrate the moment of life that are wins! After I arrived ✈️ Luqa🇲🇹 at about 7PM I took a ride to the city centre, to take a walk around the European historic city walls.
