I was looking around for this headcanon and apparently this one wasn't posted publicly but I think you'll like it.

When Uma's birthday came around, before D2, her crew made her a crown out of scrap metal, and pretty stuff they found like shells, costume jewellery, pretty rocks, bits of coloured glass, things like that. She still has it in her room on the Lost Revenge. She doesn't need a fake crown, as we all know, but this one is from her crew so it's special.

It was Harry's idea, but they all found things for it or helped design it or helped with the metal work, things like that.

Once Uma said that she thinks of her crew members equally when it comes to assigning tasks around the ship, and that she doesn't have bias towards anyone. It was that day that the crew started keeping record of all the times she's been bias towards Harry. A major bullet point on their list- "Why does Harry keep getting assigned tasks in the captains cabin?"

Before the first Remedial Goodness class, the Lost Revenge crew received a briefing, that went something like this:

„Alright, the answer to "Is murder okay" Fairy Godmother wants to hear is "Absolutely NOT," and no "Yeah if Uma says so."

Cue general noises of confusion cos Lost Revenge is a cult and also Isle has very screwed standards.

„You don't have to believe it just say it.“

„Thanks, Harry.“

As you can imagine, the class goes very well.

No, really, they get at least one of the questions correct: You find a bottle of poison!! What do you do??

They connect The Captain = position of authority and answer with that. Fairy godmother is given a false hope that this will be fine.

The other question tho?

„You find a crying baby!! Do you??“

„The correct answer isn't there fairy godmother.“

„I assure you, it is.“

„No?? It's not??“

Fairy Godmother sighs and asks, alright, what would you do?

The pirate answers: „Get it to Uma, obviously,“ and everyone else nods.

Their problem solving skills are largely just "get Uma, she will know what to do."

I love how organically weird conversations can get sometimes. Walked in on my husband writing an email to his dad where he was listing out the optimal size to cut potatoes, and then ranking them by how often we cut each size (mashed is apparently a cutting method here)

Shan Desiree headcanons;

Her full name is Shan Desiree.

She is the daughter of Shan Yu and a witch.

She has been described as Vicious and tiny.

She is Bonny's bestfriend and was one of the first to join Uma's crew.

Desiree tends to wear a ragged peasant dress along with worn out boots and a worn out pirate hat because it is her favorite outfit.

She is the swabbie of Uma's crew and goes to the witch school.

Her older brother, Simon, is also in Uma's crew.

Simon is 3 years older than her.

They have 3 other siblings—Shiro who is older than Desiree by a year, Shing who is older than Desiree by 5 years, and Deja is the youngest and is 6 years younger than Desiree.

She wears gold face paint.

Desiree is a year younger than Uma and Harry Hook.

Desiree has little to no impulse control and has a history of violence.

She loves sparring with her friends and is a daddy's girl.

Shan Yu was a surprisingly good father.

Her favorite colors are pink and purple.

She has red hightlights in her hair and loves rock music.

She loves piggyback rides and is VERY protective of her little sister.

She loves climbing the mast and gets along great with Cj much to Harry's horror.

She's not a strong swimmer.

She DOES bite. And she bites hard.

Desiree loves rumcake.

She draw a bottle of nail polish once and also licked an ashtray once. Now anything she doesn't like tastes like those two things.

She likes pranking Frollo and Gaston, and is very childish.

Behind Harry, she is the most chaotic of the crew.

Lazy Nights on Hook's ship

Summary: being part of Uma's crew made life incredibly crazy, but sometimes, when the stress of commanding the territory fades away, you three can relax and spent a good time.

This week was particulary rough, some revolts on the frontiers of the port, some betrayals from the crewmates and all the other things that come with the life on the island.

You are stood right in front of the Hook's family ship, with a bag of soft muffins, the best you could make with the bad ingredients on the island. You entered the ship turned into house and inmediately felt the warmth of cooking, apparently they started without you.

You walked to the kitchen guided by the sweet humming of a sailor song. Uma was sitting on the table, drinking some ron from a fancy cup while Harry was stirring up some dough.

"Hi gorgeous." inmediatly, a smile appeared on Harry's face.

"Hi, there, beautiful:"

You put the muffins on the counter, while Harry opens his mouth to ask for a piece. You smiled and placed a muffin on his mouth, giving him little perks on the cheeks and lips after. He made a small cute giggle and continue stirring while you went towards Uma and placed your hands on his shoulders.

"How is my favourite captain?" now it's her time to be showed in kisses.

"Good, better know that the three of us are together." her hand caressing your arm.

The humming continued, now the three of you contrinuting. Harry put the cookies on the oven, with a couple of kicks to make it work. You took your usual place on his lap while placing your legs on top of Uma's.

The ron and the card games were rolling between your hands for half an hour, waiting for the ding of the old hoven to sound. It's incredible to think about how their behavious changes when the three of you are together, and alone. Uma laughs more truly and Harry shows out his sweet spot.

"He was being an asshole, he is lucky i only broke his nose."

"No, no... you did it because he was looking at our little thing."

Uma's hand brushed you hair carefully, attaching you know with kisses. An innocent laugh escaped your lips while they both started to tickle you.

Suddently the ding on the hoven sounded, finally letting you start what you've been craving all week. The cookies and the muffins were ready, the drinks placed on the small dinning table in front of the old TV, the popcorn only needed two minutes to be made so easy task.

You three sat on the squeaky couch and set the TV on. Like always, there was nothing interest rather than Auradon TV and villain correctional chanel, but you three always liked to make jokes and make fun of the first one.

After a long week on the island of the lost, you know that no matter what, you always have Uma and Harry around to relax and be loved.

Okay, so, I'm working on Uma's new crew members profiles and I want one of them to have a parent we actually know about, rather than a faceless soldier, pirate crew member or other minion like most of the rest. I haven't picked a villain though. So I asked some friends to come up with some suggestions! Let me know who you would like to see as a parent!

NOTE FOR THE WRITE INS: I do not want them to be related to major characters or other crew members. Therefore, Maleficent, Hades, Evil Queen, Jafar, Cruella, Ursula, Barbossa, Captain Hook, Gaston, Shan-Yu, Facilier, and the Tremaines will NOT be accepted as write ins.

No but imagine them baby proofing the Lost Revenge. This ship that can scare people just by the sight of it because they know its reputation. It now has baby gates and foam and soft pads all over. There are toys and stuffies scattered around the deck. On top of that, crew members are talking in their baby voices and being ridiculous to entertain the little captain. It definitely taints the intimidating look of the Lost Revenge, but they're fine with that.

when huma's kid started crawling, it was chaotic on the Lost Revenge. somehow the baby always managed to get on the edges of the ship, and their parents panicked.

so when this happened for the second time uma gave the order that if anyone saw her standing there they would take her to the ground. they were so relieved when their kid started to walk instead of crawling.

The fact that apparently none of Uma's crew eats shrimp. I adore the dedication they have to their captain, they love her fr.

Just a thought but if Uma got a house In aurdon there would probably be a room with bunk beds for her crew.
