“For what?” 

“Oh, sorry.” Derek bit his lip. “I didn’t mean to bring her up. RJ’s…” 

“No, it’s fine,” Murphy reassured him. “I know about her. What were you paying her back for?” 

Derek gestured at himself and Machete. “She taught us how to swim. Passing that on feels like some part of her’s getting passed along, too.” 

Murphy watched her son collide with Lucy’s son in a riot of splashing. She smiled. “I wish I could thank her.” 

Derek looked over at MacCready, who’d moved further upriver with his fishing pole. “Just take care of RJ and Dunk. That’s all the thanks she’d want.”

Most of These Will Graduate into R.C.A.F. During the Coming Training Year. "Train To-day to Fly To-morrow" the Motto. ---- "Join the Air Cadets now! Train to-day to fly to-morrow!" This is the motto of the Timmins K Squadron Air Cadets. The Timmins Air Cadets have made remarkable progress, but they are determined to go still further. At present there are 42 in B Group, Senior Trainees. They include: - Gerald Badeski, John Bell, Hubert Blais, Richard Bouker, Francis Brochu, Eric Bull, John Clermont, Derek Couch, Victor Cowan, Rene Dumoulin, Floyd Dyer, Izzie Fishman, Fernand Fortier, Alfeo Gallino, Albert Glaister, Arthur Harnden, George Harrower, Frederick Horrocks, Ernest Isaacson, Richard Jackson, Robt. Jutras, Terence Kelly, Clifford Lockett, Stephen Marcineive, William Mackie, Leonard Mils, Kenneth Monahan, Ronald Mondoux, William McCagherty, Murray McIntosh, Joseph Pacione, Walter Robertson, Lincoln Rondeau, Patrick Roscoe, William Schofield, Robert Skelly, Francis Smith, Leonard Taylor, Robert Wheeler, Raymond Williams, Stanford Williams, Mervyn Villemaire.

This group with a few exceptions will all graduate into the R.C.A.F. during the coming training year, which begins Monday, Sept. 13th at Squadron Headquarters, Central Public School, Timmins. At this time an intensive course in Administration, Signals, Mathematics and Aircraft Recognition will start and continue throughout the two terms of the training year.

Any boy between the ages of 12 and 17 may turn out every Thursday night at Squadron Headquarters at the Central Public School.

After the events of fallout 3, many small towns began to grow. Megaton started to slowly expand, both the physical and population size. It then began to rival Rivet City.

Arefu, under the watchful gaze of The Family, soon began to grow as well. New settlers may find the blood packet deal a bit weird, but under The Family’s protection, they don’t mind it as much. 

Canterbury Commons becomes a large merchant town, where many towns and other small places meet up to trade. They also start a comic about The Mechanist and The Antagonizer. The lead producer is the now grown up Derek Pacion. He’s a great artist and his comics are coveted.
