Who tf decided to name having persistent depression and major depressive episodes at the same time double depression. Do u know how foolish I look every time I try to explain to someone why I can’t physically move or think straight and I have to to say ‘yeah it’s the depression. x2’

#text #woke up at 11 am was confused for 2 hrs then woke back up at 5 pm. wtf #depression rlly is an illness tho double episodes have me laid up like a dying victorian child #keep trying to explain why i dont respond until 1-5 pm to a fam member.. i feel like death man idk #cant explain how it feels like my chest and stomach were replaced w a heavy poisoned sponge thats slowly killing me
