today, unfortunately, was also the day you had to wash your hair. you took your hair and health care very seriously. you let out a sigh at the realisation that you had no escape but to wash your hair.

you entered your shared apartment with your boyfriend to the smell of something delicious. hyunjae kissed your cheek hello, as he took the bags which were in your hands.

after dinner and catching up with your sweetest boyfriend, you went to take a shower. in the mean while, hyunjae cleaned up and made the bed for you to sleep as soon as you came from the shower.

since it being the finals season, he knew how tired you were. you always were a top student and would do anything to maintain the same status. even if it meant not giving yourself proper breaks or taking a good care of yourself. now that's why, hyunjae was your boyfriend.

he always stayed up with you, even if it meant for you too pull an all nighter to complete your studies, despite you suggesting him not to. he always made sure you were well-feed and properly being taken care of.

you came out of the shower and changed into clean clothes. but still dreaded to take your ass to the vanity table and properly dry your hair. so you sat on the bed scrolling your phone, procrastinating the routine of drying your hair.

As I stepped out the taxi and onto the sandy pathway leading to the secluded beach house, my heart pounded with excitement. I took a deep breath, feeling the salty sea air filling my lungs, and broke into a run. There he was, standing on the wooden porch, his eyes lighting up the moment he saw me.
