1. I'm not a picky eater. I only don't like when things are badly cooked but I'll eat anything if it's prepared decently.

1. Definitely Minori. Being an assassin, she often finds herself in situations where food is limited and he has to resort to... unorthodox foods to survive. He only asks that it's prepared well enough to be edible.

2. The closest one is probably Delta. She was raised in a small seaside town and loves being on the ocean. To her, going to big cities often means being away from her beloved water. Even big port cities make her slightly uncomfortable as not being able to see/hear the water makes her feel off.

3. Xanaphia. She was never good with numbers, which is why magic tends to be beyond her. She likes learning about it from her friends/party, but she'll never fully understand the mathematics involved in it.

There’s only four ghouls that are allowed to join the ghoulettes Friday spa and wine nights

Mountain, Rain, Dewdrop and Delta

Mountain and Rain get all the gossip because people just like to rant to the quiet ones… also their joints get achy sometimes so they appreciate the massages and lotions

When the ghoulettes found out how painful changing elements were they all collectively agreed to invite Dewdrop and Delta;

Dewdrop at first was suspicious,

why all of a sudden was he allowed to join when he wasn’t before? What did they want from him?

He refuses to join the first few weeks until Cirrus literally threw him over her shoulder and carried him into their room. He was shocked when he clocked his eyes onto Mountain who was in a green coloured face mask completely blissed out, wine in hand

Delta was the same as Dew, Why on earth would the ghoulettes want him? He’s not worthy of this?

He knew that Mist would disappear some nights and then come back drunk as anything but he never expected this. He also refused to join for weeks but he would notice how the girls and three of copias ghouls would stare at him.

One night while working alone late in the infirmary, the two beefiest ghouls, Omega and Aether walked in and grabbed Delta by the arms and feet and carried him down to where the girls were waiting. He wasn’t happy of course but he soon warmed up to it

BIOLUMINESCENT GHOULS

Water Ghouls glowing as they swim like plankton, lines and dots appearing along their skin and are unique to each Ghoul.

Fire Ghouls’ eyes and veins glowing whenever they uses their powers, like magma cracking through rocks.

Earth Ghouls can sprout bioluminescent plants from their horns, fingertips and tail.

Quintessence Ghouls just naturally have a purple glow to their horns that gets stronger as they use their powers.

Air Ghouls can make their fingertips shine like sun rays peaking through the clouds.

I think quintessence can set off Geiger counters. Ambient quintessence isn’t harmful, but it’s similar enough to radiation that human tech can’t tell the difference.

I also think quints can sense radiation, which is why Aether likes bananas so much. They’re just slightly tingly to eat.

in the good ending with color, with the chromatic crew, I like to think sleep becomes a bit of a thing for killer.

He doesn’t sleep much at all the first few months in the place, especially when it starts changing from just him and color to all the others coming over. he refuses to sleep either around delta, cross, and epic, in the same room as them, or in a way that makes it obvious he’s tired or asleep (the whole sleeping with eyes open thing.)

so like if the others are visiting color (not killer), all hanging in the living room together, and he’s tired—always tired, having grown more obvious how exhausted he always seems to be lately, especially around color (subconsciously realizing he’s safe around color and thus his body signaling it’s time to catch up on all the missed years of adequate safe sleep)—he’d tried to force himself to stay awake and hide his exhaustion if he can’t convince color to go to bed with him.

he’d prefer to sleep in their bedroom, down the hall away from them and behind a closed locked door. the locked door can’t really do anything if anyone wants to get in and eyes are always watching, so privacy is not ever really existent, but it’s just them and he can sleep feeling color nearby and knowing it’s real and he’s safe and colors safe. even if it won’t be a restful sleep because they’re just down the hall and can do whatever they want if they were determined enough.

but color doesn’t appear to be tired yet. color’s not going to bed yet. He’s so tired, he should sleep, but he cannot leave Color alone with them. they’re color’s friends, they care about him, but care does not mean anything in the end. It never has.

I’d like to think at first killer refuses to sleep much at all anytime they’re over—no matter how long it takes them to leave. he can’t sleep, not even behind that locked door, knowing they’re not gone.

it changes gradually, very very slowly. but the more he begins to trust he’s safe and colors safe the more physically exhausted he seems to get and harder to stay awake. still he won’t allow himself to fall asleep where they can notice and see.

i like to think that whenever killer does start to grow more trusting of the others, especially cross and delta, he actually starts sleeping a lot more for a lot longer. im talking like he can sleep almost through 2 days, and finds himself fighting to stay awake at the oddest places at the oddest times. in the shower, talking in the living room or kitchen, watching epic and delta place video games, etc.

and although it was worrying and frightening at first just how long and suddenly killer could sleep—especially when he started choking on his blood and struggling to breathe or jolting awake caught in a flashback/nightmare—everyone tries their best not to disturb or startle him awake beyond making sure he’s actually still breathing and alive, but they all know this is the most uninterrupted sleep he’s gone in a long time or allowed himself to have.

it’s usually always color who has to coax him awake or calm him down from nightmares/flashbacks, because there’s always a chance of him not recognizing where he is or who anyone else is—potentially not realize he’s awake or still caught in a flashback—and possibly trying to attack or run/hide from the others depending on what Stage he fell asleep/woke up in. and even after he’s calmed, it may take awhile to remember where he is and with who.

Water ghoul headcanons based on things I learned in my marine biology class!

- Not all ghouls have the ability to produce milk, however the ones who do are closer in anatomy to cetaceans (whales, dolphins, porpoises) and this often means that they actually don't have nipples the same way other ghouls do, as it's hidden behind a mammary slit.

- The deeper the water ghoul comes from, the weirder their anatomy gets. I don't particularly think water ghouls can come from deep sea unless ??? Idk magic??? Cus at some point having bones isn't gonna be fantastic for you if you get too deep. Another thing is maybe smaller water ghouls. I don't think they'd be able to walk particularly quick or walk at all, deep sea creatures typically don't move quickly unless it's a split second thing.

- Additionally, deep sea ghouls on average would probably have a lack of vision if not total blindness and those who could see would lack full color vision. The deeper you get in the water, colors seem to sort of disappear hence why most bioluminescence appears blue.

- Back to upper waters, I can definitely see some types of water ghouls who live together in packs living similarly to killer whales in the sense that different packs have different cultures and different languages and different ways to hunt. I also think it would be super cool if said hierarchies worked the same, with the oldest female being the matriarch and males either joining or staying since they were calves (a good example of this is a 45 year old male killer whale nicknamed Chainsaw who still lives in the same pod he was born in with his mother and little sister.)

- Some male ghouls may look more femme if they live on the reef in order to trick other male ghouls into letting them breed with females, also they can change colors.

- Actually I think a lot of water ghouls could for sure just change their sex over time, it happens in a lot of different species but I think the most famous may be clownfish.

- Some male water ghouls giving birth the same way male seahorses do, I think that's fun.

- I like the implication the fandom has that Rain is actually a freshwater ghoul or just bull sharks his way between fresh and salt water.

Random headcanons for no reason ✨

Color's least favorite chore is dishes.

Color drinks coffee pretty often, which is why his friends keep buying mugs for him.

The Yaoi mug was the first of the mug cinematic universe (the different mugs I draw Color with).

Delta is far more casual than, say, Cross, Alphys, or Epic, but he is a fan of Shounen anime.

Swap and Delta are both fans of Wrestling. Don't tell Swap it's fake...don't.

Killer sees his Gaster Blasters not as weapons and, similarly to his pet cats. He doesn't use them often because of this; he doesn't want them to get hurt :(.

Epic and Color met on Accident.

Epic watches Vtubers (the biggest projection yet). He has said "Bau Bau!" before (gold star if you know which vtubers I am referencing). Unfortunately, no one else got it.

Aside from his satchel Color has a crochet bag he uses sometimes, it has flowers and butterflies on it :)

Ink drew Nightmare pregnant once for the bit.

Ink likes sitting in the OT and drawing the people he sees around them.

Color was the second person (outside of Epictale) after Cross to learn about Epic's nightmares. He really is a pro at hiding it, though (that is not how you deal with your problems, Epic, smh).

Epic was especially scared of his brother learning about his nightmares.

Epic avoids laying down as much as possible in fear of falling asleep.

I may have already done this, but whatever. Here's my headcanons on if the various Sans AUs can cook or not.

Chef Level:

Epic: Cooking is a science and he has mastered it. Though truly, he probably learned by trying to emulate whatever cooking anime he may have gotten obsessed with.

Color: He's a single mother of 6 and a full time caretaker for all of his friends, it was a sink or swim situation. He especially enjoys cooking when the ingredients are things he foraged for himself.

Blue: Tacos are actually not the only thing he can cook. And he's had a lot of time to practice as well as a lot of different culinary experiences thanks to his time with the Star Sanses. He's great.

Horror: I see everyone's point about food being a trigger for him and my two cents are that that's the case for me and I still adore cooking. Cooking may actually be therapeutic to him, and I think he'd become badass at it if given the chance.

Can Follow a Recipe:

Killer: While he doesn't eat much himself, he's good at following instructions, so if the recipe is well written (and he isn't in the mood to run some experiments on whoever he's cooking for) he can pull it off.

Cross: His dimension was monochrome, I doubt they had anything but the blandest of tastes. However, he can follow a recipe and he's hard-working enough to keep trying until he gets it right.

Delta: He gives off mainly "guy who mans the grill" vibes, but he undoubtedly had to take over on days where Color was feeling too sore and Epic was too tired from the constant nightmares, so I'm sure he could manage.

Dream: He probably could get to chef level if he had any more time to practice. But my guy is always running around saving AUs, so he's stuck here.

Could probably pull off scrambled eggs but would burn the water for a pasta:

Dust: My guy barely has the energy or enough fucks to give to be awake. He's not gonna cook unless his life depends on it. But, if it does, the food is at least gonna be edible.

Classic Sans: There's a reason why he and Papyrus still go with Papyrus canonically inedible spaghetti and it's because the most that guy can do is heat up some cup noodles. He can however do that without poisoning anyone, so he's still higher up than some of the people that are gonna be on this list.

Red: Underfell isn't exactly a place that allows monsters to focus on anything above basic survival. He most likely could get higher if he managed to escape that hellhole.

Lust: He can probably brew a banger coffee and maybe even pull off some microwavable food. That's kinda the peak his cuisine is gonna reach though.

That's not food, that's Poison:

Nightmare: He is made entirely of goop and I doubt said goop tastes good. It's gonna be in everything and everyone is gonna be sick.

Error: His diet consists entirely of chocolate and spite, dunno what to tell you guys.

Ink: They literally eat paint.

Killer if he's in a quirky mood: The poison was put in on purpose.
