the way that diff languages sound r so fascinating they're all different and all so vivid
#russian is like the surface of a feather like it's light but not exactly “soft” but still very delicate#german is . cute ? i think it's adorable . it has a lot of momentum it makes u wanna talk fast and talk a lot#like it's squishy . sleek surface w a soft inside#thai is like song . it's like interprative dance or maybe a trust-fall . everything follows from the previous thing#it feels like a little fairy flying up and letting itself fall and flying up again and so on (for fun). its so beautiful but also playful#mandarin chinese is like . idk why but it gives me the same vibe the concept of Observation does . like to read and to see and absorb#and then to translate that into smth else . like . imagine a poet people watching or an artist preparing a canvas w practiced hands. thats#the vibe. soft and elegant and musical but like...in a way that feels lived-in. arabic feels wise ? like music or poetry u read#and feel nothing about then years later u stumble on and it applies to everything in ur life. that kind of vibe. like it knows more than u#and itll make sure ur heart and soul grows as big as its lexicon . polish is like snowflakes falling . it has the feeling of complexity and#elegance but it's also so so light and slippery and...maybe not elusive but the feeling of losing a dance partner in a waltz ? like fun and#light but also an underlying elegance and somberness still . turkish is like the feeling when u get a text from ur crush#and your heart tightens and you cant tell if it's really painful or really amazing . it feels like unrequited love . or a caress#or making out with someone when you know its the last time you'll see them. its beautiful in a yearning longing way#korean is like joking around w ur friends and you've stayed up until like almost 5 AM and youre so delirious that everything is funny#and ur speaking kind of lightly and openly and everything you say holds a lot of weight and doesnt matter at all. you laugh at everything#and youre practically talking in inside jokes and watching the sunrise together . one of them hits u on the shoulder lovingly. ur by a fire#yoruba feels like the metatheory of the matatheory . abstraction until it circles back to intuition or maybe#it feels like plotting the route of a comet or maybe like the soft warm whirr of statistics. trying to verbalise beauty somehow#when you know the best thing you can show it is by telling everyone just look!! look at the sky just look!#anyway yh i think i could do this for every language ever tbh

every time I see Anya, Joey, and Liam I get so happy I'm thinking "GIRL WE ARE SO BACK" like genuinely, I just get so happy. I hope they all have a good experience filming, i just want them to have fun :)
that’s my sentiment exactly!!! I just know they’re gonna have the best time filming s4&5 and I cannot wait for the press tour. The fact that we might finally get interviews with all four leads is making me so excited, we’re gonna have a blast. The table read video is a really good sign of what’s to come imo and the fact that they hired an entire outside company to produce bts stuff for this season!! It’s gonna be so fun :)!!!

Sat down to write (it's 1:40am, I should be asleep) for the first time in almost a year because I very suddenly got the motivation, I sat down in front of a blank document and just thought, "Huh. How do you write?" (I used to think I was going to do this as a career)
#no truly i sat down and thought 'how does a story start? how do you write?'#i havent written since last november and even then it wasnt much#i was talking to my gf about ghosts (long story but i love her she gave me ghosts) and then all of a sudden i needed to write#the writing is about dead kids so i see where my brain made the connection but idk why it decided now was the time to start on it again#i am so tired i feel delirious and typing coherently is near impossible#i should sleep. the writing doesnt feel particularly amazing right now but i know in the morning it will seem so much worse#but you cant edit a blank page (i got that quote from a tumblr post like two days ago and it hasnt left my brain)#this story has lived rent free inside my brain for like six years im going to fucking get it out if its the last thing i do#i just need to figure it out. and write it well. figuring it out is the big hurdle. writing it is the next. but ill get there

Tbh my life would be pretty perfect right now if my current part time janitoring job paid. Like. A livable wage. Genuinely love doing it, the hours are perfect, I like my coworkers (and don’t have to interact with them much which might contribute to that lol), it leaves me so much time and energy afterward to enjoy my day and live my life—
Except I’m still scraping the bottom of my savings to pay the Existing Fees. Not quite as fast, which is nice, definitely, but like. What if I wasn’t in the red and had this job I think is important and enjoy but also doesn’t consume 110% of my whole life. What then, huh? I might have a good time? I might actually have a chance of kicking my constant SI at some point? Can’t have that can we? Misery is the currency that runs the world isn’t it? Can’t have people having a good time. We might be better off as a society then and that’s not allowed obviously
#still a bit jet lagged so it’s 2 pm and I’m delirious but like#come on#come the fuck ON I could actually be HAPPY it’s like RIGHT there I can fucking see it#it’s just an entire decimal point away#and that might as well be the other side of the universe#ramblings#tbh this is the most optimistic and well-adjusted I’ve managed to be about my life in. well pretty much ever#I am happier than I was and you have no idea how amazing it is to wake up at 5 am and be like ‘alright! let’s get ready and go to work :)’#and have that be genuine!! not a forced smile hanging onto my last thinning thread! I had a dream where Wally was injected with nanobots (I can't remember if that's the right word, sorry!) for a mission
Since he had no idea about what they could do to a speedster, he just kept going, and eventually collapsed. Dick caught him and went to drop him off to his house, but Wally woke up and was having some really wild mood swings (he looked drunk lmao) so Dick left him at Roy's, since his place was the nearest to them
Then Dick left to continue the mission and Roy was left to deal with a very sick (and drunk, apparently) speedster
