accidentally looked up Quallen instead of Qualen for my German comp. von den Quallen der Interpretation. "from the jellyfish of interpretation."

feeling one of those weird life full-circle moments; the first real exposure I can remember having to German was singing this lovely little Mendelssohn piece die Nachtigall at a districts festival my first year of high school. and now i'm 13 years older and doing a job that I never knew even existed (I didn't even know what classics as a field was!) and reading a German article that keeps coming back to die Nachtigall! a strange ring-composition.
