the most perfect human being on earth was now your husband. prior to the marriage, you could remember the most perfect proposal he created.

it wasn’t a spontaneous proposal. rather, he decided to create a more stay at home dinner date. a candle lit dinner he prepared 5 hours for. when you had came home from work, you were surprised to see jay in a suit and tie. his hair was slicked back and he wore the most charming smile as he watches you enter the living room.

“welcome home, my love.”

you were shocked to say the least when you witnessed the boy in a suit and tie. he looked amazing. you had imagined jay in a suit and tie as he watches you walk down the aisle but you knew that would be in the future. little did you know, it would be soon.

you felt an arm wrap around your waist and small peck on your shoulder. it knocks you out of your zoned out state.

“morning, my love.” the deep voice that startled you a little. it was still raspy, he must’ve just woken up.

“morning, honey.” you say. jay hums. you could feel him snuggling into the crook of your neck.

“you weren’t in bed so I got a little scared.” he pouts, his voice a little muffled. you turned to meet the eyes of your husband.

“sorry, honey. it’s already 10am and I was getting a little hungry. i was also struggling to get out of bed, my legs and thighs hurt.”

“oh, why didn’t you wake me up? i could’ve carried you down and save you from the potential pain.”

“well if you didn’t go hard last ni-” you paused suddenly feeling the embarrassment rise. you cheeks quickly heat up. jay smirks, he goes to whisper.

“you were the one who wanted it hard last night.” he pecks underneath your earlobe. you shiver.

“s-shut up.” you smacked his arm. he laughs before he takes notice of the food you had prepared.

“thanks for the food, angel.” he swiftly grabs the second plate you had created. the both of you happily had breakfast before deciding to just chill on the balcony of the Airbnb.

“it’s so pretty.” you say as you watched the waves crash against the sand. the smell of sea salt invading your senses. jay backhugs you and sways you slowly.

“you’re pretty.” he says. you snort.

after the honeymoon, the both of you went back to your normal lives. jay had his business to attend to since he was about to become the CEO of his dad's company. he'd always come home and you had prepare a feast for him. he couldn't feel more content.

lately though, you have been getting pretty lethargic. you have also been feeling a little unwell. you thought maybe that the flu season was here but none of your friends got sick and even if they were sick, they would not throw up.

"try taking a pregnancy test." your friend suggests on the call.

"i don't know. both me and jay aren't exactly ready to have kids. besides, he is really busy with work. you know he is about to inherit his dad's company."

"(name), no one is ever ready to have kids. however, i do know both you and jay would be amazing parents. you've taken care of your nieces and nephews."

"that's true but i'm still afraid."

"how about this. do the test first. you can tell jay after."

"alright."

after the call, you had went to the grocery store and got a pregnancy test. you were nervous of the outcome. what if jay didn't want kids? what should you do? would this affect your relationship?

"honey?" jay calls out. you were in the bathroom currently, waiting for the test to fully show. you haven't looked at it yet and you were afraid.

"in the bathroom!" you yelled to let jay know. he doesn't enter since it was privacy. you could hear him humming. you flushed the toilet and wait a minute before picking it up and revealing it.

you felt your stomach drop.

"are you okay in there, love?" jay calls out. you opened the door.

"jay." he takes notice of two sticks in your hand. he tilts his head before realising what they are.

"i'm pregnant." you finally revealed. jay's breath hitches, he could feel his eyes starting to water.

"i'm going to be a dad?" he says, it almost sounded like a whisper. he was in shock but a good kind of shock. he quickly hugs you.

"i love you." he says.

28 weeks later, you were happily carrying your child. jay helps you out with the chores before he leaves for work. since, he had already settled into being the CEO, he could easily leave early if there wasn't much schedules for the day. he would spend his free time with you and the baby.

2 years later, you were happily living with jay and your daughter. it was actually quite hard to be parents but you learnt to cope well. there were times where you wished to have some time alone with jay but your child would walk in and insist to play dolls. jay would usually go over and played dolls with her since he loved to spoil her.

"it's about time we have another little one, hmm?" jay says as he backhugs you. you shook your head.

"lily is barely 2. besides, who will take care of her while we 'make another one'?"

"i can send her to my parents? you know my mom would be delighted to babysit her." you laughed.

"so are you going to send her tomorrow?"

"is this a yes for another little one?" jay asks.

"we could just try-"

"alright! let's send her tomorrow. let me call my mom!"

"jongseong-"

before you could even say anything, jay had left the kitchen.

let's just say 5 months later, you were eating for two once again and jay was definitely exhilarated.

Y/N’s POV

I’m stirred awake by the soft, lingering pressure of familiar lips on mine. At first, I’m enveloped in the sensation of their plump softness, and for a moment, I think I must be dreaming. The kiss is gentle yet undeniably passionate, a perfect blend of love and longing that I’ve come to recognise as uniquely Henry’s.

As my senses slowly awaken, I become aware of the delicate dance of his fingers across my cheek, tracing a path as tender as a whispered promise. It’s then that I open my eyes and my heart leaps in my chest as he’s here, leaning over me with a soft smile gracing those dreamy lips. Henry’s eyes, a shade of deep, stormy blue, lock onto mine with an intensity that takes my breath away. His honey hair falls in disarray around his face, adding to the allure of the tousled morning look he wears so effortlessly. Those plump, soft lips I had initially mistaken for a dream are now inches away, just waiting for another kiss, another taste of the love that binds us.

I’m blinking again, still not actually sure he’s here, but when I open my eyes he’s still leaning ver me with an amused glint in his eyes. I raise a hand, my fingers trembling with disbelief, and with a mixture of caution and longing, I cup his cheek. The warmth of his skin against my palm is undeniably real, and the way he leans into the touch with a soft sigh. I can feel the subtle roughness of his morning stubble, the texture of his skin so familiar and comforting. My thumb grazes those plump, soft lips, the sensation electric. It sends a jolt of desire through me but, it’s more than just desire; it’s the tangible proof that Henry is here with me, that I’m not trapped in some wistful dream.

I can no longer deny the reality of the situation. This isn’t a dream. This is Henry: my love, my anchor, my prince, here in the Whitehouse.

Overwhelmed with emotions, I can’t contain my joy any longer. I reach out and grab Henry’s shoulders, yanking him down into a hug that has him letting out a surprised sound as he loses his balance and falls onto of me. He chuckles, a warm and melodious sound, as he hides his face in the crook of my neck, breath tickling my skin as he nuzzles against me. His laughter is music to my ears, a soothing balm to my heart. His nose is cold against my neck but I don’t care because he’s in my arms and he’s laughing. We’re wrapped up in each other, two souls intertwined in a world that often demands so much of us.

Without a word, his hands roam any bare skin he can reach above the duvet, drawing a soft groan from me as we can’t right now. Alex and June are going to come bugging me about breakfast soon as Mum likes to have meals together because we’re still family even if we’re the now the Presidential family.

“Hen, we can’t-“ I’m cut off by a pounding at the door.

“Come on Mouse! Breakfast! I’m starving.” Alex’s voice rings through and Henry huffs lightly, warm breath tickling my neck.

“Go ahead, give me a few minutes!” I call back as Henry wriggles his way off of me and back to his feet, “I need to get dressed!”

“TMI!” Alex makes a fake vomiting sound before I hear him move on to June’s door.

Suddenly, the duvet is ripped off me, Henry with a cheeky grin on his face but eyes telling a different story as he realises I’m completely naked. I want to cover myself up but the way he’s looking at me makes me stay there, raising myself to my elbows and just watching his expression. It’s a gaze that feels like a warm embrace, as if he’s holding me with his eyes alone.

As I watch him watch me, I notice the subtle changes in his expressions. There’s a flicker of amusement in his eyes, as if he’s delighting in some secret joke that only the two of us share. It makes me feel shy, as if I’m being examined under a magnifying glass, my vulnerability and desires laid bare for him.

But it’s not just amusement; there’s a hunger in his gaze too, a longing that’s mirrored in the way his pupils dilate ever so slightly. It’s the look of someone who can’t get enough of the person they love, as if he’s seeing me anew, every time, with the sam wonder and affection.

Henry’s gaze holds me captive, and I can’t help it when my cheeks heat up under the weight of his attention. It’s as if I’m a work of art, and he’s a devoted enthusiast, lost in the beauty of what he sees before him. In this moment, I feel truly seen and cherished, and it fills me with a warmth that goes beyond worlds - a feeling that I am the most precious masterpiece in his world. It has me sitting up and swinging my legs over the edge of the bed for him to slot himself between them like he belongs there, his finger hooking under my chin to make me look up at him and I think I forget how to breathe.

“I want to tell Mom.” It slips from me before I’ve processed it and instead of going into what Pez calls his cocoon phase his soft smile brightens and the corners of his eyes crinkle with joy, “I want to hold you and kiss you whenever I like. For as long as you need, the walls of the Whitehouse will hold our secret but Henry…” I reach for his hands, “I love you.”

The moment those three words leave my lips, myriad of emotions play across Henry’s features like a fleeting storm. First, there’s joy, a radiant burst of happiness that lights up his eyes. Them fear flickers by briefly, a shadow of worry for what his grandma will say about him choosing love over his royal duties. Pain follow, a reminder of the sacrifices we’ll have to make to keep our love hidden until he’s ready to tell the world but I would wait forever for him. But as quickly as the pain appears, it’s replaced by something stronger - bliss. It’s a deep, overwhelming happiness, a promise of the love we share and the future we’ve chosen together.

Without a word, Henry leans down, his lips brushing softly against mine. It’s a kiss filled with tenderness and reassurance, a silent affirmation of his love for me, and as we kiss, the worries and pressures of the outside world seem to fade into the background.

However, our peaceful moment is interrupted by the buzzing of my phone on the nightstand. I pull away reluctantly, breaking the kiss with a soft sigh, already knowing it’s Alex as Henry moves to my wardrobe and begins to rifle through it. As predicted Alex leaves me a voice note telling me to hurry up or he’s drowning me in the pool next time we go swimming. Very mature.

I watch Henry reach into my wardrobe, his fingers gliding over the familiar clothes that have become a part of both of our lives. He has an air of confidence and ease as he selects a few items for me to wear.

First, he pulls out a pair of boxers from the drawers before grabbing some skinny jeans of mine that he’s complimented my ass in before. With a self-satisfied nod he’s heading back to the bed where I’m sat and handing them to me before pulling the polo shirt he’s wearing over his head. It’s his very famous riding shirt: the red and white checkered one with ‘Kensington Polo’ written across is and I don’t think twice about taking it.

While I dress he goes back to my wardrobe and finds my favourite tee shirt, pulling it over his head and I can’t stop the giddy feeling when I see him raise the sleeve to his nose and inhale. The look of love and peace on his face as his eyes flutters shut has my heart clenching and my cheeks heating up. It’s moments like these that remind me of the depth of his feelings, of the way he cherishes even the smallest part of me like my clothes.

I finish dressing quickly, my heart still dancing with the warmth of Henry’s presence. He suggests we head down to breakfast, and I just nod in agreement. My phone begins to buzz again, but this time, I can hardly focus on it as Henry is holding his hand out for me to hold, fingers extended in a silent invitation. Without hesitation, I reach out, our fingers interlacing effortlessly. My heart skips a beat at the simple yet profound gesture.

We arrive at the dining room where my family is already gathered. My mom, the President, sits at the head of the table, her usual air of authority softened by the presence of the loved ones. Dad, Alex, June and Nora are all chatting and laughing as they wait for me. For us.

I can’t help but swallow hard, my heart racing as I prepare to face the inevitable questions and scrutiny. But, as I glance at Henry, his grip on my hand remains steady, his expression almost more anxious than I feel. It’s a silent reminder that we’re in this together, facing whatever challenges that come our way one at a time. But together.

Mom looks up from her place at the head of the table, and her eyes widen in surprise as she spits Henry beside me. Her Texan accent warms her voice as she greets us, her eyes falling to our interlocked hands, “I was wondering who the extra place was for.” She says, tone warm and loving. Her eyes hold a hint of curiosity but also deep affection and nothing short of love and support.

I can’t help but exhale a sigh of relief as I witness her reaction. It’s as if a weight has been lifted, and I feel a newfound sense of ease in her presence.

Dad’s the next to notice, ever the embodiment of warmth and hospitality, rises from his seat and starts to extend his hand to Henry. But, as he seems my hand in Henry’s, his face breaks into a warm and loving smile before he’s pulling Henry into a heartfelt hug that has Henry letting out a surprised sound.

“Welcome to the family, son.” Dad says, voice filled with genuine warmth and acceptance. It’s a moment that fills me with overwhelming gratitude and Henry’s stormy blue eyes shine with tears as we sit in our seats between Dad and Alex.

Nora, always perceptive and sharp, giggles excitedly from her seat opposite me when I place my hand on Henry’s leg and squeeze reassuringly. She turns to Alex and June, her eyes dancing with mirth, “I told you so!” She just about cackles, voice triumphant, “Pay up, pay up. I knew they’d end up together.”

“Shut up.” Alex throws a note across the table, barely missing the jam and Mom just rolls her eyes as Nora snatches it up and holds it to the light to check if it’s real.

Henry’s leaning close to me, lips practically brushing my ear and he murmurs, “I love you too.” My heart swells with affections and I can’t resist the urge any longer. I turn to towards him, pressing a gentle kiss to his lips. It’s sweet and tender, a silent reaffirmation of our love admits the laughter and teasing.

Alex, always the jokester, pretends to gag dramatically, earning an exaggerated fake vomiting motion from him. Mom playfully scolds him, smacking him gently with the newspaper while I kick him under the table, dragging a sharp cry of pain and a playful glare from him.

But, in this moment, surrounded by my loving family, Henry’s presence beside me, and the shared laughter at the breakfast table, I know deep down that everything is going to be okay for us. We’ll take baby steps and I don’t care how long I have to wait for Henry to be ready. I’d kill for him. I want him to be written into the my history when historians write about me. I want them to know that this man, currently laughing at a joke Dad is telling is the love of my life and will always be.

Thank you so much for this lovely feedback (and the heads up about the link), I can't tell you how much your words cheered me on Friday! They came at a time I really needed to hear them so, if you don't mind, I'm going to use this ask as an opportunity to say a few things about my writing and why I do what I do — no obligation to respond!

Quite honestly, I have been feeling a little anxious about how I'm perceived as a writer recently. When Over the Threshold started gathering some steam in January, I only had five published works on AO3 posted over the course of six months. By the end of August, I'll have 18 published works for Jujutsu Kaisen, 16 of which will be complete. I have never been this productive in a fandom before!

A lot of the reason for that is because I'm finally learning how to work with my AuDHD brain. I love writing, I really do, and I'm constantly excited by the possibilities that reside within my brain. I have more ideas than I have time or hands to write them, but I want to explore as many of those ideas as possible. In the past, I would have forced myself to stick to the thing that I was "supposed" to write, rather than following the burst of inspiration and writing the thing that I "wanted" to write. To no one's surprise, that usually meant I ended up writing nothing at all.

I'm someone who seeks out challenges, and all the fics I've published in 2024 have been experimental in some way. Come Get Your Honey was a challenge in extended metaphor. Balance was a challenge in seamlessly blending two very different universes. Mailman AU was a challenge in format. Violent Delights was a challenge in pushing myself to new and uncomfortable places. Thunder was a challenge in encapsulating an entire world and history within a single motif without ever actually seeing that world and history.

I'm really proud of every single one of those works, as well as the speed I've written them at. I've published 92k words on AO3 already this year and written far more, so I feel like I can no longer justifiably call myself a slow writer. However, all the works mentioned above have artistic merit in the more traditional sense — i.e. they're not smut.

At the time of writing this, three of my five most recent works contain sexual content with varying degrees of explicitness, and it's hard to escape that pervasive (and flawed) idea that smut is "less serious" as a form of writing. Even writing smut in the first place has been a slow process of overcoming some of my own biases. However, sex is part of the spectrum of human experiences, and it's also deeply political. Whenever I explore it in my writing, you can be sure that I always have that at the forefront of my mind. That's why these works, too, have represented something new and challenging and exciting for me.

Discreet Delivery was the first piece containing explicit sexual content that I ever shared publicly and, with how rife top/bottom discourse is in this fandom (most of which is based on heteronormative ideals that I vehemently disagree with), I really wanted to make a statement straight out of the gate. I'm very proud of how I managed to weave a switch/vers narrative into a oneshot, and the feedback on it was wonderful.

Headroom, however, presented a very different kind of challenge. It was extremely difficult to write, because it doesn't follow the beats of a traditional sex scene. There's no satisfaction for Satoru nor for the readers, and that made it tricky to keep it engaging. I was also very nervous about showing a different side of these beloved AU characters and establishing a new dynamic between them while incorporating some of the broader themes from Over the Threshold.

Finally, Tell Me I'm Pretty was pure subversion, writing Suguru in particular in a way I've never seen before to challenge expectations about "roles" in sex. It meant I had no blueprint to work from, but I'm not interested in reproducing the same dynamics I've read a thousand times. However, that also means that I felt very anxious about how people would receive this fic — especially on GeGo Day.

The truth is, everything I write I write for myself first and foremost, but it's hard to keep sight of that when you're blessed with an engaged audience. This is a huge reason why updates to Over the Threshold take time. This fic is deeply important and deeply personal to me, but its growing popularity adds a pressure that I don't want to influence my writing. I feel a constant underlying need to outdo myself with every new fic and chapter I post, but that's unrealistic and unachievable.

Obviously, I want readers to enjoy what I write, but I know the moment I start writing for other people is the moment my writing suffers. That's the main reason why I'm reluctant to put anything behind a paywall, even if I feel frustrated with the way fanfics are casually consumed on the internet. Readers occasionally make demands of me without any respect for my time and effort and creative vision, and sometimes I look at what I've written and think, "Am I really going to give that away for free?". However, asking for anything beyond tips would change the game for me. Enjoying my writing is far more valuable to me, at least at this point in time.

All of this is to say: I really loved writing Tell Me I'm Pretty. I had a blast with it — until it came time to post, at which point I suddenly felt full of self-doubt. For you to appear in my inbox and tell me that you appreciated the realism of the intimacy in this fic? I couldn't have asked for anything more, thank you so much ♥️

TL;DR, I write for myself, but god, it's the best feeling in the world when readers resonate with my writing. I can't tell you how much I appreciate you taking the time to let me know. I love you all to the moon and back!

Sorry for the touch but "Columba" and "mulsa" are fem. I don't know exactly what Camp Jupiter's idea of Latin is, but "caríssimo" is more "recent" so it was very "famous" in early Italian/ latin-italian (originates from carus/cara). Mel is a great one tho but we've also go "melculum"/"melculus" (which means little honey).

We also have: Lepos ("my delight", pleasant). Anaticula, which is feminine but I believe you could use it to any genders (?) and means "little duck". Mellitulum (diminutive, "sweet", "honey". Another ver of Mel). Suavium (kiss, neuter). Animus (It's like you call your partner your soul, reason for living, everything you got etc)

This post is not intended to be rude or similar, just adding a few things. Feel free to correct me if I got something wrong.

EDIT: I want to add that Suavium is mostly feminine not neuter. I read a little and saw it being used for women, so I believe it's feminine...? Throughout the history of Rome we have some social traditions, kissing was not inherently romantic and I don't know that deep

ok valgrace fans, i have a question i would like some input on

what pet name/nickname would jason use for leo?

with how i write valgrace, leo doesn’t really seem like the type to use cutesy pet names, so i don’t really worry about it with him. i could see him occasionally using them (mainly when he needs to comfort jason) but i feel like he’d mainly stick with nicknames he used before dating (like Superman) or make up wild nicknames no one would use (like ‘my cute little washing machine’ or something weird like that)

but i feel like jason would use pet names. maybe not all the time, but i could see him using them. the only problem is… i don’t know what pet names he’d use. idk what seems in character for him?

...interesting. That's a lot more votes for yellow than I thought she'd get, (and gold for that matter), but I see it.

I actually was leaning a bit more towards white cure myself (or new category of multicoloured cure) for one main reason:

Certainly in the context of her team, she's the yellow cure, but in the context of all the precure?

Yellow cures tend to be Very Yellow. Like they're almost exclusively Yellow and orange, or Yellow and green. And when they are it's almost all over. Very yellow-heavy on coverage. In fact, the only ones that seem to have less yellow are the ones with team outfit designs eg: Honey and Lemonade (yes!5 ver), where there is a secondary team colour.

And she's not.

The entirety of her base layer is white. Her hair is yellow, blue, and blonde (sandy).

The skirt is bright yellow, sure. As the precure of the sun, the sea, and the shore, it makes sense, but she still has a lot of white in her for a yellow precure. In fact, without the skirt, (which holds its shape like a hooped skirt btw) she is almost entirely white.

If I did classify her as a yellow, she'd be the whitest-themed yellow precure out there.

But that's why I asked, because I knew it would be very borderline.

Here's a (slightly cheesed) version of her without her hair wave btw:

(in which you can see the two-tone thing going on in her actual hair a bit better)

And that floating white bit around her arms is her magical 'sail' and can get a lot bigger. She uses it as a key part of her physical attacks and magic too.

(rough) pov: You're just about to get punched in the face by a magical sack of canvas.

In an additional attempt to make a decision on this, there's one more thing to consider: What colour is her magic?

She's a nautical themed cure, the sun, the sea and the shore: so that's tides, and waves, and the interconnections between them all. A lot of her attacks are throwing her sail at them and it turning into a magical wave. (she also just throws her sail at them sometimes)

Attacks:

Magical sail: not called as a magical attack, but magically used instead of physical punching wherever possible. Also used for climbing, grappling etc.

Sunny shore: This attack doesn't actually do anything, but conjures up a sunny beach setting for a bit. Can calm the enemy down.

Glistening reflection: Briefly makes a reflective surface shine in a dazzling attack. Very situation dependent.

Precure rising tide! Big wave! (magical attack, usually a one-off as is high-energy)

Carving delight! (addition to previous where Connect surfs down the wave and the move manages to purify the monster or person in doing so.)

So magic= Yellow and blue. So another tick for the yellow cure box.

Yellow it is, I guess.

Serene still tries to sneak her into the White cures photo's though. Someone tries to drag Connect back but Serene's hand is just. welded to hers.

golden hour — baekhyun x reader.

summary: a lovely morning, in which the light of dawn reminds you, that you have won the lottery.

genre: fluff, delight — sticky ver! bbh.

author's note: during delight's teasers, I dreamed with Baekhyun and his sensuality on the surface... and here is the result.

You looked, with heavily in your eyes, from where the metallic sound that had managed to wake you came. Rambling, you discovered that his side of the bed was still warm and then, you saw him, with his back turning to you while he passed the belt through his black jeans. You observed carefully the delicacy with which he moved and thought that the intention was doesn't produce any noise that could disturb the calm in the room.

The golden light seeped through the louvre and painted the skin of his bare back honey, highlighting his sunkissed dorso. His hair tousled in all directions, forming waves of chocolate so smooth, that you could still feel the tickling of the hours spent with it on your fingertips.

You smile unconscious, letting out a love's sigh and then he turned around. There he was, your Baekhyun. Getting ready for one more day of work in the studio.

He slowly approached and dropped the weight of his body on his abdomen as he crawled on the bed to reach your lips. He brought them together with his own, soft and freshly moistened with his tongue, joined them in a warm kiss, just like the rays of the sun that had previously made him look ethereal under a golden color.

Baekhyun pulled away from you and smiled slightly, cleared his throat and said:

— “I will go to the kiosko, the strawberry jam is finished.”

Seeing you nod, he stepped back faster than you expected, picked up his blue velvet jacket — forgotten the night before, during the passion's heat — and slipped it on nimbly, without wasting a minute as he zipped it up to the appendix of his sternum.

He hurried to the door but before losing by it, he winked at you and with his still husky voice echoing:

— “I know I should say good morning properly but I don't want to waste another minute of this golden hour, my love”.

And then, he disappeared from your sight but with his mind wandering in the memory of your figure lying on his bed, beautifully bathed in the golden light, which with the minutes before you had enjoyed it delicate touch on his body.

Dyri and Silva go on a date!

Okay, full disclosure, this is very fluffy. No whump at all. But, in just a few hours, I’ll be posting a sequel to this and it will be filled with whump, don’t worry. And with that, onto the story!

“Are we there yet darling?” Silva laughed. Her partner, Dyri, had decided to surprise her for her birthday and she couldn’t wait.

“Just a second honey, almost. Just around this corner, okay?” Dyri said. Ve has been planning this for weeks, and finally all that work was going to pay off. Ve even got the whole day off work. It had taken forever to convince Timothy Winston, and even longer to convince Tim’s business associate, Anton Sørensen. But at last ve was able to get those greedy pigs to give ver a vacation day. Some days, Dyri really, really wanted to kill those two.

Ve was pulled out of ver thoughts of assassination as ve recognized the corner they were at.

“Okay babe, it’s just round this building, and... vóla!” Dyri said as the couple came to the picnic spot that ve had set up.

“Oh, darling, it’s wonderful! Absolutely delightful! And you did this all for me?”

Silva was right, it was definitely wonderful and delightful. Dyri had gotten the biggest blanket ve could find and filled it with all of the couple’s favorite things. Homemade chicken and rice from Eden, Dyri’s jalapeño and cheddar cheese dip, Janelle’s guacamole, Kad’s favorite corn chips for the dips, chocolate rolls from the fancy bakery down the road that the team would often visit, and, last but certainly not least, Silvia’s grandmother’s recipe for honey mustard meatballs.

“Of course I did it all for you.” Dyri responded as ve gave Silva a little kiss on the cheek. “You’re my girlfriend, are you not? And you do so much for the team. You deserve to be treated once in a while.”

They sat down and immediately dug in, their laughter filling the air as they enjoyed a nice meal together.

Little did they know, they were being watched that very minute by Anton, who couldn’t wait to report back what he had just found.
