I'm trying out the 6-day star blanket and. Why was there so much drama over this. This is absolutely an accessible pattern. A good ad blocker makes the free pattern less flashy and the paid pattern has several pictures. She had video tutorials on YouTube and a Facebook page where you can ask questions. I'd even go so far as to say yes, actually, this is a beginners pattern, even if she says it isn't.

The most difficult part is adjusting my hook size, but only because my tension is terrible, which has nothing to do with the pattern at all.
