Dec 21-24
Just had the first of 2 Christmas dinners. Realizing that conversing with extended family is going to suck. "Oh what do you do now?" or "Have you found a job yet?" is a question I want to avoid at all costs sigh.
Been playing PoE2 alot and took a break from Blender. I should go back on and sharpen up some skills though.

More Mayhem on NYC Subway
Letâs take another ride on the subway in the sanctuary city New York:
A migrant from Guatemala was arrested in connection to the heinous death of a woman who was lit on fire and burned to death on a subway train in Brooklyn, New York, on Sunday.
Sebastin Zapeta entered the country illegally. He had been arrested previously but was still running loose in our country.
The NYPD said the killing happened at the Stillwell Avenue Subway station in Coney Island at about 7:30 a.m.
Lighter fluid was used to turn the sleeping woman into a torch. This kind of behavior prevails as NYC disintegrates under liberal rule and potential heroes are terrorized by authorities into minding their own business. The Alvin Bragg types in charge want a world of Sebastin Zapetas, not a world of Daniel Pennys.
Now the good news. Leftist Governor Kathy Hochul says the subways are safe:
At 3:40pm Sunday, hours after the story broke, the New York Governor Hochul bizarrely posted photos of herself smiling with straphangers as she praised the safety of the subway lines. âIn March, I took action to make our subways safer for the millions of people who take the trains each day, she said.
Imagine how scary they would be if Hochul hadnât taken action.
Meanwhile:
A TikTok executive who got slashed in the face by a stranger on a New York City subway is suing the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) for what he describes as âsystemic negligence.â The attack, which left him with severe physical and psychological scars, occurred on May 10, 2023, while he was commuting on a southbound C train in Brooklyn.
Gideon Moncrieffe had attempted to intervene in an altercation between a maniac and a drunk. You meet all sorts under the streets of New York. At least Bragg didnât throw him in jail.
The problem with using lawsuits to compel Democrats to maintain a limited level of public safety is that they even if they lose, they donât have to pay; taxpayers do.
