Detox-ing With Bloom

OMG, I finally did the detox for my body. Haha

Today I decided to stay in my apartment and order one-day detox cold-pressed juice from Bloom Juiced Id!  Both the owner and the customer service are my friend from ECC. We're in the same cell-group. 

I already heard a lot about how cool this cold-pressed is but  I have not always get the time to actually try and buy it. but today I can! Yes!

I was about ordering the Bloom Juice for last Saturday but sadly, I lost my ATM card so I must wait until I get a replacement card. And yesterday - Thursday I ordered the one day detox from their what's app and today at 7.50am these bottles arrived safely in my apartment delivered by Go Send. Happy!

Why I want to try this cold pressed juice detox? It's because I understand that for a quite long time I haven't been able to eat fruit and veggies regularly. It is so hard to have a healthy lifestyle. :( 

I guess we all are the same. We want a healthy body and a clear skin and a happy mind but we don't like to maintain it by spending a little bit more on healthy food/fruits. 

So I think, as today I'm going to balancing my life by doing this detox regularly.  Maybe twice a month for a full day detox, but I will but the one bottle more often to replace any sweet cold drinks/ sodas I used to drink.

It was kinda hard for me in the afternoon because I realized that I could not eat anything else during this detox besides fruits, but I know  I have to be strong because this detox is really good for my body. 

So I think what I learned from this one detox day is that it is way easier and a lot cheaper to be healthy from inside rather than to buy expensive products to cover the flaws/imperfection.

So let’s be healthy together!
