A couple of weeks ago I asked about people’s favorite book or books they read this year. Between Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and discord, I have a list of 123 books in no particular order that my friends and family loved this year. If it was a series then I listed the first book. Each star is an additional recommendation. I haven’t read all of these, they may or may not reflect my personal opinions, though my favorite books are on the list too. The most recommended books were How Far The Light Reaches by Sabrina Imbler, one or all of the Murderbot books by Martha Wells, and Light from Uncommon Stars by Ryka Aoki, because if there’s one thing my friends have in common across platforms, it’s that you’re all nerds (affectionate). Enjoy, and I hope you find your new favorite book!

OC Asks Games: Kat Hyde-
27. What are the Formans, Kelsos, and Hydes families’ opinions on Kat? Do they view Kat as a sweet angel or an evil crotch goblin?
32. Kat is having a prom night/debs. What kind of outfit does she wear?
Reggie Hyde-
8. Does he consider himself a friendly person or aloof?
17. Who is he soft for? Does he find being soft easy or difficult?
Kat Hyde
27. Eric adores her but at same time, is a little intimidated (she is a mix of Jackie and Hyde after all). Red and Kitty love her like a granddaughter and always spoil her when she comes to their house. Laurie finds her fascinating and loves her spunk. Kelso definitely sees the resemblance and knows not to mess with Kat. Same thing with Brooke. W.B. and Calliope think she's the sweetest little girl ever. Angie and Sherri adore her and love bonding with their niece. Gwen and Nikki would really love hanging with her and even babysat Kat.
32. A mix of Jackie and Hyde's style. Like very punk esque, but also super girly. Like a black and pink dress with colored streaks.
Reggie Hyde
8. Does he consider himself a friendly person or aloof? He tries to be cool like his dad but is actually a total nerd (in the best way). He loves giving makeovers and fashion tips (which would make some kids tease him and make jokes about being in the closet when really he's straight and just grew up around a lot of women)
17. Who is he soft for? Does he find being soft easy or difficult? He's absolutely soft for his best friend Lula (Jacob Mitchell's daughter). Reggie is pretty good at being in touch with his emotions (unlike his parents) but can be pretty stubborn (just like his parents)

Y.ash.ahime literally brushes over that the inuyasha gang lowkey saved japan and probably the world?? from Naraku?
Like ya these wacky teens saved the world but like lets not focus on the after affects like PTSD or their relationships to their kids and how fighting for so long affected them and lets keep them all away from their parents like its fine-

WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK? was this garza’s tripped out way of trying to screw with her because she didn’t need it. “LOOK, if it’s all the same to you… captain? I’VE GOT A JOB TO DO… i was kind of in the MIDDLE of something.” and if her and fitch weren’t in the middle of a case they were about to be – ANYTHING other than whatever the hell this was. deb wanted to get along with angie, she did, she RESPECTED the hell out of the fact that she had moved up the chain and now ran this station. hell fucking yeah, that was something she could get behind but this BULLSHIT? the lies? the murdering people? it was NONE of her business but she’d experienced enough of that back home, it had made her almost fucking lose her sanity -- she did not and would not get into that situation again. NOT FOR ANYONE. @bcssbitchs

the senate’s talking about a $600 “stimulus check” as though most americans were actually able to survive for 32 weeks on the last $1200 “stimulus check” like
no. nobody did. everyone is struggling and everyone is suffering and it’s no longer a stimulus check you fucking greedy asshats. it’s survival. we need HELP. we needed it eight months ago and we need it more now.
like, really, at what point do we rise as one massive beast and take the capitol? we did the whole election thing and still we have pieces of shit on both sides undercutting the working class so like really when do we all just kick them out of the capitol and get the work done ourselves?
because i am sick of this shit.

THE FINAL STEP
"Paulie that guy that just gave you that smirk, that's the guy I let fuck me last week" Angie said as we ran done the path.
The very first time she took it directly from one of the videos I liked. She seduced my friend. Then came home and told me all about it making me eat his cum from her. It wasn't long before she refused to have sex with me at all. Having me wear panties first while she had sex with other men then all the time.
I felt even more self conscious now as we headed home. Angie had me wear a pair of her spandex running shorts. You could clearly see my black thong underneath. She liked me in panties ever since she had started cuckolding me three months ago. It had all started when she had walked in on my jerking off. She wasn't mad but curious what I looked at while I layed with myself. After much discussion she decided to play out my fantasies.
We got "I have a date tonight" Angie told me as we got in the elevator and headed up to our apartment.
"You liked his cum last time" she teased. And smiled as I got hard in her tight running shorts.
"Would you like to try the chastity cage again?" Angie said grabbing my ass as we entered the apartment. I shook my head she knew I hated it. But she had me refrain from playing with myself except without her permission. Which was rare.
"Deb asked if I started fucking your ass yet" Angie mentioned as if a common thought as she got undressed to shower. "Join me" she motioned. I quickly stripped and followed. I washed her back and she mine. Her hands caressing my hairless body. She pushed me against the wall. Her fingers probed my ass.
"You like when I finger your pussy don't you? Think how great a big cock would feel." She teased. "Remember how I was always afraid to take it in the ass? And I let your friend have it. Now I love it." She nibbled on my ear.
We got out of the shower. Angie laid out my clothes. I took one look at stared back at her. I didn't say a word. Instead I slid on my pink lace thong. There was a matching bra. I had worn one before but never for long. Angie helped me hook it and pinched my nipples thru it. She then watched as I slid on a pair of woman's denim shorts they where very tight and embroidery with flowers on the pockets. And a sheer white blouse. My bra easily seen thru it. She pulled my thong up so my whale tail was also visible. Angie was still naked as she put dangling earrings in my ears. They said sissy. She added the necklace she had made as well Cuckold Paulie it read. A anklet of hers was added. I got more and more excited she only did this when she wanted to play with me. She got up went into her closet when she emerged she had a pink cock jutting out from her crotch.
"I am all hard for you, I think it's time you let me" she told me. I was nervous.
"It's only a little bigger then you, I couldn't find one as small as you" she told me Appling lube to it as she stroked it approaching me.
"Would you prefer if I found a real man to take your virginity instead?" She asked. I shook my head no. "Well then" she motioned I pulled my shorts and thong down in one motion and pent over the bed.
"You're going to beg me for this" Angie told me as she applied lube to my ass. She wasted no time pushing her cock in. After a bit of resistance she slid right in.
"OH you need a bigger one" Angie laughed as she fucked my ass. I heard myself moan.
"That's right my slut. You didn't even know you needed cock when you l told me about me cuckolding you." She told me.
"You love being a faggot don't you?" She asked still pounding my ass. "You love the taste of cum too" she teased knowing I loved sucking her lovers cum out of her.
" Go put on your cage" Angie told me pulling her cock out of me. I did as told then got redressed. Angie was still naked as the door bell rang.
"Let them in" Angie smiled. At the door where some friends of ours. Mike, Jake and Pete. I was so embarrassed as they just walked past me. Angie had never entertained anyone with me there. And now I watched as three men, friends of mine caressed and kissed her body. She took them into the bedroom Pete offered her his cock. It must be 7 inches long I thought. Angie took it in her mouth as Mike pulled out his cock. His was so thick I thought. As he positioned her and slid it into her deep and hard.
Jake looked at me and pulled out his cock. It wasn't as long or thick as his friends but still bigger then me.
"Suck his cock for me Paulie. Please" Angie said pausing for a moment Jake didn't wait he pushed me to my knees and rubbed his cock on my lips. I looked up at the last in his eyes and parted my lips. I tried to suck his cock but could only take a few inches of him.
"Lick my balls fag" Jake ordered me. " You love the cock that took your wife's ass don't you?" He laughed
"Take his ass too" Angie moaned from across the room. "He is all lubed and stretched just shove it in" she called out as she came on Mike's cock. Jake pulled his cock away. I stood and dropped my shorts. Jake bent me over the table and pulled my thong to the side. He trust his cock in deep. I screamed as he tore me in two. He was hard and fast he fucked me like I was a cheap whore. Smacking my ass as he did. Angie appeared bent over next to me. Someone was fucking her as she took my hand.
"Make him fill your ass with his seed" Angie told me. Just then I felt Jake pump his cum into my ass.
"Thank him, clean his cock" Angie told me. I knelt and licked his cock clean. It was gross from my ass, lube and his cum. But I cleaned it anyway. Angie then pulled her to me.
"Clean me" she ordered as the guys left. I licked two men's cum from her then we cuddled as we laid in bed. I knew this was only the first time.

The Proposal Chapter Two
“Why didn’t you get us in first class? And what meal are they serving?” Natasha asks as she follows you don’t the aisle, ridiculously high heels rapping against the carpet dully.
“Because I booked the flight two hours ago and this was all that’s left. And I don’t know, they didn’t give me an option when I begged for tickets. You’re welcome, by the way. You second-handedly caused a very nice lady named Deb to have a bad day. Or, rather, a worse day. I don’t know how good the day of someone who works in the airport could possibly be,” you conclude, stuffing a bag in the overhead compartment.
You sit down in your seat and Natasha slides in next to you. You’re sitting by the window, she’s sitting in the isle. You know that she hates planes, something that happened to her when she was younger. You try to make it easier any way you can.
“There’s a long flight ahead of us,” you sigh, reaching into your carry on and grabbing a thick packet. “This is all the information we should know about each other as lovers, apparently.” Natasha looks over at it and swears colorfully under her breath. Okay, maybe you aren’t the most qualified person to make your boss less nervous. But at least you’re trying.
“The good news is that I know all of these answers about you. The bad news is that you know absolutely nothing about me.”
“You really know the answer to all of these?” she asks, thumbing through the pages.
“Yep. Test me and find out. There’s not a single question that I don’t know the answer to,” you say.
“What are my allergies?” she tests.
You answer immediately. “Green onions and any human emotion. Also, you’re sensitive to some lotions.”
“Very funny. Do I have any scars?“
“Yep. One on your stomach from when you were a kid and another on your back. I’m pretty sure you have a tattoo, but I don’t know what it is. Maybe the middle finger or a thorny vine.”
“That’s clever. How do you know I have a tattoo?“
“You scheduled an appointment to get it removed once, then cancelled it. Oh, I know what it is. It simply says “no.” Short and to the point.”
“I’m laughing on the inside, I swear,” deadpans Natasha. She reaches over and grabs your bottle of water, taking a sip and putting it back.
“I’m going to pretend you didn’t just do that, Natalia.” She has the decency to look a little ashamed. Then, once she realizes what you said, she turns to you, stunned.
“How the fuck so you know that? I can vaguely understand all of the other things, but my Russian name? Explain yourself.” She looks genuinely curious this time, and you give in.
“Fine. Someone named Melina Volsof called. She asked for a Natalia Romanova, and I said that Natasha Romanoff was the office she called. She then proceeded to curse me out in Russian, I think, and then tell me that my Natasha was once Natalia before she, and this is a quote from her not me, gave up on her family name. She didn’t sound upset, though. More annoyed that she didn’t know about it, I guess. Also, I should emphasize that those are her words, not mine,” you explain, watching Natasha carefully. It feels like a line has been crossed. One that your are necessarily comfortable crossing.
“Melina Vostokoff. She’s my mom. Kind of. The closest I ever had, anyway. I should call her back,” she muses.
“Natasha, that was over a year ago. I told you about it and you didn’t listen.” She takes the news in silence, nodding in understanding.
“Okay?” you ask hastily. You’d rather not see any new and startling emotions from her right now.
“Peachy. I need to learn some of these about you, don’t I?” She switches the topic, something you’re perfectly happy with.
“Preferably all of them if you want to stay in the land of the free and the home of the brave,” you reply shortly.
“Fine,” she concedes. “Do you have any tattoos?”
“You didn’t answer that when I asked you,” you protest, feeling heat rise to your face.
“You’re right. So, do you have any?”
You look warily at her and answer. “Yes.”
“And what is it?” she asks patiently.
“I’m not telling,” you say like a child. She rolls her eyes and leans closer to you. “You didn’t tell me yours.”
“That’s because no one knows about mine, and I intend to keep it that way,” she states simply. “I’m assuming yours isn’t a huge secret.”
“It’s not,” you agree. “It says all too well and it has the tree with the red scarf on top of it. It’s right here,” you say, motioning towards your right ribs.
“A Taylor Swift quote. Cute. Basic, but cute. What does the other one say?“ she questions. You narrow your eyes at her.
“How did you know I have another one?” you demand.
“Easy. Someone as imaginative as you has a lot of favorite things. Books, movies, quotes, etcetera. My guess is you have at least three.”
“Four,” you
“And Natasha does it again,” she celebrates. “What do they say?”
“One is the two suns of Tatooine and the outline of Luke’s home. It’s on my back.”
“Nerd,” she accuses softly and without malice.
“I was eighteen,” you defend. “And I stand by that choice. That’s what fucking got me through high school.”
“I wasn’t judging,” she laughs. “It’s cute.”
“Whatever. I have one on my ankle that says don’t forget about me in my Grammy’s handwriting. It was the first letter she sent me when I moved to New York.”
“The last one says that’s the laugh with two butterflies above it. The quote is on the inside of my middle finger and the butterflies are across from it on my pointer finger.”
“How did I never see that?” she asks, confusion written on her face.
“I cover it up with makeup every day,” you admit, showing it to her. You forgot to put it back on after taking a shower when you got home from the immigration office. “I have extra inside my desk in case I ever forget.”
“You know I don’t give a shit if you have tattoos, right?”
“Natasha, you once fired a man for asking how tall you are. I’ve been airing on the side of caution.”
“No, I didn’t. That wasn’t what I fired him for.”
“What was it then? Because I remember you saying to everyone that that’s what you fired him for,” you challenge.
“That guy was a creep. Some of the female workers in the office told me he’d done some questionable shit, so I waited to find a petty reason to fire him,” she corrects.
“Why didn’t you just say that? I don’t think anyone would oppose that.”
“I didn’t want him to call out or blame the women who reported him. He could make their lives hell if he tried. He can’t touch me.” You sit in stunned silence for a moment. Could she have been like this the whole time? All her confusing actions and random answers? You decide not to give her too much credit.
Eventually, Natasha puts in her earbuds, effectively ending any conversation. You do the same and watch a movie. At some point, Natasha falls asleep against your shoulder, snoring softly. For some reason, that surprises you. Maybe because she’s always so put together. You have the strange urge to take her hair out of its tight coil. That can’t be comfortable. You resist, smiling to yourself and pressing play on the movie.
Apparently you fall asleep too, because you’re shaken away by Natasha, who’s grinning and has her phone out.
“You snore,” she accuses.
“So do you,” you retort. “I think we’re even.”
“Never.”
You roll your eyes and get up, taking your bags with you. She follows behind, and asks if there’s anyone picking you up.
“Natasha, we aren’t in Sitka. We have another flight to catch.” You thought she knew, but by the way her face falls you guess not. “It’s just a short flight. And we aren’t going over any water. And I have some sleeping pills you can take.” She doesn’t look very convinced, but you see her loosen up at the fact that there won’t be any water beneath her.
You get an idea. “Here, let me get something from my bag.” You dig around and find what you’re looking for. You proudly hold up a stuffed red dinosaur with spikes along its back. “This is Scarlett.”
“Hi Scarlett,” she says, question evident in her tone. “Did you have that at your apartment and bring it in your bag?”
“Yes. You can hold onto it during the flight.”
“I’m a grown-ass woman,” Natasha retorts.
“Good for you. Do you want it?” You hold it out to her, offering it to her. She snatches it from you and walks away, not looking back purposely.
The flight passes easily. You like the think it has something to do with the way Natasha has a death grip on Scarlett the whole way there. You think you hear her talking to the dino when you’re trying to go to sleep.
When the plane touches the ground, you turn to her. She seems to be staring Scarlett in the eyes. You laugh to yourself quietly.
“We’re almost there. Remember, when we get to the ground”-
“We need to act like a couple, it’s a small town and everyone knows everyone, the trees have eyes. I get it,” she interrupts. You nod and get off the plane. The airport is small, as is the plane, and you’re able to get your stuff straight off off the loading dock.
At the end, you see your mother and grandma standing at the gate, waving frantically. You run towards them, slamming into their hugs and holding on tight.
“Hey, kiddo,” chuckles Grammy, patting you on the head.
“I missed you,” says your mother. “Where’s Natasha?”
“She’s getting her bags,” you reply, point towards Natasha, who is struggling immensely with her suitcase and carry on.
“Help your girl with her bags,” scolds Grammy. “I guess she didn’t get the memo to wear tennis shoes.”
“I would, but she insists on doing it herself. Can’t get her to let me help her at all. Also, I don’t think she would have worn them even if she did get the memo.”
Natasha slowly makes her way over to you, shooting daggers at you. You happily ignore them. She stops in front of you, out of breath.
“Should we call you Natasha or Satan's spawn? We’ve heard it both ways,” Grammy says with a smile, the familiar sharp twinkle in her eyes. Natasha looks at you, eyes wide.
“She’s just kidding,” your mom says hastily, smiling at Natasha and elbowing Grammy. You hold back laughter and look at Natasha from the corner of your eye. She doesn’t look too happy, but you can’t find it in yourself to feel bad.
“We have the boat ready, let’s go,” Grammy says, walking briskly away.
“It’s good to see she hasn’t changed a bit,” you say to your mother, who laughs and pulls you along. You look back to see Natasha standing stock still, face pale.
“Shit, I’ll be right back. Can you take this?” You give your mother your suitcase and walk towards Natasha.
“Hey,” you say standing in front of her.
“You didn’t fucking tell me there would be a boat. I wouldn’t have gotten on that second plane if I’d known,” she snaps, looking fearfully into your eyes.
“You would rather be deported than go on a boat?” you ask.
“No.”
“Then come on. You can have Scarlett again if you want.” She flips you off, but follows you to the dock. You help her down the ladder and give her a gaudy orange water-jacket.
“I’m not wearing that,” she refuses flatly.
“You don’t know how to swim. You’re wearing. That’s non-negotiable.” As much as she can be a pain, you don’t want her to drown. She sighs and puts it on. You hear Grammy and your mother talking about the exchange, but you can’t seem to make yourself care.
Natasha has a tight grip against the rail the whole time. Luckily, it’s a short ride. Only around ten minutes to your house.
She shrugs the jacket off with a disgusted expression, making you laugh. She scowls at you and you beam back at her. You yet again help her get into the dock, shouldering her bag and yours. You look up to the house. It looks the same as it did when you left. White paint and blue shutters, the porch perfectly arranged. You don’t doubt that the inside is just as spotless. It’s simultaneously like taking a clean breath of air and going into a stage for a performance.
Upon closer examination, you see a host of people inside. “Mom, why are there so many people in the house?”
“I invited a few over to say hi! Everyone has missed you a lot, and most people are anxious to meet Natasha.” You glance at Natasha and shrug. If you had known about this you would have tried to do something to make the setting more private. Not that your mother can be persuaded when it comes to social events.
“You can drop your stuff off in the mudroom. I’ll get your room ready later, okay?” your mother nods and walks into the living room, pointing people towards the kitchen and food she surely made herself.
After dropping your’s and Natasha’s stuff off, walk into the dining room after saying hello to a few of your mom's friends and grabbing one of the champagne flutes.
One of your school friends comes over. “Hey, big New York editor. How are you doing? Can't be too bad if you have a girl like that,” he jokes, nodding to Natasha. “I’m Alec.”
“She’s not an editor,” a horribly familiar voice says. “She’s an editors assistant. Not even at the top. Not that it really matters. All an editor does is take writers to fancy lunches, and I’m sure the assistant does even less. We put you through school to be a glorified secretary,” your father jabs, his hands stuffed into his pockets. You can see the disapproval through his easy grin.
“Dad.” You’re not sure if you say his name as a warning or a plea. It could be both.
“Are you going to introduce me to your boss?” he asks. Raising his eyes in mock apology. he adds: “Sorry, I meant girlfriend.”
“This is Natasha Romanoff, my girlfriend. Natasha, this is my father.” Natasha looks between the two of you and shakes his hand, exchanging awkward pleasantries.
You leave as quickly as you can, going into the living room where most people are. Natasha follows behind you, giving the appropriate hellos and nods. You’d think you are doing pretty well, considering the circumstances.
It seems like everyone invited is in the living room. You stand towards the door, content to not contribute to any conversations. Natasha nudges you and says: “We need to tell them that we’re engaged.”
“You don’t have to say it like a budget meeting,” you complain. You don’t get a response out of her.
You get everyone’s attention and start. “First, I want to thank you all for being here. It means so much that so many people care about me coming home. Truly, it does. I would also like to say that I have an announcement. Natasha and I are getting married! We’re tying the knot.” You try to sound as excited as possible, grabbing Natasha’s hand and kissing the back of it.
The room explodes. People yell congratulations and come up to the two of you, demanding hugs. Once everything settles down, your mom claps her hands loudly and smiles at you widely.
“I think we should hear about the proposal!” she exclaims, turning towards the two of you. Natasha looks like a deer caught in headlights.
“The proposal. Of course. Something I can definitely tell you about. Because it happened and is so important to me,” you say, panicking a little.
“Go on, then. Tell the story before I die of waiting,” encourages Grammy from her seat.
“Tell the story, honey,” grits Nat through a fake smile. You raise your eyebrows at her and turn to the crowd in front of you.
“It was pretty simple. I took her to the same bridge where we went at the end of our first date, and where we had our first kiss. Do you remember that, Tasha?” you ask, hoping she’ll add something more.
“How could I forget,” she says. “It was lit up with blue and white Christmas lights. She got nervous and grabbed my hand. Then she held open a dark green box, and inside was-“
“Not a ring,” you interject, avoiding questions about where the alleged ring is. “I thought we would pick out one together, and we haven’t had the chance yet. Inside the box were-“
“Little origami flowers and hearts, each one painted and homemade,” interrupts Natasha. If that’s how it’s going to be, you can play this game. “They were all on a string and spelled out I love you. And on the back they said will you marry me. I was so shocked that I-“
“Fell onto the ground. Yep, she just fell straight over. I thought she might have passed out.”
Natasha narrows her eyes at you and continues. “I didn’t actually pass out. When I opened my eyes, there she was standing above me and yelling, very loudly I might add, “can you hear me Natasha.” There were some strange glances our way at that point.”
“And then I got down on one knee and asked the question, and said yes. End of story,” you conclude.
“That’s my girl. She’s always been a romantic, you know,” says your mom, turning to the room around her. You can feel your smile fall a little. She looks so happy to be celebrating you and Natasha. How is she going to feel when she learns that it’s all fake?
“She was crying a lot,” Natasha insists with a smile.
“I was not,” you protest.
“She was,” insists Natasha, smirking at you.
“Maybe I was,” you admit. “But that was nothing compared Natasha’s bawling to when she heard we would get to tell everyone in person.” Natasha steps on your foot, and brushes it off as an accident.
“Come on, give her a kiss,” someone yells. You try to decline, as does Natasha. The cheers to kiss her just get louder and you relent, kissing her on the cheek quickly.
You’re met with boos and Grammy yelling. “Don’t kiss her like you kiss me, give her a real kiss!”
You look at Natasha and shrug. Both of you lean in for a peck, short and sweet. The crowd is, yet again, dissatisfied. They call louder to kiss your fiancé. You sigh and ask Natasha silently with your eyes if this is okay. Her face seems to say “we don’t really have another option.” You have to agree.
You take her face gently into your hands, and she cups your neck. Her hands are warm. You look into her eyes and brush your lips against hers. Everything else tunes out. She deepens the kids and your hands reach to the back of her head, holding her closely. She moves up to hold your face and ends the kiss, staring at you for a second. The world comes rushing back in and you hear cheers and shouts.
You look back up to see your father leaving the room. Natasha’s eyes follow and she looks at you, sympathy in her eyes. You fake a smile and shoulder on. You can deal with him later. Now, you need to play the part of a doting fiancé.
Bring it on.

“let me cook you something.” (deb & julia)
Tumblr media
“Okay, well, we knew that I was pretty much a terrible cook.” Julia said with a laugh, as she blew the smoke away that had been billowing where she had been trying to boil water for the mac and cheese, because she had just gotten back and was fucking STARVING. But still, Julia held up her hands in surrender to hobble over, her ankle still sorta fucked up but thankfully much better. And yes, maybe she was going to have to take Angie up on that offer for ‘best doctor ever’ that she had mentioned. But for today, she just wanted to sit and relax and eat a damn bowl of mac and cheese. “As long as it’s something good...” Julia slid into one of the stools so she could watch Deb around the kichen. “What are you going to make?” She asked with a small laugh.
