hey, I know requests are closed and all but I was wondering if it might be possible to get a blank Death Song × Speed Stinger Hybrid (thinking it could be called the Speeding Death Singer) that I could maybe color for my own dragon OC if that's ok and possible for you

I will of course credit you (and tag if you want/are ok with it) for the art since I would just be coloring it and whatever else you may want me to do if you actually decide to do this

keep in mind, you can always say no, I won't be upset and I will completely understand since it is your art I'm asking for you to make blank for an OC

i installed a mod that fundamentally broke my old rimworld colony, but my new colony is going well

naked brutality bc ofc i do, easy combat but hard survival, tribal research start

but i installed the life lessons mod that makes it so your colonists have to actually specialize in things they know to unlock the research trees which adds even more complexity to the pawn management.

my current colonist is a single mom named Bonnie, her daughter Blue, and then they have a pet deathstinger (basically a giant hornet) named Pookie-poo. Bonnie & Blue are Lilime, which is a xenotype from a mod that adds xenotypes to the biotech DLC and i love them so much

... Looking online... I feel deep remorse for what I did to my zoid models. I brutalized them. I played with them like they were action figures after painstakingly assembling them... And now I want a red blade liger again to proudly display on my shelf and the cheapest I found was like $300. My Deathstinger is strewn about in broken pieces I'm sure somewhere in my attic... That's going for at least $500 now. Granted that was like blissful joy as a child but... Fuck lil dude couldn't you keep one in tact?

She had to jog to catch up to him.

She caught him by the sleeve of his jacket and almost stumbled into him when he stopped abruptly. He caught her, his arms instinctively wrapping around her waist, exactly as they had in the ruins.

“That was reckless,” she told him, struggling to keep her voice level. The touch of his fingers against the skin of her lower back made her skin tingle. “Going up against the Deathstinger.”

“I promised you I would protect you,” he reminded her.

“You could have been killed,” she insisted.

He raised an eyebrow. “So could you,” he reminded her. “Doesn’t that make you just as reckless?”

“What?” She hesitated. “I guess ... No!” She shook her head insistently. “I’m a Guardian Force pilot - its what I do. Your job is to - ”

“Protect you,” he supplied. He seemed to find her reaction amusing.

He reached up a hand and brushed a strand of hair from her face while his other arm, wrapped around her waist pulled her to him. He kissed her.

At first, it was a gentle brush of his lips against hers. The second kiss was bolder, his lips firm and unwavering against hers. She could feel her heart pounding in her chest as she reached up to touch his face and run her hands through his hair. It was softer than she imagined it would be. She clung to him, and she was surprised when she traced her fingers down the back of his neck that he shivered. His breath, which came in short rasps between kisses, made her skin tingle.

She didn’t want this moment to end, and neither, it seemed did he. They clung to each other, their minds racing and their breaths coming in gasps.

Reluctantly, he broke the kiss, his fingers still entwined in her hair, holding her to him. Her skin burned beneath his touch. He rested his forehead against hers. She caught the look in his blue eyes, one of fierce determination and loyalty. “I told you,” he said. “I’m not going to let anything happen to you.”

She believed him.

DeathStinger's Backstory

When Airis, Hiccup, and Fishlegs are fighting Griselda's Goregripper no one notices the second Goregripper standing in the cage that Griselda's Gorgripper came out of. When the Goregripper standing in the cage sees this tiny human defeat this giant Goregripper he decides he won't attack like he's been raised to do. As he slowly walks out of the cage Hiccup and Fishlegs notice him, and start saying they need to knock him out as well before he attacks them, however Airis notice he is acting exactly like WarTooth was when she was stranded with him on those small islands. She tells Hiccup and Fishlegs to back off and that she's got this. As soon as Airis touches the Goregripper he melts into her touch. Right then and there the Goregripper decided to stay with "this nice human". During the next few weeks the newly named DeathStinger follows Airis around like a lost puppy, the only down side is that he growls at anyone who gets to close, but Airis and her dragons work hard to train him to be the best dragon he could possibly be.
