hi! welcome to my little infodump about my king loop au! 🩶

this contains twohat spoilers!

well, lets go!

first up is the king — also known as antonym or river! he’d take siffrin’s place, here. woe, timeloop be upon ye!

siffrin is in loop’s place, but as themselves this time. i think they still have that star-like body underneath their cloak, of course.

i also think these two share cloak designs, teehee!

and then, the STAR of the show, (hehe,) loop!

i thought for a long time about how they’d work, as the king. what would they be named? why would they be the king? and i think i’ve created some concrete answers here!

- they’d probably call themselves the Mirror! just “think of me as a mirror,” hehe! i think they’d go by “Stasis�� too. the opposite of Change, the stasis of a timeloop, the stasis of themselves~!!

- sasasap still happens. they still make the wish to get out, and ect! i think siffrin makes another wish around act 4, perhaps, that results in the swapping of these roles.

- loop is also very angry at vaugarde. they usually direct this anger at themselves or siffrin — but for the Mirror, this anger is directed at vaugarde. if vaugarde wasn’t so kind, so “perfect”, the King would have never tried to preserve it, and they wouldn’t have lost their Family. “they’d be happy, if only Vaugarde wasn’t at fault”. very flawed logic, but their logic here nonetheless!!

- their curse would also be a memory curse! paralyzes its victim and causes them to relive all their memories at once. arguably, it’s worse than the King himself!

about the King!loop au, what's Antonym's backstory, and how did they meet the rest of the group.

Also going way further, I've been thinking of a post-loops au where Mutation joins the party after everything like all the "loop joins the group after the events of the game". I personally find the idea fun

lucky for you. i LOVEEEE “loop joins the party” ideas. and this is actually canon to kingloop hehe.

the thing about stasis getting frozen in act 5 is that they actually go back to looking like siffrin!! which um. causes some complications when they meet the party at first… 🩶

this does end up getting resolved, of course! but it takes a bit of convincing hehe.

anyways someone in isatcord had the SUPER COOL idea of flashbacks to the King being antonym’s equivalent of siffrin’s late game “you dreamt of…” [eating your friends,] [someone crying into nothing,] [eating a rotten apple,] and so on and so forth.

some others i think he’d have:

i’ve always been fascinated by how the web and music rarely interconnect when music is so influential. so, web siffrin is a siren! have fun with this information~!!

also, i still think the additional eyes would be from protecting bonnie! in a similar phenomenon to how jon was forced to accept the eye in order to awaken after the unknowing — i think siffrin would have to lean into the web, and it resulted in those extra eyes. :3

Real quick clarification for your King Loop AU; so SASASAP went exactly as we know it and then Loop got dropped into this timeline where all the roles were shuffled, and who remembers the other timelines if so. (Super sorry if this is worded confusingly)

no worries king loop soldier, i gotcha!

sasasap went exactly how we know it. isat up until act 4 also happened! right at the end of act 4, this siffrin (mutation)… also gives up. they make a wish to get out. this intermixes with a wish loop makes, to make vaugarde “feel the misery they do”, and this causes the shuffling of the timeline!

siffrin and loop remember the other loops. loop remembers their original/sasasap timeline, and siffrin’s loops. siffrin just remembers their own loops.

the king/antonym doesn’t remember any of this. he has no knowledge of prior timeloops.

Does Stasis get no good ending? They seem to be frozen at the end BUT I NEED THEM TO BE HAPPY AFTER ALL THE AWFUL THINGS THEY'VE BEEN THROUGH-

well, i can’t say they get a BAD ending.

the king gets to remember the island, when he’s frozen. the lightless sand. right?

well, stasis gets their good memories of the party. the ones they’d forgotten from just time, or their own natural forgetfulness. they get those memories, forever.

it’s why they’re smiling, when they’re frozen. they’re at peace.

Can antonym give stasis or mutation a flower? How do they react?

i actually 100% meant to answer this ask with an isat textbox and art and everything (this ask is actually why i started making mutation sprites!)

but i want to finish this ask before i’m like. gone. for a whole week.

funnily enough, mutation and stasis have very similar thoughts about the flower, but react in very different ways. this also can only be done act 3 and onward — before that, they will not engage with the flower.

MUTATION:

mutation doesn’t really resist the flower the way loop does, but they do question it.

( the first time: )

> “Flower for you!”

“So, in what way are you giving it to me?”

(Huh?)

> “What do you mean?”

��Are you giving it to me as a friend, or something else? Vaugardian, or our way?”

(You guess as…)

“… a rival.”

“… an enemy.”

> “… a friend.”

“A friend, huh…”

(Mutation takes the flower, and does not engage with you further.)

[The conversation ends here.]

(note: all results are the same other than “an enemy”, to which mutation will reply “just like before, then?” and will end the interaction there.)

stasis reacts…. under the same assumption. this is also actually not an (Ask…) option, but an option in response to “Do you remember?” before the fight even starts.

(The Mirror is staring at the flower with wide eyes.)

(“Uhhh, Ri? We usually uh. Give flowers to people we—”) [Isabeau].

“I don’t want your Vaugardian friendship gift, King.”

(Oh.)

“Please.”

> “What if it’s not the Vaugardian way?”

“Oh.. OH!!! Hahaha!!!”

(The Mirror snatches the flower from your hands.)

(They’re still laughing.)

“Oh, and here I thought Vaugarde had carved everything out of you to make room for it!”

“A flower for the enemy, then. I wonder what you would have said to me, if I was giving this to you back then.”

[ACT 3] (That mention of meeting them before this, again…)

[ACT 4] (You wonder what you would have said too, if you were in their place.)

“Now, let’s fight. And don’t worry King, I’ll remember you after my victory.”

i get it. it’s an understandable question, that was the peak of my popularity. but also all it would take is ONE look at my pinned to answer that question yourself.

the answer to this question: it’s a complicated answer that i don’t want to get into. it’s a large collection of the way the fandom has treated me and my creations, and the way it treats its other content creators that makes me hesitant to publicly engage in it again.

so there’s the answer you people have been practically HARASSING me over for months. i’m sorry if i sound mean but this has REALLY frayed my rope.

i’m a multifandom artist. i’ve currently moved onto ISAT.

hi hi! I was wondering if you’re going to bring your ISAT crow au back? Or has that been scrapped? Could also tell me more about crows lore in depth? Cause from what I’ve seen it’s certainly very interesting!

i legitimately made a noise when i saw this ask. i love my crow au.

before i answer this: my crow au / blessing au is very self indulgent!! i’m aware it doesn’t follow ISAT exactly. i just liked a bunch of ideas and slapped them on siffrin.

OKAY. MY BEAUTIFUL CROW AU. don’t look at me i rotate my birds in my head at very normal speeds— AH SHIT (i fall over and several birds fall out of my hands) MY CROWS

for the sake of this au, siffrin and the king are siblings. don’t look at my love for tragic siblings— no stop it don’t look over there.

now because i’m insane (and also i love birds and wings and— no i’m not crazy why would you suggest that,) there are sometimes people Blessed by the Universe (or the Change God, or Expressions, or ect.) these are people “destined” to serve a large purpose in their life, to change history somehow — of which i call them Destiny’s Children. for obvious reasons. i was very creative.

(yes, the party are all destiny’s children. the Saviors are all blessed. including bonnie.)

now, destiny’s children, as a result, are part bird. this is just. entirely self indulgent. i just like birds. my diegetic reasoning here is that a lot of birds are considered messengers of gods in a lot of myths and faiths and i feel this would translate well to ISAT. there can only be one KIND of bird at a time. siffrin is a swan, and their birth name is cygnus. the king is a crow, named corvus.

siffrin’s dad is part of the island’s royal guard — which is where he learns his rogue-like qualities, here. he is also wingless, but their mother is not. she’s a dove :) specifically a mourning dove.

(their parent’s names are hera and olympus. this is also self indulgent don’t look at me.)

anyways. siffrin runs away from home and the normal siffrin story and ect. over time, as he’s exposed to the King’s Curse and the loops, his wings get kind of… stained with all the Time Craft, and it turns them lightless. hence the crow part of crow siffrin. it’s a reference to the King. :3

(not that it’s super important, btw, but siffrin is a coscoroba swan, the king is a caledonian crow, and hera is specifically a reference to the caladrius.)
