nora takes another drink from her whiskey bottle as she paces around the room, unable to keep still since deacon arrived. she can barely look him in the eyes, not after she fucked over the railroad's chances of saving the synths like they'd wanted from her all along. she wanted revenge; she wanted father dead. nora had thought on it for weeks, knew she wouldn't feel right until she got what she wanted. she feels worse now than she did before, but at least that restless urge to go back there and end him is gone.

she stops fidgeting with items on the kitchen counter, a product of keeping herself from having to look at deacon, and leans against it with her gaze lowered to the floor. you should have seen the looks back at hq. she hasn't been to hq since before she killed father and she doubts they'd be friendly to her now. nora didn't ever expect to see deacon again and she's not sure why he's returned to sanctuary; he seemed pretty pissed at her last time they spoke, and for good reason.
