#de aged triplets AU

(Kind of inspired by a roleplay, I did once with a friend and The Rebirth of Miracle/De-aged Mirabel AU by another person here)

I introduce you to... de-aged triplets! :

It was yet another day in ever growing paradise Encanto. It was 18 years since the Miracle happened and the village was founded. It was ruled by a small, yet strong Madrigal family, that sometimes even seemed like a royal family, consisted of the current Miracle Candle holder, Alma Madrigal, and her three children, triplets, each blessed magical gifts of their own, Julieta, the oldest, a healer and beloved in community as a "golden child", Pepa, the middle, a weather girl and since childhood known as a bundle of sunshine, and Bruno, the baby of family, a seer and due that known as a "Bad luck Bruno" (even if none dared to call him this way, unless they wanted to have to deal with a furious Alma and equally furious Julieta and Pepa).

Currently, it was nighttime and the matriarch was sitting in her room, thinking over things. Even with a community to run, Alma made it clear her children were her number one priority. She loved them with whole her heart and wanted the best for them. And yet, she ran into so many people, who took her children's hard work for granted and none ever thought about them. They were given their powers at age of 5, and since then, they were cursed with burden of carrying them. Bad prophecies, hurricanes and greedy people, who took for themselves and left nothing for those, who needed those more... not the childhood Alma wanted for her children.

And she hated it. She hated the burden, her children were forced to hold on their shoulders for so long. It was their 18th birthday few weeks ago. Marking 13th year of the curse, they were given. Of course, the same Miracle was what gave them this beautiful place to call home and the tall mountains to protect them, but she always wanted it would've stopped there. She remembered how happy they were before the "blessings", they were real children. Happy and bright, eyes ready to see the world around them.

"I just want them to be happy. I just want them safe... is it so much to ask for..?" The woman whispered to herself, looking onto the candle on her window, before sighing.

The miracle candle watched her to best of it's ability. It saw the sufferings, this family has going through due it's poorly calculated decisions, but it knew there was nothing that could be done to undo it... there was no way the childhood experiences could be recreated, now that the triplets were older.

There was just no way...

Or was there?

Alma woke up to strange noise. She could always hear a lot of what was happening within Caista walls, due how... normal(?) her room was, compared to her children and weird noises weren't something unusual, with what people her children grew up into... but even then this one was even out of ordinary.

At first, she didn't realize what it was to begin with, but she soon came to recognize it.

It was a cry. A baby's cry. And, by the sound of that... there was more than one baby too.

Do we have a visitor? Maybe they didn't have time to find a babysitter? Alma thought to herself. It did make sense, as they did have a few families, who recently had a baby, including two, who had twins each...

But then again... why were they here so early? Why were the babies crying still? Why weren't their parents comforting them?

And why... was it so quiet? There was no thunder... no clattering... no rat squeaking, no wod knocking, or sand and salt falling...

It was dealt quiet. The only noise being the babies' crying.

"What is going on?" Alma, forgetting all about still being in her night clothes and that she just woke up, got out of her bed and left her room.

She walked past her children's rooms, taking time to knock and look inside, to find the triplets inside. But they all were empty. No a single sign of either of the triplets.

Alma's heart started to beat faster, as she walked thorugh the hall, before she was met with the Casita nursery door. She didn't know, why she came there, but her feet themselves dragged her to it. And, by the sounds of it, it was where the crying was coming from too. With another sigh, the matriarch pushed the door, preparing to any chaos that might be happening on the other side.

But, to her own surprise. It was fine. Just like it always was, when she would visit it.

"Huh..." She looked around, rasung an eyebrow. "That's... weird..." but it still didn't explain anything.

Where were her children? What was going on? And where are those crying babies? She swore, when she got her hands on that ignorant parents, she'd tell them-!

And then, she saw a movement on one of beds. Alma raised her eyebrow, making her way across the room to it, where her eyes widened.

On bed, there were three tiny wailing babies, probably just a few months old, identical similar white outfits.

But what happened was out of her control, as she fell on her knees, gently taking all three of the small infants in her arms.

She finally understood, why she came here. She understood, why no parent was there to comfort these poor children. Because it was meant to be her. Because it was neutral to her. Because no parent would stand by, when their child was crying.

And it what happened to her, no expectation. They cried and she came. Like any other mother would her children.

Her children... her beautiful girls and sweet boy... somehow returned to this fragile, helpless point of life and waited for her to come for them.

"Oh, queridos míos" She whispered, holding her little ones to her chest. "I'm so sorry, I came so late..."

Julieta was the first one to stop crying, through her sniffles were still there, but she looked up onto her mother with a hopeful eyes. She hoped Alma knew what was happening. All while her siblings were still crying, Bruno burying his face into Alma's shoulder, looking for safety and comfort, and Pepa's cry seemed to only increase, nearly coming to scream from frustration or fear.

Alma didn't mind it too much through. It's been way far too long since she held all three of her children like this. And oh boy, she missed it! She let her maternal instincts take over, as she continued to rock herself, while rubbing her babies' heads and backs and humming familiar for them lullabies, hoping it would help them to settle down.

And eventually, it did, with all three of her babies sleeping soundly in her arms. Alma sighed out, but still not letting go. She just sat there, watching her precious little ones asleep on her chest. A light smile crossed her face, as she kissed their small heads.

"But don't worry, my little ones. It's going to be alright... Mamá will make sure of it~"

DPxDC De-Aged Triplets and Their Tired Single Sister

Jason has seen the four of them a couple of times in Crime Alley now. They looked like a family, what with similar facial features- err, actually, the kids looked like carbon copies of each other, but their mom/sister/aunt/cousin looked similar enough to be related to them by blood.

Normally, Jason didn't care for each and every family that moved into Crime Alley. Sure, he cared about all of them as a whole, but there were a lot of people, and he couldn't possibly get elbow deep in every life story he came across. So all he knew about them were three things: a) they were on the run from someone or something, b) they trusted each other and no one else, and c) apparently, they have made it their life goal to never make any kind of sense.

The list of shit they have gotten into included but was not limited to:

• one of the kids biting a gun. Not the hand of the attacker who was holding it, no, the actual gun. And he bit a piece of it clean off, which earned him - or her, actually, Jason knew one of the triplets was a girl but he couldn't tell them apart - a lecture from their... mom? sister? parental figure. The lecture was about how chewing metal does not help with iron deficiency.

• getting kidnapped and creeping out their kidnapper to the point of him returning the kids back home. A few witnesses said one of the kids was actually driving, sitting on the kidnappers lap behind the steering wheel and cheerfully commanding the man to speed up or brake. Their mom actually apologized to the kidnapper for the incident and offered him homemade cookies for his troubles. He ran away without them.

• driving a lady at the laundromat insane by repeatedly walking inside and climbing into one of the washing machines. They never got out of it, just one kid walking into the laundromat, climbing into washing machine, then another kid, looking exactly like the previous one, walking inside, climbing into the same washing machine, then another kid walking into the laundromat- well, you get the idea. The lady claimed she's seen at least five kids do that in a row, but when she looked into that washing machine, there was no one inside.

• casually falling out of windows. Or, better, walking out of them like they were doors, at any given opportunity. The witness - an old man who was helping their mom with groceries - said the mom did not care in the slightest, and when he asked her about it, obviously concerned, she just said, tired and exasperated, 'they like the feeling of free fall, don't worry, they'll come back in a minute'. Sure enough, they did, not a scratch on them. The family lived on the sixth floor.

• eating insane amounts of food. Jason personally witnesses their mom give them her wallet, telling the kids, 'eat until you're full', and promptly passing out on the table, her head on her arms. The kids then proceeded to eat four whole pizzas, three burgers each, then seven brownies and at least five cups of soda. What was interesting about it was not only the amount of food they ate but the way they never left their mom unattended, one of the kids always staying beside her sleeping figure as the other two went to order.

And now, all four of them were standing in front of him. Not Jason Todd him, but Red Hood him. And he was... confused.

"I'm sorry, what?"

"I said, can you watch them for a few hours? Three, maybe four," the mom, Jazz as she introduced herself, was looking at him like it was he who was speaking nonsense, not her. Because asking a crime lord to watch three kids in the middle of the night is not something a sane person would do.

"Why?" He asks, bewildered, because what the fuck else is he supposed to say?

"I need to kill a man, and if they come with me, it will take three times longer," Jazz tells him. Is she saying the kids slow her down or what? Jason can admit he's never been this confused in his entire life.

"You could ask me to kill a man, while you stay with them, no?" He tries to reason, but the girl waves him off:

"No, that will take even longer. Besides, no offense, but you kill people to simply end their life, and I need that man to fucking stop existing forever."

What's the difference he almost wants to ask. But instead of that, he just sighs.

"Why me? I'm sure you could find a babysitter-"

"No babysitter will handle them. The last one told me they have been running laps on the ceiling, which is, actually, not that big of a deal. They are kids. Kids like running around," she huffs, and Jason suspects she is missing the point here, but okay. He gets why babysitters are not an option.

"You do understand what they can witness if they stay here?" He asks, as the last attempt to reason with the girl, but she just nods and leans down, making all the kids turn to her.

"Okay, you menaces, tell me what not to do while you're staying with Mr. Red Hood."

"No eating people," one kid starts.

"No driving people insane," the other one continues.

"No, um, stealing eyeballs," the third one finishes, and what the fuck are those ground rules? Is this girl a mother to eldrith horrors? That would explain some shit.

Jazz turns to him, "See? They're all good."

In what world is that good? Jason debates if he should start running now or when she leaves.

"Do they have names?" He asks instead. The girl nods:

"Danny." His surprise must be evident even through the mask because she sighs and points to each kid, "Diane, Daniel, Dante. Dani, Danny, and Dan. Actually, you know what, let's make this easier," she rummages through her bag and gets a marker out before gesturing to the kids, "Come here."

As they do, she proceeds to draw numbers 1, 2, and 3 on their foreheads. Then she nods to Hood and puts the marker away.

"Okay, that's better. Behave, you monsters, I'll be back soon!"

After she leaves, Jason looks down at the kids. They also look at him, eerie and unblinking.

Finally, one of them - number 2, Dani, if he is not mistaken - asks:

"Do you want teeth? We have a lot."

"She doesn't mean her teeth," number 1 clarifies, "She means other teeth."

...This is going to be some very long three hours.

Demon... Triplets?

Demon twins au but with a twist.

I have seen countless de-aged Dan being raised by Danny alongside Ellie, making him a pseudo son.

Now, I like the family dynamic, but, Dan is just another Danny. He isn't a clone made from his DNA, he is just another version of the original. So imo that makes them more like brothers.

Now imagine that in demon twins. Danyal Al Ghul gets out of the league just like usual, he goes and dies, meets his evil future self and kicks his ass. Dan reverts back to his teenage self due to some Clockwork timey-wimey bullshit, qnd lives with Danny. GIW/Fenton parents happen, suddenly they gotta run from Amity. Ellie's already off exploring the world, so now its just the two of them against the world.

They end up in Gotham.

Damian is doing Damian things, that Robin life, tolerating the countless siblings, but he ends up meeting Danny and Dante (cause I get confused, Dan changes his name) volunteering at the soup kitchen.

So not only is his dead(?) Twin alive, he's gotten a replacement Twin!

Cue the three of them bonding and making life for Bruce Wayne hell for shits and giggles.

They start coming over to the manor and separating, everyone is convinced Damian is everywhere at once, what the hell, until suddenly they see two of them together. Funny thing is, Damian has green eyes, and that other Damian has.. red? Clone?

They proceed to lose their shit when the third one pops up with blue eyes.

Good afternoon, I've been thinking about your au with triplets for a long time, assuming the development of events.

It seems to me that when the two of them (jj), (or just without lawyers but with the family) calm down and stay alone, Jasmin could say, in order not to breed misunderstandings, either the truth, or not to ruin the timeline, that she is an alternative version of Jason and these are just her children. Although both sound crazy. And it is probably possible only with the disclosure of vigilante family activities.

Hello! Thank you for liking my stuff!

I love the idea of Jaz claiming to be a version of the Waynes- especially Jason- but this falls out of the planned plot. They have to play along and not get caught as being from an alternative universe, as it would be dangerous to them and the throne.

The three were de-aged in a poorly executed coup, where the main adversary got close enough to affect them. That does not mean the ghost who attacked was working alone. It was only by sheer luck they fought her off.

So they will play along and stay hidden until they are back at their normal strength. Not to mention that just being in that universe has messed with the timeline, and not playing along could collapse it.

Pepa (50) is the eldest of Alma and Pedro’s triplets. Passionate and admittedly bossy, she has been leading the way for her siblings since they were born. The de-facto leader of the Madrigals in her mother’s absence.

Bruno (50)… yeah, we don’t talk about him.

Julieta (50) is the final piece of the Madrigal triplets. Though she is usually outshone by her older siblings, that is not to discredit the town’s appreciation of her. Certainly, her husband, Agustín, would be very lost without her.

Camilo (21) is the eldest of Pepa and Félix’s children. He is a charming and sociable young man, though theatrical and mischievous, he finds himself overlooked in terms of usefulness and perfection.

Antonio (19) is the younger of the two boys. He isn’t particularly close with most of the townspeople, he is a shy boy and much prefers the company of his siblings. But he is always willing to lend a hand to anyone who needs him.

Dolores (15) is the youngest and only daughter of Pepa and Félix. The only Madrigal to not receive a gift on her fifth birthday, she has remained a figure of mystery ever since.

Mirabel (21) is the eldest of Agustín and Julieta’s daughters. This perfect young lady is considered to be very much her mother’s miniature. She is soon to become the most ideal bride to Natalio Alfaro; a very lucky man, indeed.

Isabela (15) is the typical problematic middle child, however, has seemingly won over her Abuela’s favour and somehow escapes all of the trouble she causes. It is not unsurprising to see her with leaves in her hair and dirt on her dress

Luisa (4) is the youngest and the current holder of the baby privilege card in La Casa Madrigal. An excitable and friendly girl, though a little nervous for her upcoming birthday.

ugh, my Jenny and Vee brainrot is so real I love these girlies and I love my versions of them. ngl half of the genesis of my little sort-of-au was that I wanted them to interact and be Sisters bc we deserve turtle sisters. (since you asked me about my gowrls, I am now obligated to love you forever)

I sort of wound up basing them off more “typical” versions of Raph and Leo (and Jenny’s idw original natch) and building until they became their own thing

she’s a Western pond turtle! and she is one bc I saw a picture of one while looking at different turtle species and thought there was a lot of design potential

the oldest turtle and mutated before all the rest. she was Draxum’s very first go at combining turtle and human DNA so she wound up a little “more turtle” than her siblings (i.e. she has claws on her hands and feet, she’s more cold-blooded)

the one and only Big Mama’s assistant and she is. So emotionally repressed, taking on a very “conceal, don’t feel” attitude while under Big Mama’s employment. she’s still just a teenage girl underneath all that, but actually letting herself relax enough to let it out will take time (luckily, she has some Very Teenage siblings to help her out)

she’s the tough, sardonic older sister the turtles never knew they wanted and that Jenny never knew she wanted to be

Vee’s a Chinese softshell turtle and the reason I made her one is a whole Thing itself, but I thought Donnie shouldn’t be the only softshell of the six

she was mutated before the boys, but she’s actually the same age as Leo and Donnie (Disaster Triplets hehe). she was Draxum’s “make sure I can replicate my results” turtle

she was raised by…well, that’s a secret for now, but it is someone from Splinter’s past that I saw an opening to do something unique with

she doesn’t have access to Hamato Ninpo, but she is Very Mystic

I’ve had a lot of fun making her Very Different than Jenny, but her and Donnie have also been a fun couple of opposites to explore (namely science vs. magic and their contrasting flavors of autism)

Do you have a favourite (or favourites) AU amongst your collection? And if so, why are they the favourite?

My favorite au’s so far have been baby casita au, City life au, and Familia Arcoiris. 

Baby casita au - It’s out of the norm when it comes to de-aging au’s. It’s always Mirabel, the grandkids, one or all of the triplets, or Alma. So I decided to think outside of the box and do it with Casita. 

Basic Summary: Before the house fully collapses, The candle gives Casita a new life as a child around Antonio’s age. They did it because the house is just as much of a person as the other Madrigals. 

City life au - number one, I LOVE the thought of traveling to different places on a whim without needing money. So, I incorporated it into an au! 

Basic summary: It’s just an au where Bruno has his own Casita in Bogota and the grandkids managed to find him. 

Familia Arcoiris - Firstly, it was inspired by my mutual friend's au called Generation 31 on Ao3! But, to make just a tad bit more original I changed it around. It’s a canon DIVERGENT au (in other words I KNOW the parents and Alma are good people but I changed things around so they could fit a new narrative)

Basic summary: Camilo raises Antonio, Dolores, Mirabel, and Luisa help. The parents are always busy, and Alma is just an overseer. So, over time, they build their own family within the Encanto.

Helo guys! I have a concept of what Legacy's (aka Kansas) Back story is so, let's do this again!

So we all know and love Legacy. So here's a slight reference sheet of what she looks like through her stages of life!

Okay now onto the backstory! So they are not from the time branch, or any sort of branch that the turtles are in, in my story, they are from a different universe where they are brothers with the turtles from literally the beginning of their life. Now you might wonder, well what's different about this universe? The only difference between the turtles and Legacy is that, he is indeed a turtle but a more human turned one, due to a mistake during the mutation process with Draxum. They were originally an albino red eared slider and got this look.

So in this alternative universe Legacy is a triplet with Leo and Donnie with Raph being the youngest with Mikey as twins and Venus being the oldest of the group. Unfortunately Jennika was not spawned into this universe. Venus is more of an adopted sister because she was mutated before the turtles. They still live with the cat yokai since Luo, aka Splinter, didn't step up to be a father and died later on. The Cat yokai is named Yogi Masayuki, his first name being Masayuki, and he owns a shop in the Japanese mystic city, close to a well known person. He is friends with Usagi Miyamoto and usually has him and young Usagi Yuichi over to visit their house.

When the turtles were young they would spend their time at a daycare while Masayuki worked over at their shop. Venus de Milo would usually go on trips to the stores and others to pick up things they need. Venus would often deliver mail around the neighborhood on the weekends leaving the turtles to a baby sitter, aka Miyamoto. The triplets, being the second oldest, and Venus have a seven year gap in age.

So in a sense to make this no longer I'm going to make a Google doc about this AU and all the characters stuff like that, so enjoy your day, goodnight or good morning.

An AU based on this post, in which the triplets somehow get de-aged back to their five-year-old selves and think Isabela is their mother because of her resemblance to Alma?

Yess!

Like all the other de-aging AUs, Mirabel had a secret gift.

That gift was (accidentally) de-aging people :/

It happened when the triplets decided to catch up after dinner, and asked Mira to get them drinks, since she wasn’t near the kitchen anyways.

Of course, Mirabel was happy to do so, and gave the triplets each a glass of water. Nothing else.

But in the next moment, Mirabel heard the voices of little kids…

“Where’s mamá?” She heard a little boy ask from the dining area.

Mirabel rushed back, and saw with her own eyes that her Mamá, Tía and Tío were turned into 5 year olds…

She panicked. Mirabel immediately gathered the rest of the family, showing them what happened.

The triplets were quite confused upon seeing so many people around them. Who were they? Where’s Mamá?

But that all changed upon them seen Isabela…

“Mamá!” The triplets called out happily, running towards her.

Isabela was quite shocked. What? Her Mamá, Tía and Tío were turned in kids? And why were they calling her Mamá? She didn’t even look like- Oh…

“Mami, you wanna bake?” Julieta asked.

“You look pretty!” Pepa said.

And Bruno simply cling to her dress.

Isabela couldn’t help but shiver. Did she just became a parent? Did she just replace Abuela?

For weeks, Alma, Mirabel and Camilo tried to turn the triplets back to normal, while also leading them away from Isa. But both were no use…

The triplets just didn’t turn back, and they always followed Isabela, thinking that she was their Mamá.

Eventually, the family gave up, figuring that there was no use…

Alma struggled a lot with this. Her babies have been turned back into 5 year olds, and now see Isa as their Mamá. Making her a Bisabuela…

Agustín and Félix especially had it difficult for obvious reasons. They’re basically alone now, since their beloved wives were gone…

And Isabela? She basically got thrown into motherhood when she least expected it… But, no matter how difficult things may get, she always had her family’s back.

As for the triplets and how they see each family member…

They see Alma as their Bisabuela who’s nice and kind to them :D

Tía Lola (Dolores) and Tío Mari (Mariano) are Bruno’s favorite Tía and Tío!

Abuelo (Agustín) and Abuelito (Félix) are also obviously liked by the 5 year old triplets (but they sometimes ignore them? Why? :( ).

Tía Lu always let’s the kids ride on her shoulders or back! :D

Tío Milo always makes the triplets laugh whenever one or all three of them have a bad day.

Tía Mira teaches them how to sew and always watches them when they’re in town :D

Oh dear GOD, now I wanna swap stories with anenbyraccoon! I work with grades pk-5th, and I've started keeping a "why are the kids crying now" list. Current faves are:

- it was the second day of school and she wanted it to be the first

- he wanted me to hold his jacket and I told him to put it in his backpack

- I got the two of them mixed up and accidentally gave her twin sister a second turn using the carpet sweeper

- he threw his shoe over the fence and an older boy retrieved it for him

- another kid kept calling him a "chicken nugget"

- she wanted her mommy (while strangling me with her little toddler arms as I tried to hand her to her teacher)

So yeah, Alma has to play referee when Bruno names one of his rats "Pepita" and Pepa throws a fit. Or when Julieta starfishes on the ground because she doesn't wanna go to dinner at the Guzmán’s.

Not to mention all the things they do because of Kid Logic XD

Kids will cry over anything, let's be honest 😭😭 My sister started crying because her blanket was straight on the bed so she refused to go to sleep until I fixed it. She again cried just last night because my other younger sister, shoved something in her mouth (I still don't know what is was). Not surprised the triplets will throw fits over anything and everything.

The moment Danny and Dante got sussed out by Damian. Soon to follow is the debate on exactly who is a clone via the League and who is a clone via Vlad.

Apologies on any mistakes with Damian, I rarely color my human drawings and surprise, I don't draw DC characters that often - Though to explain all the different skin tones, Danny and Dante paled both from leaving Nanda Parbat at a young age and dying. Dante is more pale cause he was stuck in his ghost form in his own timeline for years before being de-aged and yeeted into Danny's.

Just in case the family relationships in We Don’t Talk About Uncle Jon are a little confusing to follow, I decided to make a little family tree to make it clearer.

There’s also some general family trivia that I can’t shoehorn in anywhere below the cut, as well as a drawing of one of Jon’s rat and moth helpers!

Agnes is a few years or so older than Daisy, Jon, and Melanie, who are the triplets in this AU. Old enough to have very vague memories of a life before the Robinson Family took up residence in Helen and Michael.

Daisy was born first out of the trio, the eldest by three minutes. Melanie was next, half a minute before Jon, the baby of the family, and has lorded it over him ever since.

Jon has the dubious honor of introducing Basira and Georgie to their future partners while he was “dating” them. In Basira’s case, they weren’t actually dating but were in the village theater troupe together and close enough to seem like they were (which made Daisy a bit stropy until the misunderstanding was cleared up). In Georgie’s case, she and Jon actually did date for a while before they amicably broke up and her continuing friendship with Melanie turned into something deeper.

Yes, everyone did use to tease Jon about this mercilessly. Especially once Martin (and Jon’s oblivious crush on him) entered the picture.

Jack is actually a little younger than the triplets, and he moved to the village from the city after Georgie and Melanie got married. He and Agnes dated for a long while before getting married or having kids. Once they did though, they did so in rapid succession.

Georgie is actually closer to Agnes in age, while Basira is around about the same age as the triplets.

Alexa is about a year older than Petra and they’ve both just entered their twenties. Alexa tends to work at the village bookshop, while Petra helps out more with farming and gardening endeavors.

This is how Petra met Frey, as the Lukas manor has an extensive garden neither Elias nor Peter Lukas have any idea how to care for, so Frey sought out her help.

The pictures on the bedroom doors inside Michael and Helen change to reflect the people they belong to as they grow. Petra transitioned not long after she first received her gift, and her old door was revamped within minutes of her coming out to the rest of the family.

Callum is about eighteen months older than Robbie and twenty-seven months older than Andy. He and Andy used to be thick as thieves before his cousin left with Jack and Agnes.

Lynn and Andy are actually Irish twins, as Andy came along nine months after Lynn was born. (This is the reason why Jon was appointed babysitter during this time).

Des was a welcome surprise to Alexa, who’d been begging her parents for a “proper younger sibling” of her own for years after Callum, Lynn and Andy were born.

Gertrude is very pleased with the amount of grandchildren she has, and was unsubtly hoping that Jon would be giving her some more when he finally settled down with that baker of his.

And then there were children. Clint blames the magic. Or possibly the former marriage. Alternatively, it was that shady alternate universe's fault. Regardless, suddenly, Clint and/or Bucky are responsible for tiny humans, and hey, dumpster fire tendencies aside, it doesn't always go so bad. Is it because Clint's canon backstory helps him know exactly what to avoid when raising a kid, or did Bucky help his ma with his sisters back in the forties? Or is it just that Clint's kind of eternally part child anyways? The verdict is still out.

The fact that the guy turns out to be a single dad to two-year-old triplets who spend most of their time causing mischief, trouble and mayhem doesn't deter Bucky at all. Steve would like it on record that he thinks Bucky is insane. Why this one? This fic has a sassy yet soft Bucky reclaiming his life post military service, and brings new life to the trope of 'chaotic but competent in the field' Clint -- it's just that the field here is wrangling three toddlers. It also has found family feels as other marvel characters round out the apartment community to support Clint.

Okay I have not written anything in a MINUTE (aside from those Ko-fi headcanons I just posted), but I've at least made some decent progress on the FTH SPN art, so I've got that going for me. Gotta do some corrections on the inks, but that can wait for the moment.

Tbh I felt pretty crummy the past two days and called off work for both, and I'm still not sure I won't be calling off tomorrow too, but I do feel a lot better than when I was migraining/puking/miserably nauseous, at least. Gonna try and actually write something now that said feeling better has occurred, though I'm not sure what, my brain is kinda fried.
