My dad was a truck driver for most of his life. It supported our family and put food on the table. It was hard work, yet he’d always come home happy to throw a baseball or give me “golf lessons” Creating for the ATA was a pleasure. Helping them cinematically tell a story for all their members felt like a very small tribute to all the hard working drivers and trucking specialists out there. The industry is changing and the roads need more drivers and engineers as technology makes its way next to us on the highway. When your packages get there in 4 hours, there’s most likely an ATA member’s driver getting that done for you. Truck drivers unite. The DCV team captured the country’s top high school culinary students cooking mouth-watering dishes in under 60 minutes, pitching elaborate restaurant business plans, celebrity chefs dropping life advice, and everyone having fun! We turned around a mountain of same-day content; videos and photos. You could hear the furious clicks of keyboards and hard drive chatter as terabytes of raw camera data was compressed into powerful stories being shared to the web, getting 10s of thousands of views. ProStart is a nationwide, two-year high school program that reaches nearly 140,000 students in more than 1,800 high schools across 50 states. Kids compete for scholarship money and opportunities that are life-changing.
