I was going through your blog &I saw a post talking about how Carrie being Steph's daughter is a popular thing in fanfics even though Bruce would never let Carrie end up in a place like her canon household but then I realised that dark knight returns is set in a timeline where Bruce quit after Jasons death which means that Bruce never met Tim or Steph so Carrie could technically still be Stephs daughter as in that timeline Bruce never knew Steph &never knew to look after her daughter

I know Carrie technically appeared in the new 52 as older than Steph but lets face it characters are kind of a mess right now in DC like Cassie Sansmark was in Teen Titans 2011 and then she was reintroduced in Young Justice 2019 with a completely different backstory and personality so Carrie could still be Steph's daughter (I know reboot Steph didn't go through teen pregnancy but there's actually nothing saying she didn't so maybe she did & we just don't know) I'm talking about preboot Steph tho
