I think Perkins is an interesting villain from an Android perspective

he's very slimy and manipulative, the way he uses North for to drive Markus for failure is both bitchy but charming "That android...you seem to...really care about her, you don't want her to die, do you? Her life is in your hands, Markus. Just say the word and she'll be spared" Perkins has that look when he talks to Markus like he's superior to Markus, every scene where Perkins kills Markus is as if he likes to have Markus' fate in his hands and finish him off It seems he has a personal challenge with Markus, if North is in charge, Perkins won't say her name, but if Markus is then he will say

his "I'm unarmed, Markus, i just want to talk."it's hilarious considering he has the army behind him, even Josh sees through his bullshit lol

The way he mocks Markus for his decision "The problem with you androids is you believe everything we tell you...you don't think i was going to let you alive...after everything that's happened? i have orders, you know..."

"Your cause is lost. Your android friends will soon be destroyed and, now your girlfriend's been shot...Seems you seriously fucked up, Markus."

this scene is brutal and merciless, which for me is like the worst Androids ending, I've only done it once and I don't think I'll do it again, I prefer the ending where Connor stops the revolution This one's mine...nowhere to run...nowhere to hide... -Richard Perkins
