I was wondering if you could do a headcannon of all members of The Legion x Reader (fluffly and romantic), where the reader, shy and oblivious, is new to the fog and mistakes the members for survivors. Maybe they get suprised and "adopt" the reader as the new member.

Frank Morrison, Julie Kostenko, Susie Lavoie, and Joey / The Legion:

The four of them were standing around chatting when you approached them out of the blue. Frank noticed you first, and even through his mask, you and the other members could tell he was confused. He wasn't sure why a survivor -- much less one none of them recognized -- would just come up to them.

You quietly explained you didn't know where you were and they are the first people you've seen that don't seem to want to kill you, and can one of them please show you around? You watched them all exchange looks with one another and whisper. You worried for a moment that maybe you'd offended them somehow, but Susie reached over, took your hand, and pulled you into their circle, Julie and Frank promised to show you around.

After this, they always seemed to seek you out. Sometimes it even seemed like they'd sent one member out to go find you and bring you to the group so you could all hang out. It made you feel important, having a group of people that wanted to help you fit in here, spending your nights talking and laughing together.

At least one of them always accompanies you while you're walking around. Frank tends to use the time to give you advice with his arm around your shoulder, Joey seems to like playing "bodyguard," walking ahead of you and stiff-arming anyone who tries to give you a hard time. Julie comes across as just enjoying spending time with you, she's usually quiet, but likes sticking by your side, and Susie just loves having someone to hold hands and gossip or swap stories with.

You grew much closer with them over time, spending nearly every moment outside of trials with them, chatting, joking around, cuddling up to each other. So it wasn't much of a surprise when all four of them said they wanted to talk to you about something...and presented you with your very own personalized mask. Now, it would be official, and everyone would be able to know -- you were one of theirs.

synopsis : an unnamed survivor [he/him] makes you feel sour - for lack of better words. one trial, you find yourself running to the murderer instead of away.

if you have a blank blog [no bio, no user, no header or profile pic, nothing reblogged, etc] do not interact with my content. you will be blocked.

he always made you uncomfortable. sliding up beside you at the campfire ; his hands lingering when he patched you up ; sly nicknames that made your skin crawl. with a gulp, you flinch as the generator you’re working on finished, lighting up the spot you were hiding at.

taking in a deep breath, you stand and slowly observe your surroundings. the lack of a heartbeat and chilling feeling of being watched was absent — you were safe for now. you tread along carefully, eyes peeled for any sudden movements.

“[name],” the hairs on your arms prickle just at the sound of his voice. you don’t turn — you only continue moving forward. “we’ll be safer together. come stand with me.”

you ignore him. lips parted, your breathing struggles to steady as panic starts to build up. you can hear his feet shuffle behind you ; he’s starting to speed up to catch you. “[name], come on! it’s only us now.”

it sounds like a threat. his tone is reassuring, words light and airy, but it still feels like threat. it’s only the two of you ; no one else around. you gulp again, speeding up just a little more. he lets out what sounds like a laugh, “are we playing a little cat and mouse game?”

“go find another gen,” you call out over your shoulder. you quicken your pace a bit more, “we can still win this.”

“i did win, [name].” he lets out another laugh — it sounds menacing ; dark. everything a survivor shouldn’t be. “i’ve got you, all to my self.”

your heartbeat picks up, pounding in your ears. on the edge of a sprint now, you can see the killer of this trial in the distance. you speed up more, ignoring the muffled curse behind you as you barrel straight into their arms.

a vice grip is around their torso. arms around their waist, you bury your head into their neck as your breath leaves in panicked pants. “jus’ kill me,” you whimper out. “please.”

their hands are raised above them, weapon still poised from when they prepared to swing it at you. curiously, their eyes fly to where you came from ; to where your fellow survivor had now made himself known.

“[name],” you whimper at the sound of his voice. his eyebrows furrow, playful smile falling from his face and growing stern. “let them go. now.”

“he won’t leave me alone.” you whisper it into their chest as you burrow further into them. “watching me. waiting for me. touching me. i— he won’t leave me alone.”

their hands had fallen to your hips now, peeling you away from their torso. you whimper again but relax when they pull you behind them. just what had this man done — what had he made you feel — that was so bad you looked to a murderer for comfort? for safety?

he lets out a huff, taking a step closer. you mold yourself into their back in retaliation. “[name], come on. we have to win this game. jus’ you an’ me now.”

you want to scream at him. want to cry and yell and hit him until he stops talking ; until he stops eyeing you so desperately and hungrily. phantom fingers dance on your thighs, reminding you of the hidden touches he’d take from you ; careful whispers echo in your ears of the things he’d do to you once you were alone.

you couldn’t go with him ; refused to.

the killer of the trial made a show of raising their weapon again before they flung it toward him, hitting him directly in the chest. with a small oof!, he falls to the floor before struggling to get back up. as he limps away, he glares at you and it feels more sinister than the heart beating in your ears.

“safe.” it’s a promise. your killer pats your shoulders as gently as they can, moving you so that you’re a little more hidden. they crouch so that your eyes look into theirs, “safe.”

stay here, and you’ll stay safe. i’ll take care of him while i’m gone.

the breath of relief you let out is immediate. and it’s so stupid — how secure you do feel with someone who’s life revolves around murder. but, compared to the creeping touches and lingering gazes of your fellow survivor, they are a safe haven.

they come back after a scream of terror hits the area you’re in, drenched in blood and almost skipping with joy. gently, your hand is looped into theirs as they tug you along the map.

“home,” they say. “take you home.”

and so you’re lead to the hatch, lowered into it because your legs are too shaky to handle your own weight. before you fall, your fingers grip onto the edge of it and you peer up at the killer once more. your lower lip trembles, “thank you. i can’t say it enough — thank you.”

every trial with them after that feels gooey — warm — as you’re always saved for last and treated less harshly than the others. he never looks at you again ; instead he shakes in fear at the thought of you and the giant bodyguard you’d acquired.

lingering gazes come from outside of the campfire now — but they make you feel protected and watched over ; safe. they always manage to make you feel safe.

Frank will start tearing up a bit.

He's never had somebody make him a gift before.

He's never really received a gift before.

He'll try and act like a macho man about it.

But he's actually really grateful.

Intern, he'll try and find something for you.

Something randomly found at a trial.

Something that made him think of you.

"Hey, that's pretty cute."

Julie isn't super loud about her praise.

But she does love whatever it is.

Especially if it's an accessory.

And she'll wear whatever it is out.

A scarf? A hat?

She'll wear it.

She'll wear it proudly.

And if anyone dares say anything bad about it?

"What did you just say? Did you say this looked ugly? I'll make you look ugly when I smash your fucking face in you fucking jackass!"

And she will attack and hurt them.

Hey, she's defending your honor.

"OMG, THAT'S SO CUTE!"

Unlike julie, Susie is very loud about her praise.

Like, really loud.

So loud the whole house could hear her.

And she's squealing over the little crafty made her.

She'll be jumping up and down and showing it off to everyone who will look.

"Yeah, s/o made it for me. Isn't it just adorable?"

She'll brag about it so much that everyone's going to start getting annoyed.

But they also don't have the heart to tell her to stop.

Oh, and you better believe she's going to want you to teach her.

"Then we can make cute things together!"

Joey is kind of a combination of all three.

He may act all nonchalant about it.

He'll Pat your head and thank you.

But on the inside, he's gushing.

Screaming in his head.

"Oh my God, this is so amazing. And they made it for me? I don't have anything for them! Why don't I have anything for them?"

And he's going to search high and low to find something.

Something worthy.

And if anybody says anything bad about it?

"Ha! Dumbass, you're just jealous because I have this bitchin' hat and you've got nothing."

Everything you make for them is put on clear display or worn frequently.

They want everyone to know how amazing you are.

Snowball Fight

This was written for @cerasus--flores and is a rewrite of my old work from late 2018.

You dove behind some broken pieces of wood, the pallets providing ample cover even as the cold bit into your cheeks from the wind. But it wasn’t just the wind and snow of Mount Ormond you needed protection from. A snowball whizzed by your head and you exhaled a soft laugh as you heard Susie call out.

“Stop hiding, coward!”

You poked your head over the pallets, looking around for the pink haired girl. You briefly saw a bright flash of her hair disappear behind a tree and you smirked, kneeling back down to gather some snow from the ground. You popped up once more, waiting for her to poke out from behind the tree.

Once she had, you threw the snowball at her, hitting her square in the chest. A soft ‘oof’ escaped the girl as she once more hid behind the tree. You bent down again, doing your best to quickly pack together another snowball. Before you could stand however, you heard the telltale crunch of snow under foot.

And then you were covered.

“Got you!”

Susie seemed proud of herself as you looked up at her, hair wet with the snow she’d dropped on your head from the other side of the pallets. You reeled your arm back, throwing the loosely packed snowball at her. She blinked several times, wiping her face on her hoodie sleeve.

You grinned when you saw her expression, the girl shaking her head at you, and soon, a laugh escaped her. She held her hand out over the broken wood and you took it, pulling yourself to your feet. Susie rounded the wood, her fingers interlacing with yours. “It’s cold.” You nodded towards the old abandoned lodge and she nodded, tugging you along.

Once inside, it took the girl little time to get the fire going, having done it a hundred times before for the others. She rested against the couch, shaking snow from her hair as you plopped on the seat beside her. “Are the others coming soon?” You questioned as you rested your head against her shoulder.

Susie hummed, pulling her pager from her pocket to check if she’d gotten any messages. But she shook her head, pocketing it once more. “I haven’t heard from them today.” She answered, pulling you back on the couch with her. You hummed, resting your head more on her chest instead.

The fire crackled before you, doing some to warm your cold skin. But it was her arm around you that brought the greatest sense of warmth. You closed your eyes momentarily, listening to the beat of her heart under your ear. Her fingers absentmindedly ran through your hair, an action soothing to her and you.

Some time passed and you could feel her gently rocking you awake. You blinked a couple of times, looking up at her face to see her looking down at you. “We should go back, you’re still freezing.” She smiled, rubbing her face against the top of your head affectionately.

“Ooh, wanna go back to my place and order pizza?”

“Mm.. Only if we can get pineapple.”

You rolled your eyes playfully, unable to help your smile. “For you?” You sighed dramatically and she lifted her head to look at you. “For you I suppose I will order the pineapple pizza..” And she broke out in a big smile, one she was unable to stifle even as she pressed several kisses all over your face.

The best pairing I can come up with is before The Fog.

You're in a similar situation to the rest of The Legion.

You find Ormund boring and wish there was something fun to do.

You wanted more friends and things to do.

So you went to one of Julie's parties after being invited, wanting something to pass the time.

That's when you met your new friend group.

At that party you met Julie, Susie, Joey, and Frank.

At first they seemed like your typical teenage rebel group.

Which, of course, made you feel at home when talking to them.

Most of you were around the age of nineteen, fed up with the world.

Although, your angst was certainly much different than the rest.

While you vented your frustrations in small ways like graffiti and maybe petty theft...

People like Frank and Julie preferred things like arson and murder.

Another thing to know about the two...

They're skilled in the art of manipulation.

Something you end up learning relatively soon as you get to know them.

So, I imagine you being part of The Legion is a good way to get you to know the two of them.

Now, while I originally thought Frank would be the worst in this pairing... That isn't entirely true.

While Frank himself enjoys causing trouble and messing with others...

Julie is just as bad of a manipulator as Frank, if not worse if we take her tome into account.

The dynamic I'm getting is this... The two would be so controlling.

It takes peer pressure to a whole other level.

After all, compared to them, you're quite innocent.

More akin to Susie than anything.

But that's okay...

They'll enjoy molding you into the person they want to be.

I do think they'd enjoy an impressionable obsession.

If you aren't, they'll make you.

You may not be into doing vandalism, arson, or even larger theft yet...

But you'll learn with them.

Not like you have much of a choice, right?

Peer pressure is such a dangerous thing.

I feel their pairing/intentions here don't matter much.

In canon the two definitely seem to be dating.

Although, when it comes to their obsession, their intentions with you could go either way.

Maybe they're just really close friends with you... doing everything they can to make you crave their companionship and approval.

You're bored, aren't you?

Don't you want to do something cool?

You want a group to hang out with, right?

So listen to them.

They'd be a similar way if they were trying to drag you into a relationship with them.

The two are so toxic.

Dangling attention and affection over your head like a dog with a treat.

They seem like the type of yanderes that would slowly make you begin to rely on them.

It's small things... just to make you ache for approval.

After all, to join The Legion, you must be having some troubles of your own.

Be that at home or socially...

You're vulnerable.

They prey on that.

It starts with cutting off others around you.

So even if you had good connections...

They'll make you crave them.

The two are possessive, treating you like a toy.

Two cats... one mouse... all in their little game.

You feel so small compared to them.

This friend circle feels more like a trap than anything.

Even more so when they drag you into more dangerous tasks.

By the time you're committing arson and doing robberies... You're in too deep.

After all, how can you leave?

The two no doubt make you feel dependent on them.

What happens if you leave?

Will they follow you?

Will they hurt you?

Will they hurt who you're close to?

These two do horrible things...

Only to act all friendly with you right after.

You could witness them kill a man or rob a store...

Only for Julie to invite you to another party...

Or Frank to suggest you discuss killers with them.

If that doesn't tempt you enough... Frank brings alcohol like a bribe.

To them, there's no way you can leave them by now.

Within months they'll have you dependent on them.

They'll know your biggest secrets, or maybe even frame you for something.

You'll be so scared of what they could do...

You'd follow through with anything they said.

If they told you to help them, you help them.

If they coax you into drinking, you're drinking.

Hell... If they had romantic intentions and invited you to more... intense activities.

You already know the answer.

The two would have you wrapped around their fingers.

Even to the point of when they rob Joey's job he was fired at and they kill a man?

You're right there with them.

The two would make a blood pact with you.

Anything to prevent you from leaving.

If you try to run, they'll give chase and keep their grip firm.

Honestly, you should've turned back when you could.

You should've never gone to that party or skipped school when they asked.

Such thoughts flicker in your mind as you help them bury the body.

The blood is still coating your clothes.

They praised you, said you did well to follow them.

Even as The Fog begins to envelop you, The Entity beckoning...

You don't think you could ever escape them.

When you enter a new realm, you expect to be alone.

But no... Even now, the two are right beside you... and you become a pawn.

- Any S.T.A.R.S. plots? (I'm a found family type of S.T.A.R.S. fan, so preferably nothing romantic)

- What do you think about the idea of Wesker training the dogs that are later seen outside the mansion in RE1? He did work in the security sector for Umbrella for a while

- Any HCs for Wesker's and Sergei's relationship? (NOT romantic, mainly thinking about Sergei being Wesker's mentor / trainer during the project / his time in the special executive training school)

- The snacks/sweets asks applies here too for your fav charas

(Not gonna talk abt Wesker here bcs even though he's my fav I will have a chance to talk abt him down in the RE section)

-I think Danny likes stuff like skittles and gummy candies. Fruit stuff he can eat while he writes, or stick in his pocket while he's stalking

-I'd imagine Herman is one of those people like you see in movies when a mortician or coroner is just eating while he works. I can imagine him with a lollipop or some hard candy while he works, and I also think he likes chewy stuff like caramel and taffy

-the whole legion literally eat nothing but engery drinks and chips, and you can fight me

-I've already posted most of my HCs for DBD, or have them in a draft waiting to finish

- I think it pisses Danny off that he can never fully have no witnesses. Even if he can't go to jail now, it's like an OCD itch for him

-Herman probably loves it. He's a sadistic mf and probably loves the dread survivors have when they realize they'll have to face him over and over and go insane again and again

-I think that Frank and Julie don't really care. They just want to get the zoomies and stab. Joey and Susie would probably have some pity, or at least self reflection about how it might be on the other side, but it ultimately won't bother them too much

RE

OMG I love S.T.A.R.S. shenanigans. I hate when people write STARS Wesker like no one trusts him and he acts weird, because the dynamic works so much better if they did trust him and they had a good relationship. Maybe he was a strict or uptight boss, but not an unloved one. And I love to think that part of him didn't want that time to end.

Oh I definitely think he at least helped to train the dogs. They're all named after famous scientists and philosophers.

Tbh I haven't ever played umbrella chronicles bcs I don't have a Wii. But I've watched all the cutscenes from Wesker's sections bcs as I mentioned, I love the fucker. I think that Sergei was probably the one who combat trained him, the same time he was going through classes and college and stuff. So Sergei was probably really familiar with how he fights. I think there was a mutual understanding and respect for most of Wesker's work with umbrella. I think when it came down to the final fight, Sergei would have been overconfident that he could win, thinking that being Wesker's superior prior would give him an advantage. (Dw I don't ship them either)

-Jill likes spicy chips. And like, extreme sour candy. Everyone watches her do it too. It's scary and impressive, and I'm pretty sure she thinks other stuff is bland

-Wesker has a secret sweet tooth. He's embarrassed about it, he doesn't even let William see him eating like that. But his childhood was so full of adult things that I think he still likes really sweet candy and chocolates with fillings and stuff

-Krauser also wants everyone to believe he's better than a junk food diet. But he's not. He likes cola a lot. And like, root beer and cream sodas, but not fruit sodas. I think he also likes stuff like snack cakes and pies and stuff

-Rebecca likes trail mix and nuts and little crackers. She saves really unhealthy food for her crazy coffee concoctions

Omg where are my Billy and Annette stans. Like, they aren't my favs, but I still see like nothing for them. And we need more adorable ship art of Jake and Sherry.

Herbs are rlly weird. I think they eat them, because in re3r with the bugs, the note Jill finds discribes the power plant worker eating the herb to make the bugs leave him. So I think you're supposed to eat them. My favorite herb HC that I saw in a post a while ago is that they don't actually cure the viruses if you've been bitten, they just stop the mutation, which explains how all the main characters manage all the crazy physical feats that they can. (Chris and that damned boulder)

POLY REQUEST 💕💕💕💕

Frank Morrison / The Legion:

You know Frank likes you pretty much from the beginning. He takes extra time to hang out with you, he’s always overly comfortable and casual with you, always joking around and slinging his arm around your shoulders. He’s even the one who introduced you personally to the rest of the Legion — Susie seemed kind of jumpy, but they all seemed happy to meet you. Strangely happy, you though, but…anything’s okay as long as you’re not being murdered or stabbed, you supposed. He loves getting you to spend time with him and the other members, he enjoys seeing you get so close with everybody else. It seems to make him genuinely, really happy.

Julie Kostenko / The Legion:

Julie tries not to make it too obvious that she likes you, she acts cool when she’s in a trial with you but gives you a little wave when she sees you outside of one. The other members, particularly Joey, like teasing her about you in front of you (while still being a bit vague). She hates it. But in secret, she fawns over you with the other three members. You’d never guess, but she’s completely lovestruck — and you’re not even her type, which has shocked all of them, including her. But in a way…it’s exciting that she’s fallen for someone so different from all the other people she’s had crushes on. You’re new and vibrant to her, even if you don’t think of yourself that way.

Susie Lavoie / The Legion:

Susie frequently gushes about you to the rest of the Legion, particularly Julie, but she’ll talk about you to any member who’ll listen. She’ll usually do this while drawing little doodles of either her and you, or all five of you together, with a bunch of little hearts drawn all over it and glittery stickers. She just loves talking about you to the other three, and hearing them gush about you too. Her diary becomes full of entries about you, and she’s always trying to spend time with you, usually by asking to swap places with one of the other members when they’re called into a trial, hoping she’ll see you there. She’s a little obsessed, if you couldn’t tell, but it’s mostly the other three that have to deal with it.

Joey / The Legion:

Joey has, honestly, always been pretty open about how he feels towards you. At first, with you, like he was with every other survivor, he was cold and kind of rude. But you noticed the slow, subtle changes in his demeanor as he warmed up to you, and even seemed to start liking you. He began having a clear preference for you over other survivors, which seemed to tick everyone else off but you were happy at least being chosen last to be hooked. Whenever he’s with any of the other members, you’ll see him point you out to them and whisper, and they share a sly little smile. You know, thanks to Joey, they all seem to have a thing for you.

What are some of your personal headcannons for Ghostface in DbD?

ooohhh...

He doesn't know any of the survivors' names. At all. Regardless of how many weeks/months/years he's ran trials with them. Or he may be familiar with some of them but wouldn't be able to match a face to it. Why should he care what they're called by when they're just gonna be on the receiving end of a blade? It's not like there's really been an opportunity for a meet n greet thus far with them.

Conversely, he does at least know the moniker of all the killers, but there's only a handful that he remembers the true names of (i.e. Amanda, Frank, etc). Y'know, the few that he would actually hang around with outside of trials.

Aside from Frank, he calls the other members of Legions various nicknames. But not as actual terms of endearment, just because he can never remember who's who lmao.

This is a general headcanon of mine but I like to imagine since Susie is one of the youngest (15/16) killers that she's automatically everyone's favorite annoying little sister. This extends to Ghostface, who has no problem admitting that she's his favorite out of all the Legion brats (especially in front of said Legion brats).

He doesn't know fuckall about the art of photography. Lighting composition, lens or angles -- don't know her. Goes off purely by vibes. It just so happens he also has a natural talent and artistic eye, so he never needed to learn the foundations to make his photos look good. Like being able to play an instrument but not be able to read sheet music.

He likes feisty girls, the ones that will kick and spit and fight back. He doesn't care for the soft ones that cry and beg for their life and are just overall pathetic in the face of death, where's the fun in that? The bark and the bite are what makes it all the more sweeter to subdue them with a knife in the stomach after they had almost escaped his grip.

His little floaty ribbons act as dog tails whether he realizes it or not, betraying any strong emotion that would have otherwise been hidden under his mask and unflinching stance. They'll stiffen straight if he's surprised, flick lowly at the ends when he's angry, wag when he's excited--

Before the fog, when he was still Jed Olsen and however many previous fake identities prior, he used to wear makeup to hide the collection of scars on his face courtesy of former victims. He's plenty familiar with color matching and foundation/concealer setting, he could do a natural full face with no problem.

Due to moving across states so many times and having to create new identities with it, he's also changed his accent to reflect whatever location he's at to better blend in at the locals. Wraith

Philip finds himself unlovable.

Someone disgusting like him? With someone as wonderful as you? And you want to kiss him?

Once the doubt has been cleared, he will absolutely accept a kiss.

You're going to have to be the one to initiate the kiss.

Though you have helped build his confidence, he still isn't confident enough to attempt such a big step.

And, he can't really ask you. He can't talk anymore.

Make sure you're in a secluded area.

Too much attention makes him nervous.

Start with a little peck on the cheek.

Then move to his lips.

His lips feel like tree bark, and he's too worried about hurting or scaring you to push into the kiss.

But the purring sounds and hugs he gives you after should get the message across.

Oni

Like Wraith, Kazen is doubtful. But for different reasons.

Surely you don't want to kiss him.

You should be terrified! He's over twice your size.

But you aren't.

Why? He's a monster.

Despite his hulking size and overconfident demeanor, he's very self conscious about himself in terms of being considered attractive.

You're going to be the one who has to initiate the kiss.

Find somewhere quiet. PDA is a big no-no for him.

First, you'll need him to sit down. There is no way you'll be able to reach him while he's standing.

Second, start with a kiss on his forehead.

Something about that makes him feel so loved and cared for.

His kisses? Uh. Not great.

He doesn't want you to see his face. So you have to close your eyes.

Even then, he seems to miss your mouth entirely, instead hitting your cheek.

He must've been so embarrassed he closed his own eyes.

It's okay though, the message went through.

Nurse

A kiss?

How sweet!

Unlike some of the others, Sally welcomes affection.

Though she doubts you'd like her with her mask off.

It hurts her too much to take it off anyways.

A kiss on the mask works just as well.

It's a toss up on who made the first mood. It could be you, it could be her.

It doesn't really matter to her though.

A kiss in private might be more romantic, but she wouldn't care if you kissed her in public too.

If you really want to start the chain, kiss her hand first, then her lips.

She might melt into your arms if you do that.

She'll lift up her mask partially if you want her to.

Her kisses are light but tender followed by a kiss to the forehead and a side hug.

Legion (Susie)

Out of all the Legion members, Susie is the most affectionate.

She is also the most shy of the group.

So, yes, she wants a kiss.

But asking for one is something else. So you're taking the first step.

Make sure you aren't out in the open in a large group. That would just be too much for her.

Maybe at the lodge when the others aren't around.

Start with some hugs, she'll never say no to those.

Then move to her mask. Right on the lips to her mask.

If she wants a real kiss, she'll remove her mask.

Her kisses are shy and meek, you could barely feel her lips.

But she's so nervous she can't help it!

Give her some time. She'll get used to it.

Artist

Like her killer name suggests, she is an artist.

An artist is a passionate individual.

Carmina is a tortured individual. A tortured artist if you will.

So when it comes to receiving any forms of love, she's hesitant.

After all that had happened in her life, could you really blame her?

Is this just a trick to get her to lower her guard.

You're going to have to make the first move, but a kiss is going to take a long time.

Even a hug is going to take a while.

So the first step is to build her trust.

When you kiss her, remember that you're going to end up with ink on your lips.

Assure her it's okay. She's super embarrassed about it.

Shape

A kiss?

Uh, okay?

Sure whatever. He'll give you a kiss.

But you want it to mean something, not just a meaningless mask peck.

You're going to have to be the one to show him that.

Affection isn't a word in Micheal's personal dictionary.

Nor is love, kindness, friendship, you get the idea.

So, if you want a kiss that means something, that's going to take time to produce.

Start with hugs that means something.

Subtle touches, maybe pet his hair. He seems to really like that.

Eventually, you're able to pull up his mask (at least part of the way) and place a kiss on his lips.

He kind of just keeps his lips still, doesn't really kiss back.

But he feels something, so, that's a start.

Make sure to keep giving him affection. He may not understand it yet, but he really enjoys it.

Got any Julie headcanons to spare? From general stuff (like appearance) to more... Specific stuff (like gender identity and voice). I would love to read them mun. Plus your art is wonderful and very cute to look at (I truly mean that)

(I have quite a few Julie headcanons! As the universe of DBD is functionally a multiverse where characters can have small differences between iterations of themselves it's fun to play with those kinds of alternatives and differences.

For my Julie's appearance I draw heavily on greasy 90s aesthetics and in particular Billy Loomis - the Legion is at its core a Scream reference and I personally thought making Frank "the Billy" is a little too obvious, too easy. That's why you'll see I often draw her with short greasy brown hair lol.

Gender-wise the version of her seen on this blog is a trans woman (and Frank in parallel as a trans man). I think a lot of the "horror" in suburban horror comes from feelings of isolation or even persecution in your community and as a trans person who was once an edgy and angry teenager I think it's fun to explore the Legion from that angle.

I'd never really thought about her voice! I think the female Legion voice in the game sounds a lot more like Susie to me than Julie, though. For me I'd really look to female vocalists from the 90s like Courtney Love or Donita Sparks.

I do imagine Julie's parents would be relatively supportive if ignorant (since it Was the 90s) and that acceptance would be a bright spot in an otherwise very distant relationship. Julie hides a lot of herself from her parents, as seen in the comics, trying hard to make them think she's just a normal girl. But smothering those parts of herself is obviously very painful and isolating for her too.

I think Julie projects a strong air of confidence but actually has a lot of negative views of herself. Not in being traditionally self-hating but I think in a truly teenage way she thinks there's something wrong with her, that she's evil by nature. Obviously she's just a troubled kid who needed her emotional needs acknowledged instead of being ignored, but that's something she was never mature enough to realize (and never will be, now! It's very sad).

At the time of being in the Entity I think she strongly believes that without her push and her influence, the other members of Legion probably never would've killed anybody, but that she was always going to end up here. It's kind of a moot point because she also realizes they were all too enmeshed and were never going to split up and she was always going to corrupt them (and I think this is an anxiety she shares with Frank, who probably sees himself as a violent rot that tainted all his friends).

Other smaller headcanons: I like to imagine that Julie has an older brother, but there's a large gap between them so he was already out of the house by the time she was in elementary school. He's a successful and well-adjusted man which just makes her feel more fucked by comparison.

Her family isn't rich or anything but is relatively well-off. She has a car (in some canons?) and unlike Joey didn't need to work to buy it for herself. She gets a reasonable allowance and is kinda the "friend who rents movies" and "the friend who buys dinner" when other people don't have the money to do it.

She likes gothic metal, favoring bands like Tiamat, Type O Negative, Lacuna Coil, etc.
