🏃‍♂️ #DayAfterRun 🏃‍♂️ Had a good race yesterday and came home to a new pair of Hoka trail shoes delivered so I was geeked. Today I needed a nice post race recovery run and what better way to break in New shoes them that. A bit hot and humid, but I kept it slow and ran in the shade whenever possible.
