Hi.

Last time I used this blog was a month ago. Wow.

Though being fair, this last month hasn’t been easy. I’ve been feeling a lot of stress and anxiety and I haven’t found a way to deal with it. I’ve been feeling tired of everything and everyone. I deleted facebook (again) and I used to love instagram so much but I deleted it as well because I just didn’t see the point in posting anything anymore. It looked boring as hell to me. And I’ve been feeling sad, really sad about everything but I still can’t cry so it complicates things a bit.

On the other hand, I haven’t pulled yet but I’ve been scratching my nose non-stop and now I’ve got a couple of red spots and rash and stuff. My skin is so irritated it actually burns when I touch it. It doesn’t matter what I do, I can’t seem to stop and I get the same feelings of relief that I got when I was pulling. It’s scary. It’s scary because I know it’s a problem and now I’ve got one more thing to worry about. I can’t even celebrate that I’ve been pull free for 679 days because I’m harming myself this way now. I’ve been trying to force myself to stop but I begin to hyperventilate and shake and I can’t last long because I need to scratch and rub my nose again or I panic. Oh, and I lost my fidget cube. I’ve been living between two houses these past four months and I don’t know where the fuck I left it and that’s the best toy for me.

I hate this. I really fucking hate this. I just can’t understand why my body finds pleasure when I do things that harm me. First, it was the lip biting when I was a kid. Then, it was the compulsive blinking. Then trich. And now this? I don’t even know what to call this, I just know it sucks and it’s ruining my life because it’s making me feel weak and powerless.

I feel so out of control. I can’t make myself stop and my body holds this power over me and it’s scary. My hands are stronger than my mind and they can do with my skin whatever they want and I can’t stop. I feel like I���m just a puppet being controlled by somebody else. It’s scary as fuck. It terrifies me to think that once this stops, something worse will come and I will live the rest of my life losing control to my own body. I just need to feel like I’m in control of my own life and body. I haven’t felt that in so long and I’m craving it.

Anyway, I hope you guys are okay.
